Incredible service. Immediately after the terrible accident I endured Frank, the owner, drove on the scene to investigate and take photos of the damages before anything had been cleared. I was too shaken up to have thought about doing so, and he had the foresight to know I would need that footage down the road. Since then I have never gone anywhere else for any of my car needs. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars I’m grateful to have found someone I can really trust without question.

Frank was very accommodating and kind through the whole process! I would like to add that after talking to silver rock regarding my reimbursement for car rental, they will only cover you from the day the body shop puts the claim in . So I’m out 5 days because no one ever explained that and I highly recommend if you are dealing with silver rock you ask the mechanic to call the day you take your car in so you are covered .
Frank did an excellent job working with our warranty company and what he was asked. He went Above and beyond. He even used genuine Mercedes parts even after warranty company instructed him to use aftermarket products.
Made my 3 year old car like new again. They did incredible for a car that had my dog and several foster pups in it. They were fast too and everything is incredibly thorough. Under the hood and getting some scratches out really impressed me. Very satisfied and would recommend as I'll be using them again.
Called Frankie for an exterior wash, thinking it’d be a quick one. Didn’t click in my mind that I had signed up for a Full Exterior. Did a great job, especially with fitting me in within an hour, last minute. Priced great, work’s great. Car looks phenomenal. Really appreciated chatting with him about cars. Him and his team took the best care of my car the entire time it was there. They single handedly took the car apart and put it back together better than when I bought it and kept me updated the entire time

I Visited the shop for some services on my f150 raptor. We did spark plugs, transmission filter/ fluid, rear diff, transfer case & front diff fluid. Pricing was reasonable and they’re very helpful. This shop is great, I brought my bmw track car to them with an issue we couldn't seem to figure out. Frankie and the team took my car in and had it sorted out within no time. Frankie took great care of me and my car. Called about an aftermarket exhaust installation and he did it the same day. Amazing work and communication throughout the whole process.
I encountered several issues with my 135i, prompting me to bring it to this shop for repairs. Frankie assured me that he would provide the necessary attention to resolve the problems, and I trusted his judgment. However, the vehicle never performed optimally following his work. Recently, I took the car to another mechanic, who informed me that he could not proceed with any further repairs due to concerns that Frankie had stripped / cross threaded bolts and caused additional complications. When I reached out to Frankie for clarification, he responded in a loud and aggressive manner.

I came from an another autoshop that scammed me for using junk parts in my car before I came to them and did right by me. Not only did they fix and replace all of the previous autoshop failed to do, but they also installed carplay in my car. They’re very transparent with their transactions and accommodating with my needs and questions. They’re also reliable with the time frame provided to be able to accommodate my work and school schedule. They also have this detailing service that is beyond me. My car was properly sanitized and it smelled good & clean. I highly recommend this place.
