Very easy to deal with once they arrived to take my dead car away! The tow guys were nice and professional.
When I originally called on a Monday the woman on the phone in general was rude. She said they scheduled the pickup for Wednesday.
After lunchtime on Wednesday I hadn’t heard anything yet so I called them up and the next person (much nicer) on the phone had no notes of the pickup scheduled for my car. Luckily they were still able to take my car away that day so I didn’t have to take another day off from work (mostly just to ensure no one blocked my car in since it was parked in the street otherwise they said I wouldn’t have needed to be present for the pickup).
Overall a decent experience minus the first woman on the phone.
I wish the final price would have included something more for my OEM catalytic converter but they said they could only give me the fair price for that if I could cut it off myself. At the end of the day just I’m glad my dead car is gone.
Convenient, pleasant people. Nice to get paid for what otherwise would go to the landfill! Source separating household metal is easy and well worth it to bring to Teets and Son. It reduces waste so more raw products don't have to be mined to make more metal from scratch. Also bought a Teets and Son winter hat there. It's the best hat I've ever had: warm, comfy, easy to wash!

This place was horrible to deal with. My car was in a towing shop at Marathon. I called and made an appointment to have my car picked up. Was told everything was fine . I was told I could text the title paperwork, etc to the owner etc. Got a phone call on Thursday from the shop demanding that I get up to them and hand the paperwork in. I told them once again that I do not have a vehicle, and was told it was fine that i didn't drop off papers directly, Was told it is not their problem and they cancelled the pick up at the last second. Do not use this service. It literally was nothing but lies and stress.
