Tire blew out in the middle of the high way and a man named Jason came to check up us and see if everyone was okay and if we needed help. We really do appreciate you and thanks again Jason.

So I been holding off to this review. I saved the receipt so well I couldn’t find it but at last is here. My daughter had a motor vehicle accident back in 11/23. Town of Wallkill police call them to pick up her vehicle 🚗 which is great. I had an issue with the price we paid because it was an outrageous amount of money plus all this extra fees. The car was pick up 11/19/23 and delivered to my house 11/20/2023. I was charge for 2 full days, even though the car was on their lot for about 24 hours. They charged us for a clean up road fee ($75), labor for accident scene $125 then dumped all that debris into my daughter’s vehicle front passenger side. They also hit us with an admin fee of $95 which is insane. The fact that none of this is regulated is a whole other matter. I did called 2x to follow up but no one got back to me. We are honorable people so we paid their fee, and we are very aware of whom not to do business with.

While towing our 42 ft 5th wheel along I84W, our truck simply stopped. State troopers contacted these folks for assistance. WOW, the response was fantastic! They got us safely off the highway, flat bedded our 4 wheel drive to the dealership, then used their heavy wrecker to tow the camper to a nearby campground. They were fast, efficient, kind and polite. We are extremely grateful to the three gentlemen who took such great care of us and our equipment. Highly recommend!! Called this company 2 days prior and received a quote of $2,025 to tow a truck after proving all requested info to the dispatcher. I Call the company back to arrange the pickup and I'm told I have to pay $3050 dollars now or there not available anymore. Never experienced nothing like that before bad business.

NYTP doesn’t care about the welfare of the motorists, one dump truck was spilling dirt and rocks over I 287 .Due to an unsecure tailgate .One of the rocks landed right on my windshield,chipping it .I called the company and spoke to the owner ,I told him what happened and he thinks I want to take there money .The company is liable because the tailgate was not secure, the bed was overflowing with dirt ,not allowing the tailgate to lock ,leaving a huge gap for the debri to fall. I wish I could post the pictures of this dump truck.

These guys were nothing but amazing. I’ve been trying to a week to get the headlights working on my kenworth. They were quick to get me in on short notice. They worked diligently for two hours to find the issue causing only one headlight to work on bright only. They found the wiring issue and repaired it and had me on my way in the two hours. Very professional and communicated well step by step. The lady I spoke with in the office was absolutely amazing as well. Very friendly. Ps if you’re a dog person the shop dog is someone to meet as well. Thanks again!!

Had a company bus break down in New York! The gentleman from Ny truck parts showed up within 30 minutes and towed it back over an hour away to company property. No issues and would HIGHLY recommend them for your needs!

We called for a service from these guys and as we dealt for 165 per hour with Gary as the mechanic picks up the truck and tow it to another site, then the work is finished. But, after the mechanic reached the destination Gary said there is gonna be charge for toll, tax and for the mechanic gets back to the shop. Service started at 4:15 PM and ended at 7:38 PM, but Gary charged us for 8 hours work with threat of not detaching our truck at the destination and he was using dirty words that shows this company hires unprofessional dispatch. Also, as we asked for invoice to get paid he was saying that he is out of office and to get back to the office, there is going to be extra an hour charge. To be honest, we got hand written invoice after couple minutes and then our dispatch asked for what they are charging us 8 hours and Gary started to yell at him saying his mechanic waiting there. As a big enough company with 50 trucks, we DO NOT RECCOMEND anyone this shop as soon as they will hire proffessional dispatch that can work with customers.

I called today to have my vehicle towed to our local mechanic. Tommy, the driver, was in touch right away to confirm my address and give an ETA. He was punctual, respectful and especially kind to my young son who was extremely interested in his truck. He confirmed the address of the auto shop and was on his way very efficiently. I'm pleased with his level service and would happily recommend him to anyone in need of assistance.

Tom was a very likeable young man. He was very reassuring concerning my vehicle. Definately appeared to know his stuff. He was on time and extremely patient. This was not my usual experience with a towing company where I generally wait for hours. Thank you for your professionalism. PS .The dispatcher was also extremely helpful.

Stopped to get a part! “Hence the name New York Truck Parts” they happened to be within proximity of our location. Needed a leveling valve for our Peterbilt, they have a large parking area for there endeavors which is a plus, the women inside weren’t very helpful and definitely not knowledgeable to Truck parts or any parts of that matter. Guess it’s just a job and a paycheck to them. Guess I’ll try again if I ever need a tow. I see the great reviews from other consumers as far as that goes! Beautiful towing fleet I must say.

Tom, who was the flatbed driver was amazing. Very respectful and professional. My vehicle sustained damage to the tire which made it difficult to pull it up onto the flatbed. Tom was able to secure it in such a way that the vehicle didn't sustain and body damage. He's a surgeon with his tools. He even followed up with me to let me know it arrived safe at the shop with no further damage. Highly recommend these guys!

Tom , the tow truck driver was very professional and personable. Even though my car was all Dented up, he handled it like it was a new car. In my Opinion Tom is an excellent employee.

Car broke down after leaving dealership, roadside assistance called NY truck to come out.Tom showed up very quickly and was very professional . Great experience with them made an unpleasant situation much better.

Woke up with a flat, it was a cold, rainy, winter morning just after Christmas. Tom came right over and fixed me up extremely fast so I could still get to work on time. Polite and speedy thank you guys.

I was involved in a accident due to the snow today I was in middle of calling roadside when Gary pulled up and asked if I needed a tow. I asked how much to tow and change my tire he replied on a very reasonable amount and got me on my way in less than 30min . (Without trying to up sell or give me the run around unfortunately like Other companies) Definitely a stand up company with reasonable fee and reliable service. Had a Harley impounded by police on Saturday morning, tried to retrieve said bike on Monday, was told it would be 685 because it was a bike, and also because of my traffic charges..um what??? So now tow companies punish you as if they are a court of law??? I am contacting bbb and state committee on their abusive practices. There are certain tow provisions in NY state that protect consumers. They stated that a bike is hard to load, and my legal charges affect the rate...their business practices are implorable and down right criminal. Legal action will be taken on this matter

We had a great experience with this company. We got a flat on 17k on a Sat night. We can fix flats ourselves but turns out the wheel was really stuck on the car and our spare was flat. We called several towing companies and no one was available. Finally a NYS trooper came by and called this company. We were a fair distance from home so we decided to stay in a local hotel and get it fixed in the morning. Gary dropped us at a local hotel on Sat night, and he and his wife picked us up on Sunday morning and took us to their shop where they fixed our flat. It wasn’t a fun thing to happen but they make the experience as painless as possible at a very reasonable price.

These people are crooks. DO NOT USE THEM. My wife and kids were In a bad accident and the vehicle was towed to their yard. Less than 24 hours later, they won't let us in to inspect the damage, won't let us get our possessions from the vehicle and worse off yet, said we owed them $850!. We called the Sullivan County Sheriffs Dept and then NYTP calls us up and says it's only $350. A tow from an accident where people were hurt and you try to take advantage of people? Wish I could call the NYS DEC EnCon Police on you guys for all your contaminated soil problems over there. The Bashakill is right across the street. Evil people!
