Everybody is very nice and willing to work with you. Gets parts/tires in super fast and scheduling is really flexible. As a female I've been scammed at garages before, and I felt super comfortable here, I knew I really was getting the best prices. Would recommend to anybody!
These guys are my go to place to go! Everyone there is very nice, they always take good care of my car and go above and beyond. I have been stopping in recently because my car has been needing some maintenance. They always aim to get things done in a timely manner, and will go above and beyond. They charge very fair prices. I feel safe in my car after coming here because I know whatever it is they do, they make sure it is done right. Will not stop coming here no matter what car I've got!
Jeff is a wonderful and polite man. Changed my tires more than fair price cleaned the rims and the seal went above and beyond for a tire. Highly recommend him for tires

Jeff at Neversink Tire and Auto won my future business by being SO sweet to my 96-year-old neighbor, whom I accompanied to get her tires replaced. Jeff and his excellent colleague went above and beyond to treat her kindly, taking the extra trouble to check the pressure in her spare tire, for example. Jeff's story is very inspiring, and he is committed to this community.
I was driving from out of town and had a warning light appear - it turned out to be the sensor itself- Jim was helpful, honest, and cost was good. Wish I were from there since a good mechanic is hard to find.
Great place! Needed new tires and thankful they were able to order them and get them installed in a timely fashion. Super kind, family run, honest, good business.
I figured I'd try a new place and stay local but I'm very disappointed. I asked for an oil change and tire rotation. They put synthetic oil in without asking if I wanted that kind and told me my tires were cupping too bad to rotate. The tires were not cupping
(rotated every other oil change/6,000 miles). The worst part is that my car started making terrible noises. I was afraid to drive it so had it towed to a mechanic my family has used for years in Middletown. They checked it all out. Turns out my lug nuts were loosened on my tires! Apparently they started to rotate them but then didn't and never tightened them back up. Thank God I didn't wreck with my child in the car. I'm very thankful for the garage in Middletown. I guess I'll just have to travel for good service.
