its difficult to have dealership sometimes they play with customers, they are very strict you can't get it without dealer license

Top Adesa location on northeast America. Manager MR.CASTLE & GM MR.NİXON is really helpfull. Everyone in this place is friendly is nice. From office workers to sales guys… Bought thousands of cars over the years and i highly reccomend this place. Good to do Business with them.

This auction is horrible! They don't have good communication and then they don't abide by their policies!

I have purchased vehicles from Adesa Long Island for some time now and had a little miss understanding last week on a purchase. Mr. Michael Castles contacted me on a general email thanking me for our business and so I let him know about it. Michael was awesome, he asked questions about the experience, and I was 100% truthful & I wasn't sure if I would hear anything back, but I did, and he helped with a solution right away. The bottom line is I will continue to purchase vehicles from Long Island, I would have even if this issue would not have come up but now that it did and Michael took care of me, I am a loyal customer to Michael and his team. Beautiful cars but you can't buy only dealers are buying off different prices. Dealer sell dealer buys. It's not for us guy. Just visit my friend. Same place same everything..

Terrible. They run the worst cars over there. And the ppl who run this place does not like giving money back. Green light does not mean it’s a good car and if it’s not there’s a great chance you won’t get your money back!!

I’m a Transporter. Occasionally picking up vehicles for dealers here. Security staff is very friendly and helpful. They are open 24/7 for pickups. Never gave me issues. They act professionally all the time. My two cents from Transporter perspective.

Worst Auction Ever, does not deserve 1star. The description of the cars are not true, if the car says drivable it doesnt turn on at all. They don't know their job. Most of the staff are rude. Especially manager Michales Castles. Does not know how to talk to the Customers at all.

Waited for 3 hours. I've been told by accounting they not checking wires today, because it's Friday, they told me come back monday. I have to go back all way to Long island

The Worst place . the employee james joe smith is the the top worst employee ever. I prefer not to go to that place or go to him. Its no joke no lies. Stealing from consumers and never give your money back. He he supports to be a professional business man but he's not. Took money from me and never got it back yet. So this place and him is the worst.

Nice and friendly personnel, treating customers the way it has to be done. Other auctions I went to, often had a cocky security guards, who actually weren't doing a good observation job. This Adesa auction is different, in a good way.

I've been here 3 xs to pick up vehicle s. All 3 xs no one knew where the vehicle s were and wasted an extra hour of my time , each time!! Is adessa paying us for there mistake, because we're out, not tgem

I stopped going to this auction because of the management. After that, once in a while I would buy cars online, but stopped that, too. I lost money because their condition report would be inaccurate and management of course wouldn't help. So, I decided not to deal with this auction at all. There are plenty of other auctions in North East with better standards.

Terrible service and one of the most unorganized auction I've ever seen in my life. Cars are never in the right places and no one knows where anything is ever Make sure you have 2 hours or more to locate your cars but I promise you it will take forever to locate them

I have been attempting to speak with JILL for since 4:30pm yesterday. Jill is the person who help with vehicle redemption since the other person is on vacation this week. So far i have called 8 times. Still no Jill. I just want my car. This place is horrible.

I was on line waiting to pick up my title after waiting for 1hr. When I got to the desk the lady with the blond hair the sits under the title sign made me feel like in was asking her for loose change. She talk to me like she didn't want to be bothered like she was have a super bad day. Fyi no way to treat ppl

I'm forced to give it a star and any good reviews it's from people that works there ,,, dear dealers I'm a dealer like you trying to make a dollar in this biz , my problem like many of you isn't the auction, my problem is the management the GM of the place name : Noel Nixon : running the place as if it's his own place with no rules what so ever is whatever he wants and dare to open your mouth he will tell you in your face leave MY auction , he actually will invent a problem for you to leave ..he's very Darity like that ,, dare to defend your self brother you will open the doors from hell on yourself...it doesn't matter if you deal with him or not if you doing your biz right or not , if you are not willing to kiss his Budd and be on his list for his Budd kissing dealers he will Approach you for any reason to show you that he's the boss , dear dealers, I'm not writing this because I didn't get what I want or I'm against Adesa Long Island no no not at at all Adesa Long Island have many of great great people doing there job and there is that one person that takes that away from them and make them look bad just one person the GM Noel Nixon very Racist . Very unprofessional . Very bad mouth, Arrogant. Very Unpolite . Corrupted very sick in the head and needs to be on Medication , sides his friends and his Budd Kissers against any one twisting rules or not going by any if he wants to using his power. Many many complaints to Corp about him and nothing happened, I have many dealers on my side willing to go Corp in person to show there cases and what he does. The problem here people is not Adesa Long Island the problem is the one person, I go to Adesa NJ , and some Friday's to Adesa Boston they are car auctions with rules not like this pizza place owned by : Noel Nixon : shame on you man shame on you , you making hard working people look bad Whither they workers or dealers, shame on you and shame on Adesa Corporation letting you do what you do ... Believe me people he doesn't appreciate your business at all , where else you see this in any other auction?!!! That's why he's losing many accounts . Again many for us will reach to Adesa corporation soon

i had a good experince at ADESA Long Island. There were a lot of nice cars and great deals. i recommend this location for people looking for great deals.

i bought two cars from them , im telling you guys DO NOT buy any car from them, the two cars i bought they were low miles but when i got them i saw different thinks , both of them shows ware and tear very bad , (rolling back odometer) , carfax wont show that , anyway i got my lesson

Customer Service is nearly none existent, as a customer trying to redeem my vechile that was repo'ed by the bank; not too sure about customer service for other individuals here to purchase a vechile from auction, seemed some what better from what I saw.

This is a dealer to dealer Auto auction and NOT open to the public and is part of the biggest auto auction company in the Country. There's all types of cars bought and sold here by car dealers, auto wholesalers, Banks and even manufacturers. If you're a dealer looking to fill your front line or to move some inventory this is the place.

They are the worst. Never deal with these guys. They do sell the vehicle of anyone on there site without the approval of the seller. Not sure if they do deal in the business of stolen vehicle or what...Be aware with these guys. You will loose your vehicle if you will deal with them.

I was just there this past Friday 4/7/17 have not been there in about 2 years because of the horrible experience I had with them in the past. I thought things might have been better but man was i wrong. Same beat up crappy cars that are overpriced. there buyer's fee went up. I bought a car for $1,300 and they changed me $250 buyers fee plus a $25 fee if you pay cash witch I did. I will never go back there again total wast of time and money 90% of the cars are all Garbage don't waste your time go to a different auction you been warned!!!! It's obvious they don't care about there reputation they just want your money.

I usually shop locally but shortage of inventory is forcing us to expand our horizons. After fining the right car with 4.8 CR we purchased the unit and had it shipped to our state. To my complete shock the car, that according to CR had no paintwork, actually had 3 panels painted and it was sub-standard. Multiple attempts to reach arbitration dept failed: they simply do not pick up the phone and do not call back. There were mechanical issues and other things that you would expect to be listed on CR but they were not. Bottom line, if you are automotive professional, be ready for absolute lack of customer service at this place. I choose to stick with Manheim, especially for out-of-sate buying.

Great spot. Do your homework when buying a car. If your just bidding on a car you have no idea about your taking a risk. Get a car fax app and watch for idiot lights but since your aloud to look at the car before you buy it, it really should never be issues. I have had my wierd issues with adesa but for how busy they are i understand some situations. They should really crack down on the no title thing, 21 days is harsh man. But the staff there is great and friendly and always direct you to somone that can help,besides friday dont annoy them on friday!! let it wait till monday or tuesday.

I wouldn't give this garbage place a star but Google lowest rating is one star. Let's start by saying I gave this auction a chance and I bought a 2009 BMW X5 with 47k miles and I floored the car so next gear capital took possession of the title. Luckily I sold the car after one week and they sent me the title with extra 1000 miles so adesa took a title in that has extra 1000 miles than what the car has. These people have no heart and only if I didn't sell that car in a week I would have been screwed. Biggest scammers and biggest liars. Don't deal with them and now they have a new rule you can't open the car doors. Next step will be cars will not be driven in. These people are outrageous and any dealers that go there are out of their mind.

Please be aware of buying cars without the titles . Most of them are not delivered on time . Seller have 21 days to deliver the title ???? that is sick . You waiting 21 days and after that you in dip sh..if wasn't delivered , you have to return the car , your money was frozen for almost a month and you lucky if you didn't do any repair because that would be lost money. 21 days is way to long period of time to deliver the title after car is sold. You selling a car you should have a title . No title no sale , that's how it should be. Or at least 7 days to deliver the title.
