This is my local store and each time I shop here, I’m always greeted by the staff and they always are helpful with all of my questions; inventory is always good as well.
Customer service is excellent. I've bought windshield wipers that they've installed. Today (Christmas Eve) I went to buy two stocking stuffers that turned out to be out of stock. The young man found one each at two different stores so that I could drive and pick them up in time for tomorrow. Anthony C was kick ass! I came in after installing a battery in my Rav 4 and it didn’t come with a riser so it was a little lower than the previous battery so older hold down rod was so corroded that the nut couldn’t come off. He took his time to try and help me but I needed a new holder set and he even asked if I needed help and came out and in 5 mins he put it in place and went above and beyond. This is someone who really cares about his customers and showed me what to do if this happens again. I’m not familiar with doing this but when someone takes the time to actually talk and explain how to fix it, it’s worth everything! Thank you Anthony! I hope your boss sees this and appreciates how generous you are! Thank you for being so kind!

I had a dead battery with my daughter in the car; the employee Annabelle came out to help and ended up doing it herself. She was professional; ran a diagnostic and proceeded to help me with my issue
Honestly they’re not a bad store. Just very misogynistic…. I’m a very capable female that knows how to replace a break light and he asked me if I knew how to use a wrench. Maybe you shouldn’t judge someone by their gender
I can't say anything bad about auto zone itself but some that I go to... the employees are off the wal,l but most of them I visited have legitimate friendly helpful employees that actually enjoy what they do because you can see it the way they help the customers try and fine a solution to the issues they have with vehicle. I just don't like how they always ignore the vin # and go with just the year make and model. I purchased few items in a AutoZone and they did not fit because "THEY DID NOT RUN THE VIN#". That's why I give 4 stars. I do thank them for pushing me to get original parts from dealers because they always fit and last longer time. I had friends say they never had that issue but they had foreign vehicles that love Aftermarket parts, also known as non-OEM parts, generic parts, or competitive replacement parts. I still go here for tools & fluids aswell as other items that may catch my interest. You also can have a membership that can earn you $$$ for your purchases. Got up this morning to a dead battery, got it going went down to AutoZone in West Babylon. They were open since 730, gentleman inside extremely helpful got my battery actually brought it outside to me while I was removing the old one, swapped it dropped in the new one, and left satisfied. You don't often find people in the stores that are helpful. Besides, he wasn't feeling great but was very helpful and mother and I were very happy. Two
I’ve always had good experiences here. The employees will highlight price savings deals on things if you missed it. The guys always seem informative when ordering parts, and if they don’t have it here they can either point you to another location or have it shipped here. Much prefer this location over any of the other local chain stores

Woke up to a Dead Battery. Got a jump from roadside assistance & had to get a New Battery for my 2017 Acura TLX, and Kyle at the shop had helped me out quite nicely & knowledgeably. I really didn't know where to begin & made the process very easy & even showed me how to do a Battery Swap myself if I ever had to, while he did the install. I'll definitely be going to AutoZone again.
Plenty of options, pretty helpful employees, will get out of stock items quick, have most common parts in stock. I will go out of my way to shop at the West Babylon store, clean, organized and always someone to help or check you out. Today again this store is so much better than the others
I asked the cashier flex pipe .he says check #6 I go there which one I don't know. He is asking another guy. No glue. He is bringing another guy ,don't know anything about parts. He says give me the stock number. He has no experience. I recommend the owner try to hire mechanic and computer knowledge person in front of desk. Sorry about it. I left without buying.
I had a wonderful experience at the AutoZone in West Babylon! My car battery died this afternoon, and I had to call Triple A for a jump. When they told me that my battery needed immediate replacing and that they didn't have the battery my car required in stock, they sent me to the West Babylon AutoZone. When I got there, a very nice employee named Shaun guided me through the process, and he did a great job installing the new battery for me! I was helped right away and received great and efficient service. Don't hesitate to come to this location, because I can promise you you won't leave disappointed!
Very nice staff. Issue is with their computerized system. It knows how to accept payment, but not how to correctly return it - if you used more than 1 form of payment. Huge headache for a simple return. Still not resolved.
Atmosphere was very nice, as was the staff. Room we rented was too small for the amount of people and it was upstairs with no restrooms. We had to either walk through another private party to get to the restroom or actually go outside and walk around to the front entrance to get to the restroom.
I had a great experience at Auto Zone thanks to Anthony. I’m not very knowledgeable about cars/car battery’s….at all! However, Anthony help me choose the best battery and even installed it for me, quite quickly! It’s nice to see people who are doing their job, and a good job at that. A valuable employee!!
I love this store it's clean, it always has the parts I'm always looking for and usually has workers that know what they doing but today I had an issue that was alarming to me.
I showed up and this customer (older lady) was pouring oil in the dipstick and I went to help her cause she clearly didn't know what she was doing and asked her why didn't the workers inside help you and she answered back that they didn't want to help which is a bad sign, I finished helping her and went inside and asked them why did they just hand her a funnel and not help her and the workers said they don't touch oil. Which is wrong if you can go outside to troubleshoot codes and replace bulbs and such, why not pour a quart of oil while watching her struggle with her car. I would never tell a old lady something like that, treat them like if it your mother asking for help. It's just rude and horrible service.
I love shopping here. They go out of their way to help you with what you need for your car. They don't sell you what you don't need. Great problem solvers. They'll change out your battery, headlights, interior lights and filters(except oil changes), loan you tools, no fees, just price of the tool, bring it back and you get all you money back. Good people!
Wonderful staff, went there to get something for my tire. Staff worker Jerianne B. Was so polite and helpful. She looked up my car information with the VIN# I provided and was able to get my part efficiently. All my parts wasn’t on hand at the time but she went above and beyond and gave me a list of near by Auto Zones that had them on hand. Definitely a good experience.
Needed help with my license plates on a vehicle I purchased. Ryan was super helpful and put the plates on for me! I lost my dad who would usually help me with these types of things. I was filled with gratitude for his help and kindness. I felt as if my Dad sent me an angel on earth! The young sales associates at this store are really great! Thank you!
