This place is great. I come here to service my 2023 Chevrolet Suburban and my father-in-law's 2008 Mercury Sable and the work the employees perform is excellent. They are all friendly and considerate; work is completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place for anyone's auto service needs.
I have been going here for a few years now. Jonathon has been very helpful! Him and the staff they do a great job and always make sure the customers cars are safe. He always lets me know when there’s specials going on to try to help me save money as well. Highly recommended you won’t be disappointed.
Do not bring your car here for an inspection. The technician failed my vehicle because there was rust on my rotor. They are looking for any reason to sell you a brake job and leveraging New York State inspections to do so. I am disgusted with how this place operates.
As a young woman who falls victim to lies from mechanics, this place is the ONLY one where I’ve felt completely comfortable going to. Jay, the manager, is extremely kind and 100% honest. The service I received from the West Babylon Firestone Service Center was terrific. I had a difficult situation with my AC Condenser. They took their time diagnosing the problem and were able to fix the issue. The mechanic (Matt)handling the job was extremely diligent. Anthony(Naeem) and Jay at the front desk were informative and very easy to work with.

Jay and the service center were great. Our experience with this Firestone has always been second to none. They take the time to explain things that customers may not know and answer questions. I’ve never written a review but I’m pretty disappointed. I’m giving one star because I felt I was treated as a female who doesn’t know much about cars. I paid 101$ for this which is the highest I paid for just an oil change. I’ve never gotten an oil change where the oil is still brown. They told me I need tires but didn’t put air in the ones I have. Mavis, Midas and others shops I been to always put air in and offered to rotate my tires and I still paid about 80$. They took my AC caps and didn’t put them back on. It doesn’t look like they even touched anything to change the oil as under the hood looked dirty and untouched. He offered new tires and tried to get me to apply for their credit card but didnt offer to even put air in, rotate them, nothing. Honestly kinda looked like they just put a jug of oil in from autozone and called it a day.
I’ve been there before and haven’t had this issue, I will not be returning.

I ordered tires that were a little big for my car, with wheel spacers to help with rubbing, jay and the guys at Firestone did really good work with it.
I needed tires for our 2020 Lexus RX350. Jay Frederick, store Manager took the time to explain my options and was extremely courteous and professional. He explained the difference in the tire options as well as indicating what was in stock and available for mounting, balancing and alignment. 4 Bridgestone tires are an investment in our cars
and our safety and the team at Firestone in Babylon were the best in providing that service. I would recommend to all our friends.
I went to this Firestone last week for a quick inspection. I just had my mechanic look over my car at the end of October as I was going to Lake George and wanted to make sure everything looked fine. My mechanic told me everything was good, so I didn't think much of going for the quick inspection here as I live close by. Jay went ahead and told me my car was not passing inspection and gave me a quote for $3,000. He had 4 new tires, brakes, rotors, and break fluid drained/replaced on the estimate. I told him I wouldn't be having the work done there, especially since my mechanic just did the brake fluid at the end of October. When picking up my car, they actually took my old inspection sticker off the windshield. This was obviously to make it so I couldn't leave without getting the work done because now my car didn't have the old inspection sticker on it. I brought it to my mechanic who told me that the brake pads still had half left. I could use 2 front tires, so I had the 2 tires changed out. This didn't cost anywhere near $3,000 and my car passed inspection. I'm pretty sure I was discriminated against because I'm a woman. Very disgusting.
Jay, the manager at Firestone Complete Auto Care, truly went above and beyond for me. My car has special rims that required a specialist to fit the tires properly. Jay personally drove to a neighboring town to consult with a specialist and ensure the tires were installed correctly. He even stayed with me until my husband arrived, making sure I wasn't left alone during the process. This level of dedication and customer care is rare, and I can't thank him enough for his outstanding service.
I have had 3 experiences with this shop, I got a new car from Carvana that needed some work under warranty. This Firestone made this a great experience, they identified the problem and dealt with Carvana directly. The whole experience was quick and painless. I had one issue with the price of an Oil Change but this was resolved.
Anytime I go to my local Firestone, they all treat me with respect and kindness! They always know what they are talking about and they are so helpful! I always walk out feeling good about my experience because I always feel that my voice was heard and all my problems were resolved in a positive manner too! The service manager, Jay was so helpful at a time when money was tight. He informed me that I could apply for a Firestone credit card, and therefore do all the work I needed without worry. He was a Godsend. All my friends use this Firestone & now I know why.

Went to have oil changed over holiday weekend with no appointment and was told it would be a little wait which I had no problem doing. The wait turned to a few hours but the service manager Jay was on top of it doing his best to get a specific air filter. He kept calling asking for an eta. Finally it came and I was told there would be no charge. He was so apologetic for the delay. Thank you again Jay!
The staff at Firestone in W. Babylon came through in the clutch for me. My parents’ car had taken some sidewall damage on 2 tires, so needed 4 new tires in an uncommon size with some high urgency. Jay, the store manager, assured me they could replace the tires the next morning before I left for the airport. The tires I needed weren’t in stock, so Jay personally drove to another store on Sunday morning and had them to the shop by 9:30 am. They had the tires installed and the car back to me before 12:30 pm that same day. Very happy with the service, empathy, and personal touch here.
Used to be a customer but I will not be coming back. As someone who almost never posts reviews I understand now why others have. Do not bring your business here. Read through the Google reviews. If you bring a vehicle in for an inspection they will tell you that your windshield wipers are bad and then also either try to get you to spend 1500 on tires or brakes. That’s every bad review on here. Just read them for yourself. My wipers are not “torn” they had tree debris which caused a streak and as soon as I wiped it off with a washcloth the streaks have magically stopped. The brakes are fine. It has rust on it. That’s what a 20+ year old vehicle has. I brought this to a local shop 2 miles down the road and it passed inspection no issues.
Brought car in at 10am for inspection and was assured it would be ready by 3pm, since I had plans. Told them I needed a new tire when I dropped the car off. Checked in numerous times throughout the day and was told one more hour 3 separate times. My car wasn't ready until 7pm. I obviously missed my plans as a result. My car didn't pass inspection because they said I needed a new tire (which I told them when I dropped it off). This has been a pattern that they keep my car for 8+ hours. I do not recommend.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, STAY FAR AWAY! Saturday March 16th, we brought our Suburban in for 4 new tires, we realized we needed an inspection and oil change and told them to go ahead and do that while they had the truck. They called us to tell us we needed new brakes and rotors. We told them to go ahead and replace all 4. Today my husband and I were driving home and lost our brakes completely. Luckily we were on Montauk Hwy and were able to make it back to Firestone with the help of our emergency brake. The man at the counter said they would look it over and maybe it was bad or rusted. I highly doubted that was the case because any good mechanic would have told us that needed to be replaced also the week before. We went back out to the truck to see the caliper blown apart with bolts missing and realized they must have messed up and never replaced or tightened the bolts. My husband insisted they look over all the work done last week because it was obvious that someone was negligent. We received a call at 6:45 that the car was ready and I quote “all good” and we didn’t owe anything. When we got to Firestone the man at the counter just said, “you’re here for the Suburban, here’s the key all set!” We asked what the issue was and he would not say, just that it was fixed and they looked over the rest of it. I could not believe that there wasn’t even an apology or explanation!!! We had been on Southern State and the Meadowbrook right before this all happened. We could be dead or could have killed somebody else, due to one of your mechanics negligence and we didn’t even receive an apology. You have lost a customer forever and we will tell every person we care about to stay far away from this place. Completely disgusted with the whole situation!
Came here because the staff was friendly. They were putting on new wheels and tires. Staff is still friendly but when they were lifting my car, the lift wasn’t properly under the car. It cracked the passenger side bottom side skirt. The tech had to adjust it. I told the manager and he asked the tech and the tech denied it. I was standing there watching the whole time. Then the tech lied to the manager and said it was under the car but then later came and told me that he couldn’t tell them the truth or he would get in trouble. The right thing for the tech to do would be to acknowledge his mistake and for management to make right of the wrong. Still waiting for a call back to resolve this. I’m hoping they make it right so I can update this review.
