bought a ram 1500 which i love and they were very nice and helpful throughout the process but 3 days after the check engine light came on and i put a scanner on and showed it was a gas cap so i thought nothing of it.. get to the winter and i go to turn the heat on and nothing i bring it to my mechanic come to find out not only was the thermostat shot but who ever did work on the truck before i bought it “replaced” a ton of things that were done incorrectly after i was told nothing was wrong with the truck and they inspect every car before they take it in so ended up costing me alot in the end

I am not satisfied with Dan and Best Buy Auto sales. I purchased a 2012 Ram 2500 from Dan himself. I fell in love with my truck and Dan was very helpful and he had a comforting personality or I thought, once I drove off the lot with my pick up truck I noticed days later that the check engine light came on. I reached out to Dan and he assured me that it was a simple fix and he urge me to bring it down to his dealership that he would take care of the problem, I came down to the dealership and Dan plugged a scanner on the Ram and came to the conclusion that he needed to swap out the gas cap once that was swapped out Dan then deleted the check engine light with the help of the scanner. Dan then asked me to keep an eye out for the check engine light, and if it was to come back on just give Dan a call and he would make an appointment to bring the Ram into one of his “buddies” shop to get it fixed. The light came back on almost immediately and I tried to get a hold of him for weeks that turned to months and no response or anything. Its very evident that he was dodging my call and I was SOLD A LEMON!! I purchased the Ram late 2024 and now 2025 the year is halfway gone and my Ram still has the check engine light on. I’m not asking for anything at all, I would just like to warn people to be careful in spending their hard earned money at this dealership you just might get SCAMMED like myself!!! STAYYYYY AWAYYYYY!!!!
Dan and Anthony went above and beyond to accommodate me. They were patient, very knowledgeable and even helped with the insurance transfer process. I would highly recommend Best Buy auto stop to anyone looking for a vehicle Without the typical haggle of most used Auto shops. Extremely professional and I will use them again for my next vehicle

I honestly wish i could give more stars... YES They were quick to sell a car within my needs... YES they did work with me from a distence...
My disapointments are the 1/2 usefull waranty they include to be one. The next was the 500$ depsoit that obviously went into dealers pocket.... the 5000$ "down payment" that also obviously went into dealers pocket.
I purchased a 2016 jeep wrangler 1941 edition that books for 18 500 for a total of 23,108. Gave a 5000$ down payment at dealer that took 0 off total owed... andddd a 500$ deposit because i work as a first responder and had to wait till my day off to travel the 2 hours...
Ive clearly been robbed. Not to mention the check engine light for bad thermostat and low coolant... THAT I ASKED TO BE CORRECTED WHEN I PICKED UP THE VEHICLE AND WAS IGNORE AND DISTRACTED WITH ACURATE TIRE PRESSURES.
I dont suggest putting full trust in these guys as i did. I will not say do not do business with these guys..

Bought a car very long distance from them. We ended up driving down, but they were very willing to work with us to get it. Very happy with the car! Girlfriend came by here for a car, but when I viewed the carfax there was a warning of odometer rollback. When I asked about the descrepency, I given "I don't know". Said his grandmother or drove it for 10 years, and put 10k miles on it if you can believe that lol. Difference of 60k miles. When we came to view a second time, gas flap was broken shut. Watched em shove a screw driver in it for 5 minutes before we walked.
Very quick response time, they did everything they could to get me into the car I wanted with affordable financing. They were very accommodating. The car came exactly as advertised; I would recommend them to anyone. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
Scammers, I had an appointment to look at a car when i went there he give a higher price than the listed price. After little bit of talk the guy came back and said the car got sold yesterday.
