On October 23, 2025 I hired Jiffy Junk to remove a lift chair that had some live bedbugs on it. One of the most important things to do was to completely wrap it in plastic so the bedbugs wouldn’t fall off and spread to other areas. The men carried the chair out without any plastic wrap.
On Saturday October 25, 2025 I found a bedbug crawling on my arm. I was able to kill it and dispose of it.
As a small business owner who has completed junk removal work for Jiffy Junk, my experience was very disappointing. After fulfilling contracted services, payment was not received, despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue.
Throughout the process, I encountered poor communication, delayed responses, and unclear expectations regarding commercial client jobs. Based on my experience, I believe there are serious issues with accountability and business management within their operation.
I share this review to advise other small businesses to proceed with caution when considering subcontracting or partnership opportunities with Jiffy Junk.
I was having my bedroom set removed and wanted it done neatly without damaging my house. I emailed pics to Adam and explained the overall layout of my house (steps, etc.) He answered all my questions and assured me that there would be no hidden fees. The price was fair, the guys arrived on time. They were professional and courteous. I would hire them again.
Incredibly easy and affordable. I was dreading having to have to take my old deck to the dump. I just called around to see how much it would cost thinking it would be an arm and a leg but Jiffy Junk was very affordable and fast. I thought I was going to have debris in my backyard for at least a week but they were there next day and everything was cleared in less than an hour. I will be using them in the future.

I contacted Jiffy Junk on short notice to have my aunt’s home cleaned out to prepare for sale. My first contact with Barry, Diedra and Lauren to arrange for an estimate and clean out scheduling set the stage for a great experience! A day after Jiffy Junk came out to do the estimate they came out to start the junk removal/clean out process. My aunt was 1000% pleased with the service that Jiffy Junk provided! Their employees were professional and they did an excellent job!! They were careful while moving several large furniture items as to not cause damage to the home. The price charged for the junk removal/clean out services was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Jiffy Junk to anyone looking for assistance with junk removal/clean out services.
Just wanted to say that this company has always come through for me and today Conner and Mervin did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything, broom swept and left the area like it was before. They were gentleman and a pleasure to interact with. Hope they are recognized for their professionalism.
I was absolutely amazed by the job done by Conner and Myrven (sp). They are true gentlemen and know their job. They left the empty spots meticulously clean. I had 1/2 a load and the price was Extremely fair. I rate this a 5 star operation from the first point of contact (Lauren), also very professional and knowledgeable, to the wave goodbye.

I had an old hot tub removed from my yard yesterday. It was huge and quite heavy. These 2 men who came to take it were not phased. They knew exactly what they were doing and it was out of my yard and in their truck in no time. They measured twice to ensure no damage to my property before moving it through my narrow breezeway out of the yard. They were polite and professional. I highly recommend Jiffy Junk! I called Jiffy Junk because I had used them a few years ago and was very impressed with the service they provide.. once again, they did not disappoint me. Mervyn the foreman is absolutely wonderful, cheerful and on top of every detail. They showed care for my home and my things, keeping everything neat and tidy. They wore booties so as not to dirty the floor, and put down a mat in the entrance foyer. They actually care (In general, I’ve had experiences with other companies that want to run and do everything as quickly as possible, and not care at all). Jiffy Junk has great service. I don’t think it’s the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for.

The absolute best! My 4th time using jiffy junk and they knocked it out of the park. They removed an extremely heavy old freezer from the basement with ease as well as emptied out my grandmothers entire house all in one day. Polite, courteous, professional. Can’t say enough good things about jiffy junk.
