Heather and Pete do fabulous work. They are easy to get in touch with, and very flexible if you have a sensitive time line. They did multiple pieces for us. Our old oak kitchen table looks brand new.
Cannot say enough good things about our multiple pieces from In The Attic Too. We moved out to the North Fork from the city and I needed furniture for our new house... I needed dressers for a few rooms, but I didn't want the same stuff from crate and barrel, PB, etc, that everyone else has. It was actually SO fun going back and forth with Heather about her different pieces -- which are amazing quality and way better than the crap I was tempted by on wayfair... and then to be able to pick the exact colors, cool hardware... And they turned out amazing. I started with 2 dressers for my girls bedroom (bright pink, gold hardware...). Then bought 2 more dressers for our bedroom in this dreamy grey blue color.
Their work was so beautiful... the pieces are so unique. And I feel so much better using existing pieces than buying new crap that probably wouldn't last long. Heather was SO nice and really went above and beyond.
We had our kitchen repainted from black to white and can't believe what a great job they did... 6 months in, no problems at all.. No paint chips or scuffs. Cant be happier with my new kitchen.. Work with In The Attic Too many times and have never been disappointed. I recommended them to several of our family and friends . Everyone was pleased with their work.
We recently had In the Attic Too refinish and restore my grandmothers 1940s china cabinet and couldn't be happier with the results. It is stunning! The amount of hard work, time, and dedication that went into this piece is truly amazing. Heather and Pete are an incredibly talented team, and we are so happy they were able to bring this meaningful piece back to life. We already have more projects in mind and can't wait to see what they can do!

I knew that these beloved hurricane lamps needed professional TLC & I could not do it on my own. I always liked to rustic look that I had bought them in. I bought a dresser from Heather on Facebook marketplace and she was terrific! I went one day to see the dresser and when I came back the next day to pick it up Heather had cleaned it all up and changed the pulls and her and her husband put it in the car for me. Unbelievable they could not have been so accommodating ! Wonderful people!

By far the best hand made furniture in NY. Corey made us a custom headboard out of reclaimed barnwood dating back to the early 1900’s. Even had photos of the barn. Then made us matching nite tables. Highly recommended. Will be buying more very soon
Love the crew at in the attic too! They are working on some custom builds for our new house. Their new location in Greenport is incredible and well worth the stop!
It’s not like other “antique stores” because it’s super clean and the vibe is awesome. The people there are always friendly and helpful, and they do quality refinishing work. The salvage barn in Jamesport is a cool spot to walk about and browse. They build awesome custom furniture from materials salvaged on the north fork, I mean how much cooler does it get? All in all, I love this place.
