Called them for a part for my '96 Lincoln MK VIII,they had it , sent me a pic of the part,to see if I was satisfied, I was treated excellent,,I called from Tyngsboro MA,and they'll send the part, I'll get it in a few days. Excellent place!
Kevin has helped me out over and above then I can ever imagine. I’m all the way in Illinois and got me the foglights and steering wheel. Had to send some pics and worked with me to get me what I needed for a very fair price. Something was damage during shipping and Kevin took care of it right away. I know the part was good prior to shipping Bc I was provided with pictures of my parts prior to be packaged up and shipped off. Kevin even told me you can most likely get your parts cheaper through LKQ but I would have never gotten the customer service through LKQ as Kevin provided to me.
