My HHR was involved in a Mall accident that clipped the rear bumpers of each Car.
Not only did Ed's call me when there was an issue with the claim but they immediately re-evaluated the damage and kept on schedule (theirs).
My HHR was returned fixed with absolutely no signs of the where the damage occurred but Detailed.
The shine of the Car body and Wheels is exceptional and it now looks better then it has in years.
The inside was cleaned up too.

I was a victim of sliding on black ice on the LIE. My 2015 Toyota Prius needed the front bumper replacement with a hood and fender alignment. Ed’s Auto Collision was highly recommended by folks I trust. So, I brought my car in and spoke to Andy. He looked at the car and provided an estimated repair cost. They use only Toyota OEM parts, and the work is guaranteed for the life of the vehicle.
When I picked up the car, I was so delighted to see the paint matched perfectly!
The hood and fender alignment were spot on as well. The car was completely cleaned inside and out. It appears, they also buffed the headlamps and tail lamps.
The car looks like when I drove it out of the Toyota dealership that rainy day.

I can not thank Ed's Collision enough for repairing my vehicle. They were recommended by a neighbor whose vehicle was also vandalized in our apartment complex. They were able to rectify all the issues for me as well as for my neighbor. They are fair, completed work in a timely manner and I can not praise them enough!

This place is great....Very professional, no games, or "sketchiness"....cleanest autobody office anywhere... the work they did was fantastic...I looked at five body shops before this one for an estimate, nearly all of the others had "red flags" or some negative reviews...yet Ed's did not disappoint once I chose them and had the work done and picked up the car...in fact, I had Ed's repair a terrible paint job that I had done previously at another body shop in Brookhaven.....I will refer Ed's to others and hope I never need bodywork again, but if I do, I will only use Ed's...John spoke with me on the phone about some details that I wanted done on the car, and they followed them exactly, no screw ups....In addition, I was extremely pleased with how they detailed the car for me when it was all finished....it was immaculate when I picked it up, and the bodywork and paint were top notch perfect...5 stars, no doubt
I'm always apprehensive about bringing my car to shops because it's really a hit or miss. Unfortunately, my car was totaled and I wasn't able to experience what I would have definitely expected to be amazing service. With that being said, however, they treated me as if I was going to be getting my car repaired there. Andy was absolutely amazing and extremely knowledgeable. He helped me out with some tips to make sure that I got the best estimate possible on the loss. Even when I came to clear my car out he was trying to see if I could make a little extra money on the car from the tires. I hope that I don't have another accident again but if I do, I will definitely be coming back to them. I will be referring everyone I know in the area to get work done by them because it was truly one of the best experiences I've had with an auto body shop.

Several people suggested Ed's after my accident, and now I also highly recommend that this be your shop. They spoke directly with the insurance company so there was no need for me too and assured that the parts I wanted were put on no aftet market parts just genuine from the dealer. They even went as far as giving my truck a complete detail prior to giving it back to me. Andy at the front desk was polite professional and importantly understanding when listening to my needs if there was 7 stars I would have given it to them A+
I was actually referred to Ed's through a friend that works here . From the moment I walked in the door they were incredibly professional and courteous toward me my girlfriend who had never been in an accident before or dealt with a body shop ; let alone a haggling insurance company.
They really went that extra mile to ease her concerns and explain what the entire process would be like. They arranged a sick rental car for her. Repaired all damaged areas on the car , Blended the paint perfectly. We Also asked for a quote on a small dent that was from a separate occurrence and they repaired it at a very very reasonable cost.
When the car was complete it was detailed immaculate. I've paid over 150 dollars for a detail of this manner. It really was a great experience. Great quality of work. Great customer service. They even sent a Thank You card a week later. They gained customer's for life.

This place is the best. Last year, I was rear-ended due to someone falling asleep at the wheel. My poor Toyota Tacoma had some pretty rough damage. I brought it to Ed's on recommendation, and I am so glad I did. They were unbelievable. They took care of all of the red tape with the other driver's insurance company, and they used Genuine Toyota Parts. Their work was flawless. I was so happy with their work.
Recently, my fiancé's Mercedes was hit while we were shopping at Stop and Shop. When we came out, we were horrified, there was no number, no note. We took the car to Ed's and once again they exceeded our expectations.
It seems we must just have bad luck, because this May, my truck was hit while it was at the Park and Ride. It was just a dent, however because it was the front bumper, I knew it would have to be replaced. When I went to go see Andy again...he was like you again!? They gave me a deal since I was a repeat customer and once again they fixed my baby up like new.
I will never go anywhere else, because their work is just as good (if not better) than the Toyota Dealership I dealt with in the past. Take your vehicle here, John and Andy will treat your baby right!!!! :)
