I don’t know why is this place pretend to be a business , when they rip people off and steal your money asked them if they could find a wheel for my vehicle told me they were going to get it and when I went to pick it up they were closed. I called and didn’t answer once they opened after 3 days I went and asked for my money back and they refused to give it to me and I didn’t even had the part . The “Owner” was very nasty even called me liar and was yelling at me if I were you I would stay away from this thieves
This experience was horrible towards the end I recently purchased a transfer case I thought was needed for my truck they refuse to refund me my money or do exchange this is my first time with dealing with junkyard never again rude customer service and they did not say I couldn't return item when I purchased it granted they gave me deal on the item I explained if doesn't fit or don't need. May I return it gentlemen say yes have no issue few days later I go back now it's issue with boss and went to another place same company cause I was in different area at moment of shopping with friends they also said I could return it spoke with someone on phone now I get place an they call original place now I'm told no as well I think that's very unprofessional to change up decision made to customer over phone , now I'm stuck with transfer case I cannot do anything with I only either my money back or to exchange the item that all no conflict or confusion with them but they refuse mad me feel very uncomfortable and discouraged to buy from them or any junkyard again.
Management is professional and polite .prices are fair .got side mirror heated for just $25 .rack & pinion for $75 .fan assembly for $75 for my Ford escape 2005 on different occasions working fine till today now needs a hood which only they have for $150 ( waiting to save money ) . recommend this place
Call up puts you on hold with the phone off the hook taking about a starter for his broke down machine. Call back and the baligerant sub human asks how many times are you going to call and tells you to have a nice day. You as well here is your 1 star review.
Bought a fuel rail but didn't notice it was damaged. Brought it back and got yelled at being told too bad. NO REFUND, NO EXCHANGE, NO CREDIT!!!!! Can you believe? He talked like a gangster. Stay away from these thieving ripoffs. They only want you money and will NEVER take care of you. I hope they go out of business
Bought a spindle for my Saturn. Installed it on my car and bearing was no good. Took it back to get refund or another one the next day. Was told that I was out of luck and there was no credit or refund by Dave.
There were no other customers in the office at the time.
Now I know why.

HORRIBLE! I called for a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe driver's side sunvisor. I was told I could pick it up in Riverhead or they would have it at the Deer Park location by 4:30 so I said I'd pick it up at Deer Park. I immediately called back b/c I realizedd I would not be able to make it into work on time and get the part. I said I would p/u the following day. When I get to Mid Island there is no part and the moron, I believe his name was Dan, said it was b/c I didn't come in and leave a deposit on a $35 part that could fit in the glove box of whatever vehicle they used to transport parts back and forth on a daily basis. If the Rhode Scholar had told me to bring in a deposit I would have but I honestly don't see the point for something as inexpensive and small as a sunvisor. If we were talking a transmission, a set of rims, or something large and costly I could understand but something that could fit in the small of your back? So I'm expected to make two trips for a minor part? Then, after seeing how annoyed I am that the part isn't there when he had said it would be he has the nerve to ask me if I still wanted it. There is no way I would ever recommend using them. AND I was going to buy a set of 5 rims (4 and a full spare) for another car. Way to blow a sale, Dan.If I could give no stars or negative stars I would.
