I had the pleasure of working with Ivan who helped me bring my SUV from a dealer I bought it from in Brooklyn, NY to Orlando, FL! I was nervous as it was my first time buying online and shipping a vehicle but Ivan made things smooth from start to finish. He promised my vehicle to be here by Weds and it came Tues evening without any trouble. I would entrust him with such a large purchase again and highly recommend. You will not get tracking info if that is what you expect, but you can trust that all is well and he keeps his word and final price.
My car broke down not far from my house and I needed a tow. I called ghost auto who said they could give me a tow and then told me a driver would call me to arrange a pickup. I waited a full hour with no response. Then I called back 3 more times and got no answer. I got ghosted by ghost auto & towing which gave me a laugh.
I wound up calling a competitor towing company and it all worked out in the end but the ghost auto & towing never called me back or returned any of my missed phone calls. I imagine things got busy and the tow drivers could not attend to my needs but a courtesy call informing me of the situation would have been greatly appreciated. I could have addressed my car towing more promptly than waiting for an hour on their response that never came. I guess I am glad that I took the initiative to look elsewhere.

The service attendant was kind and answered phone calls to give updates of arrival. My car was taken care of and stored at towing facility, then safely transported to proper service center in the morning . A photo of my vehicle was sent at drop off point. Very professional and kind . Highly recommend
My car was stalling and not performing normally. I called AAA and no ...NO ...NONE OF THE LOCAL TRIPLE A garages would take the tow because its going from Queens to NJ and there was a storm going on. None of them took the tow. Triple A called me back and said they would try to get me a tow. Next thing I know..I get another call from AAA.... They say Ghost Towing is gonna pull up. Wow. It was great news...the driver, Christopher Santiago, very helpful, experienced, on time, reliable, friendly, and he deserves any accolades or acknowledgements or Raises thats due to him. A great guy , a great company...i highly recommend Ghost Towing.
Do not ever use this company!! These guys left me stranded on the side of the road for four hours at midnight. They told me every time I called that they were 20 minutes away and then never showed up. Then they charged my insurance anyway and I had to dispute it! Worst worst worst company, service and drivers I’ve ever encountered. I’d rather walk home then call them for a tow. I had to abandon my car and Uber home at 3 am after waiting for them all night. I called my insurance company and told them to take these guys off of their list of providers, such a terrible business and terrible people
