Quoted us a price a couple of days before we needed our vehicle towed and stuck to the exact price Quoted when we needed the service, Don was very helpful when a shop that was supposed to do the work couldn't do it and he suggested a shop that was able to help us, thank you
Was told $170 charge before the tow. After we started to drive off with my car, he told me it would be an additional $125 for special service charge and $25 more if I want a receipt. His response is typical. $320 for the total tow...I don't care what he says...this is literally highway robbery.
Someone hit my car and left the scene, Don came and he was very friendly and helpful. I had a lot of stuff in my trunk because my family and I were going on a trip. He helped unload everything. Thank you Don!
Excellent service!!! My husband was taken away by the ambulance due to a car hitting him on his motorcycle. I stayed at the scene to collect paperwork from the police and to make sure they were towing the bike to my home. The tow truck driver the cop called wanted to charge a fee for towing the bike as well as storage fee for each day the bike was there when all I wanted was to tow the motorcycle to my home. *Rolls eyes* to make a long story short, I called Cut Rate Towing, and they assisted me with a driver within 45min and we’re able to tow the motorcycle to my home. The price was kinda high, however I was willing to pay because most tow companies are closed (I’m guessing due to covid-19 or it being a weekend) I’m glad Don (The driver) did come fast, and was able to accommodate what I wanted, he was very knowledgeable, and friendly. Unlike the other company trying to take advantage of the situation by over billing me for un-nessisary storage fees.
I was stuck on the side of the LIE for HOURS and no one would come get me. Don from Cut Rate Towing was so nice about everything. So glad we finally got a hold of him. My husband was in California calling around trying to get me towed b/c Mazda wasn't helping! Don from Cut Rate came as soon as he could, made sure I was okay and told me not to worry about anything!
