Understanding the need for speed and me as an auto dealer requiring a part to deliver a vehicle, Anthony promised to expedite a part for me late afternoon on a Friday ahead of a snow storm. So that I would receive it quicker in the Tampa FL area. They still had to retrieve from the donor car within a couple hours and he offered to do this during the telephone conversation. It's nice to be able to call from out of state, have someone answer the phone right away, understand what you're looking for, and get that part shipped out within hours for a fair price. I had a broken tail light for 2 years, and no one — not even Audi — could help me find the right replacement. As it was never released with a replacement! Every shop told me it was impossible, and after ordering the wrong ones so many times, I basically had a little collection of useless tail lights at home, that didn’t fit. And something that is important too is that they don't have a revolving door of help at Aaron. It is a very stable operation from the guys at the counter to Luis out back. They have the experience and the inventory.

Adam and his team at Aaron Auto Supply really came through for me in my search for a rare replacement Aluminum Hood for my 1998 BMW Alpina B12! I searched nationwide for this particular hood after someone ran into my “Holy Grail” dream car and damaged my driver’s side front corner. After 4 months of searching, Aaron Auto Supply was the place I found the Hood I needed. Aaron Auto Supply provided me with friendly service. They were very responsive and really came through for me in my purchase of the “NLA” part I desperately needed. I made the decision to drive 30 hours from Nashville, TN to Medford, NY to personally pick up the hood. I wanted to eliminate any risk of the hood possibly getting damaged by 3rd party transport. The icing on the cake was meeting Adam and his sons personally and getting to know them and their business a little more. I highly recommend Aaron Auto Supply for their parts and service!

Saw some hard to find interior parts for a 2008 VW R32 listed on eBay so I contacted the seller by phone. When I called i got a very receptive friendly greeting, i explained what i was calling for and that i had an offer in mind for a particular part and we were immediately able to agree to a number without even having to haggle. I was emailed an invoice and i quickly made payment. After making the payment I realized there was another part i needed from same donor vehicle so i immediately called back to see if i could also purchase that part. I was told they’d have to go check to see if that part was there and in good condition and they’d call me back. When they called back they said it wad there and they were going go throw it in with my original part no charge. Ive been in the automotive business for over 30yrs now and these types of experiences are few and far between. I’ll definitely be trying to do business with these guys again next opportunity i get and hopefully they have what i need and we can do more transactions. This all transpired on a Saturday afternoon, they shipped on Monday and I received parts on Tuesday…how’s that for service! PS: just because i got a freebie part don’t necessarily think you will too!
