When I need a tow, All town is who I can rely on. They do so much. Inspections, part replacements, battery testing and more. If you’re on LI and you have car trouble, this is who you call.
My car was towed to All Town in an unfortunate situation, but Joey was super kind and helpful! I needed my car towed somewhere else and needed a ride. Luke took my car to where I needed it and was also very kind, helpful, and we had a great convo on the way! I highly recommend their services. Great people!
All of the workers were very understanding of my needs and respected them with kindness. The prices were more than fair. I think they are trustworthy and kind, and I think that's hard to find in a mechanic. They are more than worth it to bring your car here. ^-^
Used All Town for towing many times and have always been nothing but satisfied. Just used them to do engine repair work on a 1993 Ford F150 I'm restoring. Not only was the price very fair, the work was excellent and done in a very timely fashion. While other shops had given me much higher quotes, Joe "Jr" was very honest about what was being done as we had a few options to choose from. Lines of communication were excellent and everything was done exactly as proposed. Very satisfied and will be bringing them more work with this truck and all my other vehicles. Great family owned business.
I would give no stars if that was an option. A driver was towing a car on my block & completely blocking the egress of my driveway. Asked him to move I needed to leave, which he did not do. Then called the company and got an even nastier employee on the phone. Really great customer service, NOT!!!! Im sure this review will get deleted
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Y1811-Jeffrey S from All Town Towing. I want to extend my sincere thanks to Jeffrey and his supervisor for going above and beyond. Jeffrey reached out to his supervisor for guidance, and their decision truly made all the difference. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the supervisor’s name, but their support was invaluable.
Jeffrey helped change a flat tire at our home on my daughters car as I was rushing for a flight. This had a significant impact on our Memorial Day Weekend plans. He was not only professional but also kind to my family, reflecting the strong leadership at All Town Towing. AAA should be proud to partner with such a dedicated and reliable service provider.

Just had an AAA tow from All Town’s Towing. Driver Luke was prompt, professional and friendly; secured my car on the flat bed quickly and securely and was courteous to inquire what spot on a 3 car driveway that I wanted the car placed in.
Although I hope not to need another tow anytime soon, I would rely on All Town’s in a heartbeat.
I highly recommend this business.
Locked my keys in car on freezing cold night and service was there in 20 minutes and had car unlocked in 5 minutes and made sure car still started before leaving!!
Also was very friendly and courteous!!

Got a flat tire on Labor Day and I called my roadside Honda service. These guys were there in a half hour two really nice young guys. They took the item out of the tire and fixed my flat tire quickly. They were honest and friendly and one of the guys was Havi. Great quick service!
Joe did a great job at gingerly towing my bus out of a tight spot and into an even tighter spot at my mechanics shop. I would use their services again and I highly recommend them.
This was by far one of the worst experience I’ve ever experienced. From the person that towed my vehicle to the large older guy. The older guy was trying to add fees that were of non existence. He insisted that I read the signage then when I went to show him the picture of said sign that showed fees he dismissed me and asked for cash only!!! The whole thing was screaming shady practice. The only decent person was the young man behind the desk. Overall a horrible experience!!!!!!
I had the unfortunate need for a tow when my truck needed to be moved, not once, but twice. By sheer coincidence, Joe (the tow truck driver) was my assigned driver. He was absolutely amazing, friendly, efficient, and professional. I will absolutely be referring everyone I know to All Town!!
Friendly, courteous, warm, and reassuring. I’m anxious and worried as it is with all the expenses I endure with my kicker, but they don’t take advantage of you (I did google the price point for my previous repair and they fell on the lower end), and everyone who worked there was well mannered. I’ve already given out their business card and I am bringing back my car to them (unfortunately) knowing I can trust Joe and his team! That’s why they have so many awards with AAA whom is my tow company, and recommended them to me. I’m so glad they did! In fact they were originally towing me to a different mechanic and without even looking at my car for my first problem, the driver knew what was wrong. He towed me to his shop. He was correct! I trust every single person who works for Joe!
Very grateful for All Town. We were given a time by AAA to pick up the car between 7:15 and 8:45. They even sent us to a gps app to watch the driver's arrival. When the driver didn't arrive by 9:45, we called AAA. Long story short, AAA never gave the call to All Town until after our second call. I called All Town directly, told them the story, and they were here quickly after that. We're very grateful to All Town. Great job.
10 stars. Huge shout out to Donald & Joey. Donald, who showed up to tow my car from Stop and Shop shopping center parking lot patiently made sure I went to the right shop and got the best deal for my tow! Also immediately brought out Joey to take a look at the tire and the whole team within 10 minutes diagnosed the situation to come up with the best solution. Was not an easy fix and they took the time to get me the best possible price, service and never once felt like I was a burden even though they had to order out for a new rim to make sure the car was safe. They even switched rear and front tires because of 2 wheel drive car. Sorry I forget the mechanics name but thank you all! Shout out to big Joe too. Thanks team.
I have never been more impressed with a towing company and driver. Today I found myself in the unfortunate situation of needing my car towed. Needless to say it was a very stressful situation, but as soon as the driver showed up (Jose A) everything started getting better. He kept me informed of while I waited in a neighborhood I was not familiar with and was frightened and he let me know he was in his way to help despite a few hiccups in the way I never had to feel stranded as he kept me informed. He was polite and empathetic towards my situation and listened to me venting the long way towards my mechanic shop,
I hope to never find my self in a situation again like o need a tow but if I do I know I’ll be in good hands when I call all town towing for help and (hopefully Jose A can come to my rescue ). More towing companies need employees like him who are able to make an uneasy stressful Situation feel like it Juat got a little better. Don’t know if he knows that the warm smile he gave when he created made a world or a difference and he made sure I got into my Uber safe n sound (Uber was about to pass me and he assisted flagging him down for me), bless how heart

Jose from all town towing towed my car . He knew from the beginning what was wrong with it. When I got here everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. They fixed my problem. They were relatively inexpensive . Unfortunately the big problem was a recall on the car that they figured out. The whole staff is super friendly . I was here for about an hour with my 5 year old . They offered him snacks and even gave us some toy cars to play with .Thank you for making us feel safe .
Does this Vehicle look unregistered I’m sorry it does not .im sorry your driver and your company was to lazy to do it’s job . If you clearly looked up or waited for me to arrive you would have notice. Your company Customer service is trash and the way your employee and manger speak with ppl in need of service is unprofessional… maybe you should take time out to get real drivers that want to work service was terrible I still wish there was a 0 star button … you guys would be first to get it
Needed my car towed. Car arrived slightly after ETA; a matter that could have been overlooked.
However.. on arrival, I explained to the tech that I did not want him to attempt starting the car as I wanted my mechanic to see the issue. Tech insisted he would not tow my car before trying to start the car first. Without my consent, he proceeded to do this and then attempted to leave me without the tow I called him for. He was incredibly rude, inconsiderate, and slightly spiteful in his demeanor.
As expected, my mechanics are now struggling to identify the issue.
The techs may be knowledgeable about what they do but a customer’s right to decline an unwanted service should never be neglected and overlooked.
Awesome service! My battery was dead and Arturo came from All Town Towing and said it wasn’t the battery but the alternator. Jumped the car for me so I could bring it to be fixed. My usual mechanic was booked up and unavailable for 2 weeks! So I called All Town and they took me right in and fixed my problem while I waited! Can’t ask for better service than that!!! They are now my new mechanic!!!
All town towing and repairs is the Worse towing company I ever seen. I called triple for a towing and Donald MM was rude, disrespectful and very inpatient. I ask for him give few minutes to provide registration which he didn’t since he was such in a rush. As he approached my house his eyes appears to look as if he was in the influence of drugs. As a US ARMY disable combat Veteran I am very disappointed. Sands point auto body towing company came after and met all my needs. They had patient and professionalism. I recommend anyone who needs a towing company to contact sands point auto body you will not regret it.
After coming out of Home Depot my truck wouldn’t go into gear. I called aaa and they got in contact with All Town Towing. The driver Joseph G Jr. was there quickly. He was very professional & knowledgeable & did a great job.

This was the very first time I needed to use my AAA membership for roadside assistance. I submitted a request through the app on my phone and was given a window of about an hour for someone to show up. About 30 minutes later, Jay from All Town Towing came and immediately went to work to help with my truck issue. He was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable.
