Checked this store out for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised to see a few great sales going on, making the items an amazing deal!!! I walked out with beautiful tiles that will go perfectly for my kitchen that is currently undergoing renovation! Also got cleaning products I use for next to nothing! Also, every staff member was super nice and helpful! Good to know you’re also shopping for a good cause! Will be back!!

This place has everything. If I was buying another property I would definitely come here. They had Wolf Stoves & Very Nice Furniture Pieces.

The prices are just outrageous. Several items were priced as if they were new because I found their new counterpart online. In fact a few were less. I used to shop here this used to be a cool place for bargains. I don’t know what happened but don’t waste your time here if you’re looking for furniture or things of that sort. I can’t comment on the price of building material materials. I won’t be back.

Management seems to have taken negative reviews into account and really turned things around. The store is cleaner inside and out, more organized and prices are A LOT cheaper. Things are back to thrift pricing and I got a really nice Marvin door for a killer deal! Glad to see the changes!

Love, love love the prices. Everything is reduced 50% or more. I even asked for a discount on top of their reduced prices, and was able to buy for that price!!

The store has now lowered their prices and has a larger variety of items so shopping here feels like going on a treasure hunt. If you haven’t gone in awhile, give it another chance.

This used to be a great place to pick up used furniture and appliances at a fairly discounted price. For the past 2 years, the place is horrible and not worth the trip. The prices are too high and the current management seems to price items as if they’re new and not used. There are appliances that are so overpriced, they’ve been there for over a year without a price drop. They need to change their pricing structure so items can sell faster. They are being unrealistic.

The prices are no longer what they used to be! Dated, old and damaged items are being sold for what you can buy them for new. It’s not even worth the time anymore to even look. The grossly over pricing of items is evident in the amount of inventory they have that simply won’t sell because they’re grossly overpriced. I’m not sure if there was a change in staffing or management that caused this shift but they need to rectify it asap! During my last visit a few months ago they had a set of two patio chairs they were asking $199 for... any retailer sells these for LESS new! It’s outrageous. It’s really sad that they’re doing such a disservice to their community and those who want to support them!

Crazy how expensive this place got idk why when everything they get is donations don’t come here it’s way to expensive!

It used to be a good store, not anymore! They jacked the price up in all inventories as if was new. If something is sell as paired they split it up and sell as 2 units. The other day the was a bathroom vanity that come with faucet ,went back to get it, the faucet was gone but the price of the vanity remain the same.

Used to love coming here but it seems like the prices have doubled overnight and there is so much inventory that it’s piled up on top of each other. You can’t even fit through the isles. $4,999 on a donated rattan sofa set???

This place used to be great. Nowadays they're using the usual thrift store model where they look up the price on eBay and want full value for it, like it wasn't donated. Found a cheap broken sofa bed for 39 and then to be told that it was priced wrong and they couldn't let it go for less than 239. If you find a great deal, then aces for you but I haven't bought an item in the last 3 times I've been and this past time takes the cake. Restore is a great idea in theory but I don't think I'll be back.

Prices are way too high. $900 for a beaten up arcade machine. 1k for a ratty old armoire. $3 each for old plates that are worn out and peeling.

Don't even think about donating here. We came by to drop of some tables and stuff all In great condition. We were greeting by some cranky employee telling us we had to get approval first. Take pics ect.. that's fine..but to be spoken to the way he spoke to us was uncalled for. A simple hey, We can take it but you have to .... would have been fine!

Where's the entrance? I'll tell you where! It is located on the left side of the building with a blue awning over the entrance that's where As for handicap friendly NOPE. You can not go through this entire store without some large road blocks in their isles. Their merch was meh but went day b4 mothers day and lots of customers were picking up their previous purchases. I sure this place has a very large turn over of stuff.

My most recent experience with the ronkonkoma Restore was stellar. I saw a post on Instagram for something I wanted , I DMed the account and within the hour I had a response and a link to purchase. Everyone I spoke with was so helpful and friendly, specially Lynn and Courtney! I’ve been to this store before just to browse and there’s a huge selection , I would definitely recommend a visit for any home goods (even for big things like windows, bath vanities, cabinet sets, etc) or just some fun antiquing . And recommend a follow on Instagram so you can snag a deal as soon as it’s posted . Will be a frequent shopper for sure.

We live about 40min away from this location, after seeing tile pictures posted decided to message their Facebook page and enquire about any luxury vinyl flooring that could be in stock. It didn't make sense to drive all the way there if they did not have what we were looking for. Their social media specialist, Lynn, messaged back in a very timely matter and was so extremely helpful! She was willing and able to walk the sales floor for items comparable to what we were searching for. She took the time to go over pricing, size, quantity etc. She was so friendly and such a pleasure to chat with! Made the process such a wonderful experience, her manager Colleen called shortly after to set up payment/pick up and was very clear and took the time to explain the process. These two women were so very kind, understanding, helpful, so many wonderful words could be used. If you were curious about reaching out about what you're looking for... DO IT! so much better than I expected and will definitely be doing business with them again THANK YOU !!!!

Very friendly helpful staff. It is hit or miss if you just show up, but if you see it on their Facebook page it is worth the trip. Got an electric fireplace. At the price it is great to see if we would actually like it instead of paying over $1,000.

Need a 2nd hand piece of furniture to upcycle ? A lamp or slider door? Maybe some ceramic tile or a desk? Really good deals in a giant warehouse. It's hit or miss, but worth a visit. Check it out.

This place is a great option to collect material for your next project. Its hit or miss on selection so you shouldn't go there expecting to find anything. The have everything from furniture to building supplies. I've gotten a few items from there that I have upcycled or intend to, lol.

Cool spot. Never no what you will find. Generally builders donate left over supplies after finishing big contracting jobs. I picked up shelves for my bathrooms which matched the vanity I have exactly. You must buy when you see them. What ever they have at the moment is all they have. Very responsibly priced. Highly recommend. Great stop if you have a few minutes to kill. I always stop when I am in the area.

We went for a front loading washing machine. We had great luck here in the past. We found a really nice one. Brought it home and, unfortunately, it didn't work. We brought it back and with the store credit got a top loader. Not my favorite, but it's cleaning our clothes as I type. So, it's a happy ending. By the way, everyone who works there is really friendly and helpful.

This place is great. They offer everything from light fixtures to carpets. Many people shop here so the good stuff doesn't last long. They have beautiful tables and kitchen cabinets. Mirrors, glassware, bedframes, random stuff. All prices are on point. I tell everyone about this place, highly recommend!

The bad: This place is hit or miss with respect to stock. The location is a good distance from most people. The good: You'll be surprised with the type of inventory that appears. The prices are reasonable to very good. The store has went under a recent renovation making browsing easier. The shopper must know measurements and or quantity of what the need. The shopper must be knowledgable about the item they are looking at. The shopper must be able to transport the items they wish to purchase.
