I never sold scrap before, but I recently switched my pipes from copper/brass and I wanted to recycle the pipes I pulled out. The process was quick and simple and the staff was extremely helpful. While I don't think I will have anymore copper to sell in the near future, I would love to do business with them again.
I knew this would be the place to scrap metal, when I got a hello from Nolan months ago when I first started scrapping here.Other yards just give you an unhappy look when you walk in. Now its hi Wayne from Nolan and Vinny, who go out of their way to make sure your treated fairly and are happy when you leave.
No joke, these guys work hard .Arrow is very lucky to have Nolan and Vinny on their team.Also the other staff members have this place running like a fine tuned watch. Finally a place to scrap netal that is actually enjoyably, and with honest pricing. No games here. I find Nolan and Vinny will answer your questions and help you get the most for your scrap metal. Other yards should take note. To me this is how a scrapyard should be run.
My husband has sent me to a lot of different scrap yards and usually Im treated nasty and the all the workers are rude BUT NOT HERE. Everyone was very nice and very helpful! Breath of fresh air!
We have been using Arrow for months now, the other yards do not enable you to sort and maximize your return. The staff up front and in the yard are always courteous and available to help. We have brought others to Arrow and they all agree it is the best place to get your metals back into the system.

Turn scrap metal, electronics and other materials into quick cash. I was in and out in less than five minutes. Drive in, put your stuff on one of their carts and wheel it in. They weigh it and give you a receipt, which you bring to a scanner and out come your greenbacks. Highy recommend!!
This place is great . I’ve been to many scrap yards and recycling centers in the past and ever since I came to Arrow I won’t go anywhere else. The people are great and friendly. They teach me things about metals every time I go in there! Actually applied to try and get a job here for myself! Do yourself a favor and go to Arrow. You won’t get ripped off like other spots.
Great experience at Arrow Scrap, metal prices were very good. I actually got more then expected. They take any quantity and an unlimited weight amount and actually provide the containers to sort your metal. I was in and out and paid within 10 minutes with over 2000 pounds. the workers are very friendly and helpful. highly recommend them, Allen Baker

The facility is the cleanest and best run scrap yard I have ever been to. You do not have to worry about how many screws and nails are in your tires when you leave the yard. Al has been extremely helpful in aiding us sort our scrap so we maximize our return. All of the workers are friendly, courteous and willing to help. I like the giveaways too; note pads, clamps... My husband wears his t-shirt all the time. An A+ to the yard and an A+++ to Al. He is the best! Thank You
This place is beyond awesome. Not only are they the only place that pays for electronics but their facility is clean and high tech. Furthermore they are super friendly and the workers are willing to take the time out for newbies like myself to let me know how to maximize my profits while others wanna rush you out the door and lucky to find someone that speaks English.
I just went there today for the first time and I was immediately approached with a smile on their face and willing to explain to me everything I need to know. Then when I was ready they immediately grabbed my cart put me to the front of the line cause technically I was there before the others and while they separated everything they gave me an indepth breakdown of what I had, what I was being paid ( price per pound ) and suggestions for future deals with some tips on what I would need to do to make the most money and even what I should avoid so I don't waste any time or money.
Next they gave me my receipt and showed me what everything meant and how I could make it easier to next time I go there. Next he walks me over to the best part. The ATM aka their high tech way of being paid via a machine no need to wait for anyone to pay you it's scan and dispense! Very cool!
Just when I thought my day couldn't go any better cause I got Paid for clearing out the clutter in my home and garage but dude comes up to me and says what Size shirt does you and your friend wear cause they gave us a nice lil surprise gifts 2 really cool Arrow scrap T-Shirts that don't look cheap or cringy I actually really like them, thank you so much guys! Tough to find good people in this industry. This facility is top notch from its cleanliness organization and more importantly their staff. Ive only been coming here for 2 weeks or so and ill never go anywhere else to drop off my scrap metal. Smooth operations from the moment you drive onto the scale to the back where their employees direct you where to go and every interaction is respectful. Inside the warehouse the staff are courteous and always greet you with a smile. Vincent one of the employees ive worked with multiple time is always courteous and helpful.
