Just spoke with Henry on the phone, he completely blew me off like it wasn’t his problem to deal with me. I was looking to purchase a used part and was given the impression they sold parts since it’s supposed to be a junkyard and the website has an option for used parts. When I tried to ask him about the option on the website Henry just hung up. I asked him to hear me out but he didn’t bother, management please listen to the recorded line conversation since you want us to have an “awesome” experience. Also if you don’t sell used parts then please remove the option it’s misleading.
