I've used this shop several times to work on my old 2005 Mercedes. I've had service, tires and rear air shocks all serviced by them. They stay very busy year-round, so patience goes along way if you're dropping car without appointment. Steve is the best mechanic around so it's worth the wait. I also find if you just let him know ahead of time you need your car back same day, he's very accommodating. The prices are more than fair. I would highly recommend for honest & fair service.
I was looking for a quote on a repair. I initially gave them the diagnostic numbers so they could see what needed to be done and they said I would need to bring the car in. Not unreasonable. Then I told them I wanted to assess whether it made sense to repair the car at all and asked them to quote me the price of changing the alternator and battery to have at least some idea. The man who answered the phone just hung up on me at that stage. I have never encountered such poor service anywhere. Not wanting to quote prices over the phone is one thing but hanging up on a customer is something else entirely.

Excellent experience with Steve and his team. My 2004 4Runner was bouncing all over the place. I was in a bind. This car was not safe. I was desperate as I was only in the area for a very short time. Based on the great online reviews, I took a spin over to the shop. The team identified the issue in a matter of seconds. Steve immediately ordered a new set of coil springs to replace the much outdated and failed Toyota rear leveling system. I dropped it off a couple of days later when the parts arrived. Within a couple of hours, it was done. The old 4Runner now drives like it's supposed to. Very glad I went to this shop. Steve and his team are honest, knowledgeable, quick, and reasonably priced. I strongly recommend their services.

Steve and his crews are the most honest, reliable, professional mechanics you would find in the East End. They took care of everything smoothly and made us feel very welcomed. The secretary is so sweet, friendly and easy to talk to. This will be our go to repair shop from now on.
Honest people doing good work. Same day - quick turnaround within 30 minutes on my VW on a flat tire. They do not overcharge - highly recommend. Great service.
This is by far the best auto mechanic I've ever used! Working far from home and this shop is near by, I was scared of the cost being im in the Hamptons but they're extremely reasonable, reliable, professional, courteous and honest. Highly recommended
