Try looking around for better option to get cash now for your car because these guys are scammers. This place offer 24hr service so I reached out to sell my car for cash. John give me a price range of $1,000-1,200 and told me he could pick the car up later on that day which was not a problem. I received a call around 11am saying they were coming to pick the car up but 11am turned into 9pm when Frankie came to pick up the car. Now Frankie only came with a $1,000 that’s it and turn my car on and told me it was worth a $1,000 Frankie never looked under the hood just turned the car on and said I can give you a $1,000. John tried to bully me into taking the money because my car had a lot of mileage and that’s the most someone would give me which wasn’t true
So I called him for a quote, Started good, then tried to give me that OLDEST sales pitch like if we don't understand he has to make money on the sale. Don't be salesy, that's sleazy, if there's a deal, there's a deal. If we agree, then we agree. If not, relax, just breathe bro, its ok to disagree.
Well unfortunately he didn't make it through to any of this, because way before, to complete his extremely poor customer service, he hung up the phone on me. Never even heard a quote, though he described interest in the SUV. Very Rude. I do not recommend. I am hopefully there are kinder more genuine business people on long island then his guy.
If he is having a bad day, he brings it to work with him. We get it, we all have those, but its how you handle yourself that makes the difference. Hope you choose different next time.

Terrible experience. They offered me one price which we agreed upon, then they were a no show and when I called to complain, they said if I still want them to show, they will reduce the price by hundreds of dollars and when I complained, the guy hung up on me. Scammers! I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Consumer BEWARE!
