Had my car towed with this company twice and im very satisfied with the services. They are highly recommended, communication was smooth all throughout.
I wish I could give a 0 but that’s not an option. I would never recommend this place to anyone! This is a Horrible towing service & nasty & heartless people who work there .They came after 2 hrs of me waiting & the guy who answered the phone kept lying on the phone to me about the time they were coming when my car broke down. He finally came after almost 2 hrs with no jumper cables to charge my battery when I said on the phone it’s probably the battery & he refused to tow my car & left minutes after he got there. He did absolutely nothing to help me & left . His boss was extremely rude on the phone to me & my brother & the guy who came in the tow truck could care less having my car towed to the dealership. I was left stranded! I would never ever recommend this terrible towing company to anyone. Stay far away from them. Disgusting behavior & business people who could care less about their customers! They will be reported to the better business bureau & should be shut down!!
I've had a number of instances where I needed a Tow Truck or roadside assistance. Some good and some really bad.
My truck decided it was time to not start while at a store. Starter went bad and I needed it towed to get repaired. I call A&N and was greeted almost immediately. After discussing locating and the type of vehicle I was given a very reasonable price. They arrived within 15 minutes which is the quickest I've ever experienced. The driver hooked me up and we were on our way. He was nice and helpful. Overall a very good experience under the circumstances. I would highly recommend these guys for your towing needs.
We broke down on Sunken Meadow parkway at 10 at night. Not all tow trucks are allowed on the parkway. They are. The price was fair and most important they said they would be there in 30 minutes and actually showed up on time.
I highly recommend this towing service We had the bad luck of needing 2 towing services in one month. Each time, the tow trucks came quickly (within 30 minutes), prices were fair and the workers were very professional.
They did come pick up the car quick and get it to the destination in a quick matter which I did appreciate ’ my problem was the driver wasn’t the best worker taking the car down .If it wasn’t for the hook he had stuck on the bottom of my car for a hour tryna take it off the car would’ve rolled into on coming traffic the reckless way he realeased it off the ramp . And was very non-chalant and said that wasn’t his fault . Then whose was it ? That was not cool .
They were amazing! Best service ever I will definitely recommend it to everyone I know when needed. They came quick and helped me out just in time to continue my day !

The weekend before Memorial Day was headng out east on the LIE on Saturday night and I hit one of the many potholes. My run flat didn't run flat. Geico first told me up to two and a half hours and then called me back to say I was on my own. We found A&N on the internet and he had good reviews so we took a chance. He told us 15-20 minute and he didn't disappoint. He showed up as promised and drove me and my wife over 28 miles. We recommend Angel but we hope we never need him again!
I love this towing company! It was 3am and my car just stopped out of no where I was so scared and AAA didn't even answer I will be telling everyone about A&N towing company thanks again young man you deserved that $200 tip!
Great customer service very professional. My car stopped in the middle of nowhere they were the only company that was open 24 hours around the area. Got there within 15 minutes
I blew a tire on the highway and called this company they came within 20 minutes of me calling. I was very grateful because i was anxious sitting on the side of a busy highway. Great experience very professional and will be recommending them to everyone!
