First off, no issues with the part itself or price, everything was seemingly okay on that end. What ruined the experience was that while loading the heavy part in my car with a forklift, right in front of me, they managed to scrape the inside roof all across and punch a huge hole in the bumper. When confronted with this, the owner denied that it even happened, said it was on me that since when he said “do you want this in your car”, I said “yes”. So that means I agreed to them poking a hole in the car and ruining the roof due to negligent loading? Any reasonable business owner with customer service would have at the very least provided some compensation for the damages, but these guys were super rude and flat out denied anything even happened. I’m glad at least the part worked out so I never have to go back to them.
Thought I was saving money on the price, ended up paying more in repairing the damage they caused! Have a little respect for customers shelling out their hard earned money for your business…
Always helpful, great prices, much more often than not, they have the parts I need. I do a lot of side work on vehicles and use Ace often. Have never had any problems with parts purchased from them. I highly recommend.
I purchased a motor from them was told. My motor was outside in the yard went to look at. It had no plugs in it later to find out. Was not my motor when I got my motor it had foreign objects in the intake I've been lied to by this company from the start. I'm in the process of trying to get a good motor did a compression test on the motor they gave me and it failed miserably, the guy that sold it to me told me he heard it run and it ran great. Wow, some kind of mechanics at that place
The first time I came they helped and got a rim for my traverse after a repound lot damaged my rim. Found out my other rim was damaged too. Came back to have the same thing done to find out their machine to put the rim on my tire is broken. And they charged me for putting the rim on. They said I could come back tomorrow. The mechanic said he didn't know if it would be fixed. My tire will be Flatt tomorrow. Then they told me I could go pay to have someone else do it. I think they should have given me some of my money back so i can have money to put the rim on.
Carmine is awesome My car has been stuck right I'm front of his store taking up space for about 2 weeks now and he has been totally understanding and helpful! I will for sure be bringing all my cars and future business to him for sure.
I had a flat tire and was in need of a change. They told me that they didn’t have my size tire. So I was out looking for one. I been there for a good minute. I told the worker that I was going to be right back because I was going to get the tire that was needed. I came with the tire and the man told me that they were close and come back in the morning. So I had to leave my vehicle overnight. Before I left I asked him how much would it be to fix the tire, he told me $25. So I came the next day and he fixed my tire. I had left real quick to get something to drink. When I came back I saw that the man wasn’t working on the tire. When he finally got done he told me that the cost was $35. I would not recommend this place.
I went here because the dealer told me I needed to purchase for new rims for my van. The man that I spoke to was very knowledgeable and told me that he would take a look and see if that was actually the case. He had one of the workers remove all four of my tires and look at the rims. it turns out that my rims were fine he did put some kind of a silicone in the rims just to keep it from rubbing against my tires. So glad I went here instead of listening to what the dealer told me. I will definitely be going back here for all my car needs. Very honest people work here.

Called looking for parts for my car. Was "on hold" for 10 minutes. "Hold" being them laying the phone down on the desk. Talked to one guy who said I had to talk to another guy, who then put on a third guy. He said he "wasn't sure", but he'd ask someone else. Absolutely ridiculous.
Always have the part I need and they say pick up next day but it always shows up the same day for a portion of the price. 100 % my go to parts place unless you need maintenance
The gentlemen that work here are truly experienced and do really good quick and friendly! I always go there for tires! He chooses only the best for your car. Like new and inexpensive!
this place is a rip off. we brought a 1996 pick up truck to be junked he told us not to sign the title because it's going to be crushed today we found out the he forged my name on the title and it is now registered to someone in Virginia never trust that place !!!!!!
No stars at all !!!!! ... Worst take your money if dont need part instead of maybe giving back 1/2 /they give u store credit.... joke just there way of keeping your money and keeping there sales..... so wrong!!!!!!! Taking people's hard earn money... dont need but sick with it should of sales it myself on Ebay to get my money bk.... so they dont get it... they suck!!!!!! Worst junk yard never going bk ever
Just wasn't helpful at all...made me go all they way back home to find out infomation that he could of helped me with...i returned back for him to tell me he doesn't have that part when i ask either part do u have so my trip wouldnt be in vein...then said i can order it pay first then it will be in 2days
