This store in Calverton is like stepping back into a time where people were courteous and helpful. I was greeted by the cashier upon entrance helped by two lovely workers who seemed happy to do so and rang up by a real sweet lady. I will ALWAYS buy my feed there. Place is GREAT!

This store is horse and cow friendly! People were happy to see my horse!

Do not buy their Fuel Pellets. Very bad quality, dark, more expensive than the big box stores. False advertising saying they will match any competitor price. They will only match their own brand which no one else sells…..

I love tractor supply. This place always has the tools I need and great durable clothing options at dirt cheap prices. Perfect for anyone who actually has to get dirty and hands on at a job. Sometimes I just go in to look around. It's like a toy store for an adult.

I've been coming here for a while and always was a good experience & customer service. I recently hurt my back so I now order pickup. The last 2 times it was an older lady that looks like Tina Belcher and is rude. Im not sure if she's rude in general or just with me. If she's not happy doing pickup orders maybe she shouldn't be doing it. Please assign other workers that are able to provide good customer service. Thanks.

Always a good experience when I visit Tractor Supply in Calverton. Today I needed to purchase a Propane tank and have it filled. Tony at the register and Raphael who handled filling the tank and placing it in my car were a pleasure to deal with. They put a smile on your face. ?

I have to say best customer service!!! Everyone was so helpful. This store have alot of stuff.. super friendly and helpful also, you could bring your pets love it...

Awesome place especially for propane refills and tools ( just a tiny bit on the pricey side) but staff is extremely friendly and polite very enjoyable experience

Had such a great shopping experience today with Pete!!! He helped me and my mom by lifting a large Blackstone grill (not just the one on the top - she wanted the one that was 3 boxes down). He was so kind, making sure we had the right cart & helping to entertain my daughter. When we checked out, Pete bought my daughter a little stuffed horse that she absolutely loved and then he helped us lift the grill (and of the other stuff we bought) into the car and then took both our carts back for us. We tried to give him a tip and he wouldn't accept it. What an extremely kind, helpful human - he absolutely made our day!

Good evening everyone I am going to say I just had the greatest telephone conversation with such a wonderful young lady named Stephanie Was looking for information in regards to dog kennels and I must say this customer service representative did her job with such knowledge and integrity and dignity. Once a month I take my little puggle Sunny in for the $10 DIY bath. Can get just the right water temp, plenty of settings for water. Easy to lather up & rinse twice. Towel her off and pump the grooming table all the way up so it's easy to get her bone dry with the industrial straight blower and long hose. Yesterday yesterday just came and picked up some bag balm. Already healing many of the little cracks and splits from banging my arm in the shower, working on the car, or dealing with Sonny and all her tools and equipment. It is miraculous stuff indeed so I'm going back for the large tin. I'll keep the little one in the car and periodically fill it up. Shout out to Victoria, thoroughly lovely woman - professional, smart, competent, patient. Don't believe I've ever run into a bed stuff person at the Calverton tractor supply. And they sure do love Sunny. They always give her a treat on the way in so I intercept it and break it in half. The Calverton New York store is clean and well stocked but there's some stuff they no longer carry that we must buy on Amazon.

First time ever in the store, my buddy and I just wanted to buy some clothing. My friends and I didn’t need the worker named Joy constantly staring at us acting like we’re going to steal and go as far to comment to my friend “ it’s kinda weird you’re just standing there”. It’s actually just dumb. Are we not allowed to wait our turn outside the fitting room waiting for our other friend to finish? I can understand she would be on lookout for any thief’s but her making comments, staring at us and frequently walking passed us is just weird. The lady at the checkout was so sweet and even had a great conversation with us. I wish I got her name. She was great.

Went in there very briefly to buy firewood for camping. The staff were friendly and efficient. The wood we bought was high-quality, dry wood. It burned nicely and gave our fire an enchanting glow ? ✨

Used the dog wash station. Only $10 and well spent. So much easier to put them in a stand up tub and scrub him down. They have they high velocity air dryer which worked great. Only con is the room could use a good cleaning.

Completely turned off by this place now. Went to get propane there twice. The first time wqs a few hours before closing and was told the propane was locked up for the night. Their propane is always locked. I've seen them open it for other people getting propane. The second time was last night, at least an hour before closing they tell me "we dont do propane in the rain". 1- it was not rqining at the time 2- the propan fill station is covered so they wouldnt even get rained on. I don't think I'll ever be returning to tractor supply!

Horrible horrible horrible customer service … The people who work there BESIDES CLARA. Are useless. I was there last week and I watched a chick get stomped on for 5 mins and died… I told the worker and they didn’t come to help the chick until it was on its last breathe. Then she followed me around the store to tell me that she’s sorry and the chicks okay, when I saw the chick die in the pen and proceeded to get stomped on. TRACTOR SUPPLY NEEDS TO DO BETTER.

This store is assume. Tractor Supply is my go to store for all my families chicken supplies to raise our chickens. It’s also great for work gloves and other yard tools. The staff are friendly and helpful. And there prices for propane are usually the best in town. They charge you for what you put in your propane tank. Not just a flat rate like other places.

My wife and I visit Tractor Supply every few weeks. The staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable. This place has all your homesteading needs, plus many, many other things to offer. We definitely enjoy shopping here.

Very friendly staff who seem to enjoy their jobs. If you've ever wanted to visit the place where the Saw movies were filmed, check out the dog wash here! It's a little less sanitary than what's depicted in the movies, but as soon as you walk in, there is no doubt this dog wash was the filming location of the Saw movies !

Taweek was the most kindest human ! I bought my items and not only did he offer assistance in the store he came out of the store when he didn’t have too and helped me put my items in the car. Each of the bags was 50 lbs and he didn’t have to help me at all. But he came out and helped even after the store was closing.what a fantastic employee and kind human! I wish I knew how to get through on the survey the store give you so I could sing his praises!

Brought my 20 pound tank to the side to get filled with propane and very nice and helpful woman opened the gate and took care of me right away and i was even able to pay with credit card right there. Very fast and efficient. Also love that you charge by the gallon and not a set price. Thank you all.

Was recommend to come here to see Otis for all our camping needs while at wildwood. He hooked us up with the best firewood in the area, was super pleasant and hospitable. Even helped us pick up a few last minute supplies. We came back a few more times to get more firewood and he was there to assist and was the best customer service representative ever, each time. Go see Otis at tractor supply company for all your supply needs.

This Store is run so professionally and Smart!! The manager Stephanie, I think, she is the manager. Is a pleasure to deal with and Super Knowledgeable and Friendly. I have been to other Tractor Supplies. This one is head and shoulders above others.

I never have had an issue with this store. Always had a good experience until today. My Mom and I went to get our propane tank filled, keep in mind we have never done this before with Tractor Supply. A person in the front said just take it through the store and meet the woman outside. As soon as we got out a worker by the name of Helen immediately interrupted customers that she was with in order to yell at us "You are not aloud to bring propane tanks through the store!" My mother and I immediately turned around and said that a worker in the front told us it was okay to bring this tank through. After we were YELLED at like children by this woman, she proceeds to say just bring it over there and points at a tank. We reply back "are we supposed to just fill it ourselves?" Helen says "I will help you in a minute." Like we were a burden to her. After this we go to pay and complained to the cashier. She is apparently a team leader as well? Absolutely disgusting. I have never met a more rude person in my life. I am so disgusted with how we were treated today, this is a complete turn off.

The only thing there that's good, is the cashier Maggie who works there She is really nice. She's extremely helpful. The other staff members don't speak and act like you're not there to shop, so they walk by you without saying hello, good morning, or good evening or a word.... I hate going there, with that type of behavior
