GREAT JOB! I had to have my quater panel replaced, it was done on time, perfect paint match. Al is a PRO.
Had appt for inspection. Called to say dropping off the night before as soon as the brakes are done. Nasty guy calls me back yelling at me that Im having brakes done elsewhere (my friend /mechanic of 23 yrs.& says dont bring it in. I asked why he yells because thats how we make $, not just on inspections but on repairs and hangs up on me. Meanwhile for the last 10 years weve been going there because he does diesel inspecion.
I have contacted DMV Safety division &put in complaint.
My step-son Marcus car broke down while working doing Door Dash. We called AAA and it had to be towed to A&D auto shop. John and Matthew were very helpful and explained everything along the way. They were very professional, they practiced all safety protocol with mask wearing and sanitizer when dealing with customers. The car needed an alternator and a battery, they called us explained everything to us. Once agreed to ahead they give us the prices before proceeding to complete the job. Thanks John
Just went to A & D Collision on Montauk Hwy. Went in to get photo inspection. Had to go with my 9 year old daughter. She should not be left alone and I had no one to watch her. When I went in he refused to do the service because there were 2 people in the vehicle. I could not leave my daughter home and they had minimal hours to work with. Then with out provoke he said that I put my daughter in harms way because we dont know if they, at the shop, are sick. Basically calling me a bad mother. He said that, not knowing that I had disinfectant spray and wipes in my car. I took every precaution before I went there to make sure we would be safe. Inspection photos take at most 15 minutes. And the best was that while he reprimanded me, he did not have his mask on. So hypocritical and disrespectful.
A hypocritical place that claims to be worried about the virus, but does not wear any masks. Also an unbelievable attitude that came out of the shop like they wanted to fight while I was leaving.
i've been using A and D for years. al and his daughter dana are kind, understanding, professional and entertaining. from collision repair to mechanical i've always been satisfied. i've purchased 3 used cars from them too!
Bad human bad costumer servis. Hi I said. I can't speak English, I said can you help me. there were two staff, male and female. they didn't want to help. I got fired.I went to Kessel. They made the photo shop in 3 minutes. They were very humane. if I didn't speak English to me.
Call to make an appointment. No longer walk in for taking pictures for insurance. Unfortunately I have never gotten work done on my car here so I can not say if mechanics here are good or bad.
This was the WORST oil change Ive ever had in my life. I know how it is to deal with customers and I would never treat mine the way I was treated. I went in there to get a oil change and had to pay $76.57!! Other oil changes I’ve spent on was $43 the MOST. When we went back to tell them that the price did not seem right they were very nasty about it. My boyfriend went with me as well and when he asked them why the price was so high they gave him the difference of what he normally pays and said “listen do me a favor and never come back”. Will never go back. Talk about the worst costumer service I have ever experienced in my life ....
I had just gotten a new car and unfortunately crashed it when I took it to A&D auto they were so helpful and friendly from the start, they completed the job in under a week, I would recommend them to anyone ! Very very nice from the receptionist to the mechanics, very fast and excellent quality work.
