I visit this location frequently and every time I come the wait time to sign out vehicles is astronomically ridiculous. Like today, me and my coworker are here to pickup two vehicles and the wait time for me was 25 minutes and the wait time for him was 72 minutes and we were the ONLY two trucks here. This is the only location that makes us sign in and wait

This place is awful. Horrible experience all-around. No straight answers when you call, always given the runaround. Abysmal customer service. They make everything more difficult.
I arrived on time. The car payment process was delayed upon my arrival at the location. When I completed the process on site, I was unable to rebook an appointment. My first appointment was canceled and I did not receive the car
The staffs don’t like people to come here I think, they always keep telling you wait outside.
I come here with a broker account last week they let me in, but today they don’t let me in, they asked me Apple a personal account and upgrade it for $59/year, I did, then they tell me they don’t allow people to preview cars today. Ask me to come here tomorrow…. Extremely ridiculous.

Horrible service they have 1 person working it’s ridiculous. Took me 3 hours to take my car and the guy at front desk had horrible customer service. Train your staff and hire more well trained staff.

These people are cold and ruthless. Drove hours here. Not sure when I'd arrive, always made pickup apps upon arrival. No appoints available. I live 5 hours away. They don't care. They say come back another day. Terrible mean people
Do not use this towing company! I have never in my life thought that I would have a strong opinion on towing company, but this has been an absolutely horrible experience. My car was referred to this company from kars for kids. The towing company went back-and-forth to the service center where the car is for over a week and “ could not find the car” (as if the car had actually vanished). I spent hours on the phone with them. I emailed and called and texted them back day after day . They then canceled the towing, saying that they could not get a hold of me, which is so untrue and so sad after I spent hours of my time trying to help them do their job. This is one of the worst companies I’ve ever encountered in any area of life, ever.
Horrible!!!!! They Asked For Some Documents To Be Notorized & Sent In Along With A Copy Of My Driver's License. DONE!...3 Days Later I Noticed That The Funds For My Total Loss Weren't In My Account. I Called 1st Representative Said That They Recieved It On Wednesday But Their Backed Up & They'll Get To It Eventually, 2nd Representative Said They Never Received It Mind You I Have The Email Stating That Not Only Was It Delivered BUT It Was Signed For By A J.Johnathan!... 3rd Time Calling & This Representative Said That I Had To Complete The Paperwork Online Thru The Portal Even Though I Told Her I Mailed It In With The Label That They Provided! & Lastly I'm Currently On The Phone With 4th Representative....WHERE ARE MY DOCUMENTS!??!......PISSED THE HELL OFF IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!
UPDATED: I Spoke With The Manager Who Was Very Helpful & Even Tho I Had To Resend The Documents I Feel As Though The Process Will Finally Be Moving Forward.
Out of three copart yards I been to this most inconvenient, my biggest issue with this place is with there loaders they need to realize this a auto auction yard and not just a junkyard they rough house the cars like it's nobody's business I witnessed first hand loaders speeding through pot holes in yard with my car nearly dropped it the driver side fender liner got damaged I simply cut it off and made no complaints I informed front desk my shipping would be delayed I would be leaving my car in front the day my shipping carrier came I warned them but it was too late the loaders brought my car back to the yard this time loosing my keys and my carrier had to cancel on me
The most horrible customer service ever!! If you are making tones of money how come you can't hire a professional more qualified people to handle customer needs??! They have also changed calling them with machines now and they can't get nothing right! On a scale from 1 to 10 they deserve minus 1
Spend about 3 hours here picking up one car. Had issues with the payment so they made me make a new appointment every time I walked in. Even the manager was rude. We’re is humanity in this place. Very rude staff. This place don’t deserve to be even a Copart facility.
, Jordan auto sales , Copart Long Island The worst auction I have ever deal with I called no answer manager and supervisor all of them very bad service basically they took my money with no reason late fees and storage fees and relist fees. It wasn’t my fault their fault and they know that , but they still charging me for it I have the proof of everything when I paid for the cars the date and the time and how long I have been waiting for the payment to go through and I was calling every day to see what’s going on. They keep telling me you just have to wait and in the end they charging me all that much money for that time ! In the end of the story, I received one of the titles for my three cars I bought need a letter of correction because they made a mistake on it and they still( they don’t answer )

Received nothing but excuses for terrible service
I bought a lot that stated the vehicle runs and that the keys are available as photographed. When I arrived to pick up my purchased lot, the yard employee told me to go inside for the key as the procedure is to store motorcycle keys separately, unlike how car/van keys are stored. When I went inside, the desk attendant went to check the bin of keys. As she walked over to the bin, the day manager, who I believe was named Steve, came out of a side office and began to yell at the desk attendant and stopped her from checking the bin. He stated that they “did not have time for this”. After I asked about the procedure/policy on motorcycle keys, the day manager asked that I call back on friday and he will have the keys and title mailed to me. Since then I have called multiple times, requesting to speak to him. My calls are not being transferred to him and now I am being informed that they are not responsible for this. I am very disappointed at the lack of service and am frustrated that no employee seems to be aware of standard procedures
A company called Best Choice Auto contracted this company to pick up my car. Now mind you, my car has 2 flat tires and a muffler that is dropped to the ground. Instead of the tow truck driver backing his truck up to my car in the parking lot, he parks his truck on the main road, take the keys to my car and drives it to his truck, forces the car to reverse so he can hook of the end. When I asked him why he chose to drive the car to the truck he says "this is what I do and I have driven cars in worse conditions than this. " Then he hooks it to the end of his truck and saw the bumper is too low to the ground, so he literally snatches my front bumper off the car with his bare hands. This is not including the fact he folded my muffler into my rear right tire from forcing it to reverse with a dropped muffler. I filed a complaint with the tow truck company for damages and they have been avoiding me ever since.
I Have to say how bad this place is, very bad experiences with this location: they had me standing there for over 30 minutes without someone stepping up or even care to ask if I needed help, 1 month later 2 visits and and over 20 calls and i still have no title for my vehicle. No one knows anything in this place. THE WORST!!!!!
This location or company must be rolling back the odometer. This vehicle and description stated 6877 miles. So I had a fulll paid inspection done. All seems well. Something told me pull a carfax, and there it is it was last reported with 58,895 miles. I called this location and they were not helpful at all and were not even surprised. The customer service person said they dont run carafax.. BUYERS BEWARE. some fishyness going here. See photos
Wish I could give lower. They called me to schedule a pick up and gave a nine hour window. The time came and went with zero communication and no pick up. When I called to ask if there was a time estimate they said they had no way to contact their driver. They rescheduled with me, again giving me another nine hour window. They called me at the end of it to reschedule but couldn't give me any better of a window. Their communication is horrible and they have no respect for other people's time. Fool me once, fool me twice. There's other options of companies to work with. I suggest avoiding this one.
Spent over 3 hours to pick up 2 cars. They not that busy. They just very sloooow. 11 trucks waiting to get loaded. 5 forklifts are parked by the office and only 1 loading trucks. If you a transporter, skip this location if you can. Or be prepared spend at multiple hours here. Worst Copart in the nation. !!!!
They were supposed to pick up my vehicle after an insurance company deemed it totaled. I was given a pickup window of between 8am & 4pm (some window). After No courtesy phone calls or updates on a pick up time I called them and was told they can’t get a hold of their driver. I called again a few hours later, still no ability to give a pickup time or narrower window. Then a 3rd phone call was made at approximately 3:45 pm to be told that the weather conditions (light rain) affected their ability to pick up cars so they would have to reschedule me... for another day with another 8 hour window. Absolutely inconsiderate, unprofessional and incompetent company.
I wish I could give 1/2 a star or 0 stars. They will keep you waiting ALL DAY. I called customer service 5-10 times for a MORNING pick up, the driver NEVER returned my calls, then, last time I call THEY RESCHEDULED ME for the next day. I had to take off work and I couldn't even get a call back. ALL of their receptionists have bad attitudes. Beware and take your autos elsewhere.
