The Bridgehampton Staples is consistently great! I especially want to point out the Assistant Manager, Kevin, who is extremely helpful, professional, and super nice!

I love Staples. They have a lot of great stuff for home and office, school supplies too. I think the staff are so nice and helpful, The Tech Center guys are really good too. They always help me if I have a problem. I left there a very happy person today!
Loved my latest experience at our local staples. I love that they employ special needs adults who are helpful and kind. I was told how to use reward points - which was so easy and a manager helped carry my item to my car. He also interacted so kindly with his staff. I left feeling so impressed. Will definitely be going back

Went to Staples today not knowing about the new reward program or specials that were available to me. The Cashier filled me in and got me all set up. It was great.
The manager and some of the associates are quite good and knowledgeable about their products. However the UPS and mailing department associates were quite rude and looked disgusted at having to help anyone. They were slow as well. It would be a great store if they upgraded some of their staffing
Appropriately stocked store with a variety of office supplies and computer supplies including laptops and their own "geek squad" to help you out with questions/repairs. Store is neat and clean with ample staff to answer your questions.
Update 7/9/2024 - I really needed to find a PC or something that could at least access the Internet due to my old PC suddenly going south. Staples Bridgehampton had the perfect choice for me to bridge the gap between now and when I expect to receive my new PC. Kevin, the store manager, made some excellent recommendations for me, the store had the product, offered to help with set-up, accessories, etc. and I chose the perfect item for this in-between time. Store is easily accessible, clean, stocked and I was very pleased with Kevin's help and knowledge.
Staples Bridgehampton is a good source for a lot of office supplies. Thier hours are good, the people and place are nice and the location is convenient.
I went in there to get an adapter but after striking a conversation with Brandon the tech manager, I realized he's very knowledgeable and I want him to take a closer look at my work laptop. He fixed it in matter of minutes and did it with a smile and world class customer service #brandonforpresidentofstaples ?
I have to give this store 5 stars and would give more if I could. This is hands down one of the best customer service / retail experiences I have EVER had (and I am a tough critic). Visited on April 22, 2022 to pack up some computer equipment to send to my office and Staples associate Josie (1611774) was an incredible help. She did the usual stuff like help me pick the right size box and find the best sized roll of bubble wrap.. but she helped me pack it up properly, lent me tape to seal the box. She even had "Fragile" and "Lithium Ion Battery" stickers to put on the outside of the box... and she helped cut some cardboard to help keep it all secure. Above and beyond, totally friendly, and a pleasure to work with. PLUS she helped me keep my 3 year old daughter under control.

I don’t usually write reviews but in this particular Bridgehampton staples store Which I visited many times over the last year, I’m compelled to write this.I’ve never seen a more accommodating, knowledgeable, helpful , caring staff of experts. I had to get the names of the standout employees and manager and compliment them.

I called frantic because I lost my laptop power cord and needed it that day. They told me to come over and figured out how to get a universal power cord to work. Really great service.
I called ahead of time to find out if they had a type of Canon ink. I was on hold for a while and finally the manager picked up and checked to see if they had the ink before I left from Shelter Island. He said they had it so off I went. I waited for help and then a young woman came up and asked if she could help me. She couldn’t find the ink so she asked the manager. The manager said, I’m in the middle of helping some was else and would be with her next, I heard him over her ear piece. 25 min later and he helped 3 other people. I walked out. A waste of money and time to go there.
It's pretty great. You can find a lot of things here. From school supplies and office supplies to computers and printing ink. They even fix your screens here for a reasonable price. I only give it four stars though because the bathrooms here aren't very clean.
