Robin is so genuine and amicable mechanic. He is always responsive and friendly, with unbelievable service. I will be coming for all of my car repairs to him in the future!
I had a very bad experience with this business. I paid $1,524 for a transmission, and they assured me it was the correct part, but it was not what I needed. They delayed the delivery by 6 days and gave me misleading information. After requesting my refund, they only returned $1,000 and refused to give me the remaining $524. They even issued a check with no funds. This situation shows a lack of responsibility, poor customer service, and dishonest behavior. Based on my experience, this place is not trustworthy and I do not recommend it.
Tuve una muy mala experiencia con este negocio. Pagué $1,524 por una transmisión y me aseguraron que era la pieza correcta, pero no era lo que necesitaba. También se demoraron 6 días en entregarla y me dieron información engañosa. Cuando pedí el reembolso, solo me devolvieron $1,000 y se negaron a darme los $524 restantes. Incluso me entregaron un cheque sin fondos. Esta situación demuestra falta de responsabilidad, mal servicio al cliente y un comportamiento nada confiable. Con base en mi experiencia, este lugar no es recomendable.
They helped me out big time in a pinch. Got me a transfer case for my Nissan and even installed it for me. Very reasonable pricing and same day turn around. These guys are awesome and took care of me very well. Very helpful and saved me a lot of time at a mechanic.
Rob is amazing he provided excellent customer service , he was prompt and knowledgeable of what my vehicle needed, to be running safely on the road. Definitely recommend for Anyone that needs car parts , tow and service/vehicle maintenance
