I have been to other junk yards and these guys are the ones you should use. They did a great job getting me the rim I needed for my daughter’s car. Great job to Ronnie and the staff!!!!!!!!! B
Awesome and friendly. Kept shop open an extra 20 minutes so I can get an alternator. Great places, great prices. Why buy new parts if you can recycle old parts in good condition that have warranties?
Stopped there today to pick up a van door .fair price and rob was very helpful as always .a nice guy carried it right to my truck as well would recommend them for any part you might need
Stopped in for a used rim and tire .very helpfill staff didn't have one but got it for me the next day picked it up and a nice staff person even carried it out to my van
Very poor experience. I ask about a part and the first thing out of the guys mouth is an answer that only a jerk would give. Completely unhelpful and didn't give any explanation or even simply say "No I'm sorry we don't have the part and here's why." Not that I expect anyone at a parts company to be an angel but they don't have to be nasty either.
spoke to them in great detail about the part only to be called and told they noticed it was the incorrect part when they went to ship it a day and half later, it's like they didn't know what their inventory was
Rude and disrespectful. Did nothing for me but gave me an attitude. When i called for a part, they told me they had it, after driving over a hour, I get there and they tell me they do not have the part. Horrible business!
Mike and his team were the nicest guys in the industry. I called other places for the parts I needed, they were available but due to price and attitude I went with Bay! Thanks guys! I'll see you soon for a mirror!!
