I recently tried contacting them for service many times for my boyfriends vehicle but no call back. Good auto work however answering and returning phone calls seems to be a reoccurring issue.
They did a great job on my first repairs on vehicle loved the pricing and everything. It is hard to get ahold of them when it comes to calling them though I don’t know if it’s because of the valley or because of busy schedule. Hope to hear back soon!!!
My truck broke down while towing a trailer on a 90° day with my daughter. No cell reception where vehicle quit on state route 53. I explained to owner Doug that my daughter was with vehicle. Doug immediately dispatched his rollback towtruck and said come with me. Picked up my daughter and trailer while tow truck picked up truck. While vehicle was being diagnosed Missy, Doug's wife made us right at home offering drinks, snacks,and casual conversation. "BAD NEWS" bad fuel pump that required removal of fuel tank. Doug and Missy made sure we had a ride home also. Repairs were completed professionally in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Can't Thank them enough for making a VERY STRESSFUL situation pleasant.

Doug the proprietor of the shop is very understanding to the towns economy and folks income limits and at times works with his customers in getting their vehicles going.
We rented a UHAUL for a long distance move to NC. The lights on the trailer didn’t light up because of an issue with our hitch. The gentleman, Doug, who helped us was phenomenal and truly went above and beyond to help. He was so generous with his time and expertise. Highly recommend renting UHAULs from this business. Thanks again Doug.
I just moved out here from Rochester, NY. Home of Wegmans. It's so great to see the made it out this way because Wegmans is the best grocery store ever. The staff was great!
I broke down and lumped my car in without an appointment.
Within minutes, they hard parts ordered.
By the end of the day, they fixed my exhaust.
Great service, friendly personal. They actually had car up and showed me the bad parts!
I will be using them much more often.

Rangers Auto is the place to take your vehical for repairs. They are a busy little garage so be patient. It's so hard to find an honest mechanic these days, these guys are the last of the hometown mechanic.
The only people I have ever seen complain are people who wreck their car drunk and demand their car fixed without getting police involved. Or people who just don't want to pay their bills. I have never met a more honest mechanic, although I must admit I'm a little bias. I will NEVER go anywhere else!
Stay away!!! They took 1 1/2 months to do a 2 day job. The car was broken into and things were missing. Also we got our car back in worse shape than when we dropped it off!! Oh and I shouldn't forget about the teenager that answers the phone with language that would make a trucker blush. If we had the money to take them to court we would. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else!
