I had called around to almost all the local trash collection services, and found that Town and Country fit my needs best. When I established service with them, I found out that there are discounts available that other companies do not offer. I have communicated with them several times, and never had any issues. When I have questions about items I may need to dispose of, the owner is quick to respond with a clear answer. These guys are the complete opposite of Foster's Disposable Service. I an so glad I found Town and Country!

I have been a customer for many years and I have been very pleased from customer service to actual pick up. They inform you ahead of time if there will be a delay or change in pick-up and they always keep their word. The guys take pride in their job and not only pick up the garbage but put everything back in its original position rather than just tossing it about randomly. Keep up the good work you are definitely valued.

These guys do a good job with minimal equipment. It is hard work in all kinds of weather. We like folks who do honest work. Price is right, communication is good. They have gone the extra steps to go get the can from the side of the house when I have forgotten to put it out.

I have been using they're service for a several years now and am very pleased with them. They have always been polite when speaking with them and if I had to leave a message they get back to you promptly. As for any issues that did arise they were fixed in a timely manner. As a privately owned company you have to expect some delays for holidays, weather, and repairs, they are human not robots. Thank you Tammy and crew!

I have nothing but positive praise for this company. They have been our disposal service for at least 5 years. Communication regarding holidays and delays has been spot on. Their prices are reasonable and as an added incentive, you get a break if you pay for the whole year in advance. The guys who pick up our garbage are hard working and polite. No negative feedback to be found from this customer!

I have been the town and country for I believe it's been 11 years! Have never had a problem with their service! If there is a problem and they will be a day later than usual, they call or send an email . As a senior citizen ,it is nice that they come right up to the house so I don't have to take it to the curb! Thank you Tammy and the guys for your service!

My family has utilized their services since we first moved to NY from Long Island back in 1996. So it was a natural choice for my own family when we moved back to Addison. We couldn't be happier. They're friendly and very communicative about any changes to regularly scheduled pick ups.

We have used town and country disposal for several years now and we are very pleased with them. Their pricing is very reasonable and they are very responsive to calls or emails. If there is going to be a delay and pick up for any reason they notify us by email in advance.

We have been using Town & Country Disposal for years and have always been very satisfied with their service. I've been able to meet a few of the guys when I happened to be home while they were picking up and they are great people and hard workers. The managment does a great job at communicating any time there is a change to the regular pickup due to holidays, etc. And the cost for this excellent service is fantastic! I would highly recommend them.

Town and Country Disposal are awesome!! We’ve been customers for 3 yrs and couldn’t be happier with their service. They’re very dependable and most reasonably priced. I highly recommend them!! If for any they’re not going to be there to pickup on the scheduled day (weather or holiday) they always let you know. They’re always very accommodating if you need them to take something other than normal weekly garbage and very reasonably priced!! Thank you for great customer service!!

I have been a customer for several years . They provide outstanding service . If there is a delay in pick up due to weather or unforeseen circumstances we are notified in a timely manner . If your trash is out and the critters rip it up or the wind blows it away , they ALWAYS pick it all up off the ground . Billing is always perfect and they even offer the option to have it automatic withdrawn monthly so people like me don’t forget and acquire late fees . I would highly recommend Town and Country Disposal to all my friends and family . Actually , I have referred several people to their service . I've been a customer with Town and Country Disposal for many many years. Good family owned business. I always appreciate the heads up Tammy gives us if they are going to be a day behind. They do there best to keep us satisfied and always makes things right.

My sister referred me to Town and Country and I am so pleased that she did! We live in the city where the charge is about $2.25 per 30 gal bag. It was costing us about $50 a month to put out the garbage. We pay half of that with Town and Country! The staff is very friendly and Tammy was really helpful when I was setting up service. She helped me understand all the policies, dates, paperless billing, and she treated me well.

I have been with this company for probably 10 years or more. I would highly recommend them. I will say that I had some concerns at first, but I have seen HUGE improvements in the past few years. I would highly recommend them. They send a letter out every year with any details I need to know such as their holiday pick up changes, how much trash is allowed each week, etc. Any time I’ve been in touch with them they have been very nice. They are very reasonable in what they charge and exceptionally good at letting me know when they may be late or coming on a different day because of truck issues.

I have been with Town & Country Disposal for a few years now and they are the best garbage disposal service I have ever done business with. This may be petty to some people but Town & Country always put the lids back on the cans and leave them standing upright - whereas other services just throw the lid off, empty the cans and throw them back in my yard. They are always on time and if there will be a disruption of service for whatever reason they send out a notification which is very helpful. I also think their prices are very reasonable. If I ever have additional items that I need to put out they will gladly take it as long h as I give them a heads up. They are a family owned local business which I’m glad to support.

Town and Country has incredible service! Tammy and Billy go above and beyond for their customers and their community. Service is prompt and communication is on point if anything causes a delay or disruption in pickup time or days. Prices are fair and they always work with me if I have extra trash to dispose of. Highly recommended!

We've been with Town and Country Disposal for quite a few years now. Great service! Nearly always on time (99% of the time)--and when they can't make it to you due to the weather in Upstate New York (being Upstate New York), they let you know via e-mail or Facebook.

If they are running behind due to a holiday or unforeseen mechanical problem, they let you know ASAP and are sure to get to you the next day! We have been customers for almost three years. We are happy with our service from Town & Country Disposal. We are always notified if pick up will be delayed --ie weather We also feel that the number of bags we are allowed is more than adequate.

Been associated for 3 years, never have had an issue! Always picked up, and the heads up on social media, if going to be late, is being on top of their game! I've recommended Town and Country Disposal to Family and Friends! I'm guessing, some of these poor reviews have been written by owners/family/friends of other companies in this area! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND! This is the best trash service provider we have ever had. We use them for our retail business in the Corning Business District and they are 100% RELIABLE! They are local and family owned, which is so important to us. The communication is superb! They have been servicing our business for over 16 years and we are COMPLETELY SATISFIED.

Great people! They respond to special requests on time and are hardly ever late on their pickups. They are easy to work with and have not caused me any aggregations since I began using their service, which is saying something. I am not known for my patience or tolerance of shoddy service! I know I am rating them with four stars instead of five, but a five star rating from me means excellent service, so I am loathe to rate a service. So, unless I receive excellent service, I ain't gonna give a five star rating.
