I've gotta say, Wallys was a great experience. I have a F450 dually and their shop is not exactly setup to handle big trucks like this. They took me in, inspected the truck of issues that might be related to my tires cupping (i.e. suspension, u-bolts, alignment, etc). They found that the valve stems extensions were leaking but nothing was bent or worn. Their equipment was not large enough to align the front end but they did find a truck shop to do the alignment. They brought my truck to the other shop and returned it to Wallys. The front end alignment was needed as it was off quite a bit. Wallys was through, professional, and accommodating. I would strongly recommend them.

Where to start. I originally planned on buying this vehicle at the end of April. I received a message from the sales guy to come on a Saturday, so I changed my plans and went. We test drove the vehicle, I stated I wanted it, but asked the guy to work with me on price (I asked for them to find $1000.), but they refused. Never bothered to ask if I qualified for any incentives (I am a disabled Navy veteran, currently in college, that is also a trauma nurse at a local hospital - that should have qualified me for at least 2 of the $500 incentives). As I really wanted this vehicle (the only one in NY) I said fine. I also had a trade in. I owed $23,500. They offered me $23,250 and refused to budge even the last $250. If that’s not a slap in the face. The manager came out and tried shoving the Zeibart premium package down my throat. It took my husband to tell him, “I’m pretty sure my wife said no 4 times now”, for him to move on. No one offered me an extended warranty (which I would have gladly taken), no one offered anything other than the premium Zeibart package. I was also told I needed to come back on Monday to pick up my vehicle as the banks were closed. Monday rolled around and I was told I needed to call my bank and have my bank call the dealership. The dealership would not call my bank until I called the dealership and went full Karen. Needless to say, I had to wait again until Wednesday to pick up my new car. I showed up to pick up the new vehicle and it hadn’t been detailed. Yellow marker and stickers still on the windshield. Fast forward to a week later. I contact my bank as the truck (my trade in) is still not paid off, only to find out they have not received anything from the dealership. Calling the dealership, I find that they never sent the check, and it’s still sitting on someone’s desk in the finance department. I’m now on the hook for 2 car payments. One on a vehicle that I no longer own or have in my possession. To say I am pissed is the understatement of the century. Do yourself a favor and find a different dealership. ANY other dealership. This is by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had. Save yourself the migraine , extra car payments on a vehicle you no longer own, and go somewhere else.

Wally’s Ford was fantastic to work with! They did not waste my time at all and negotiated a fair deal entirely over the phone. They also gave me the employee price on my ford maverick when it arrived even though we already had negotiated a deal. Everyone was extremely kind and responsive at this dealership. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

I brought in my elderly mom to get a new lease as her Subaru lease was coming due. My mom was thinking of switching over to ford as she was interested in something different. Our salesman Larry was wonderful. He took his time with my mom listening to what she was looking for. He brought out 2 types of styles of which he thought would be best for her needs. He was right and she drove home in a new Bronco Sport. Before we left, he took his time to show her all the features and answered all of her questions. Very courteous and professional! Thank you Larry and the Wallys team for a great experience!

WOW! These guys are the best. With in a week of buying my new car I got a nail in my tire an needed help. They worked past closing to make sure I was safe and ready for the next day. They are awesome not only did they fix the problem but they kept me from missing work. Awesome, awesome people. Thank you all so much!!! This will be my part 2. I have had a few ups & downs with Wally's no lie's. I still give them a solid 5 on customer service they contacted me about a recall came to my work picked up my car did the repair and returned my car all with no fuss. this was awesome, I didn't have to miss any time at all from my job and they even let me do an add on service which I needed to pay for. By the way It was to my benefit not theirs, so they really did it for the customer service. Thanks Wally's Your Staff did a grate job again. MJ

My wife and I purchased a used kona ev from them. The car was eligible for a 4k tax credit, they are in the process of working with the IRS to finish the process. A few missing forms were quickly delivered to us by hand. The car was great, the people were friendly and they were able to close the deal quickly.

The Service at Wally's Ford had to be one of the most Professional and Customer Service oriented business that I have experienced in a very, very long time. Most businesses in today's society tend to let you down for one reason or another but, my experience at Wally's couldn't of been better. Special mention for (Josh) at the service desk who excelled in Customer Service. Additionally, the technicians performed top rated service on my vehicle. I will definitely be using Wally's for all of my future service needs, along with taking my wife's vehicle there for any services. We found the car we had targeted through an internet search at Wally’s Ford. Started a conversation with Brad who filled me in on all my questions so we decided to drive the 30 miles to Seneca Falls. The test drive exceeded our expectations, and the back and forth of price negotiation was pleasant as Roger, the Sales Manager got involved. We have been buying cars for 60 years and I can honestly say this was the best experience. I would certainly recommend Wally’s Ford to anyone.

Purchased a vehicle over a month ago with promise that the minor cosmetic issues would be fixed (clips on front bumper and seal on the back passenger door that was missing when purchased) I have been told to call back, or someone would call me back to get these issues resolved. It has been over a month, when I went into the dealership to confront the lack of communication I was advised “Josh” was out and they didn’t know when he would return. So apparently there is only one mechanic, which is disturbing considering I purchased a used vehicle with an extended warranty, so I’m praying nothing goes wrong because I’m sure it wouldn’t get fixed!! Will not purchase from this dealership again!!

I am so happy with the new truck I purchased from Wally’s! Scott helped us through the entire process and he was so easy to work with. I told him what I wanted and he helped me drive it off the lot that day. We have worked with Roger in the past and was happy to see he was still there and as great as ever. In the next year or 2 I will be ready to upgrade my other vehicle and Scott at Wally’s is where I will go 100%. They make you feel comfortable, not too pushy and make you feel like they are there for you.

Samir's business card says he's a Sales Professional. I would respectfully disagree. We knew what we were looking for when we went in and made it clear we were just looking, but Samir was dead set on selling us a vehicle at any cost. It would have been completely stupid to buy the first vehicle someone tried to sell us. We got every sales line in the book. Neither of us had eaten that day and were very hungry. When we said we were going to get something to eat, Samir suggested we eat there. We said we didn't know what we wanted and he was worried we wouldn't come back. Well, he was right. He pushed us away. Normally I wouldn't rate so low over one sales person, but another tried to bail him out, but did so at the expense or running our credit on an app to see what kind of deal they could get us on a vehicle we weren't interested in anyway. Never going back.

I drove into the Fuccillo dealership with just a wish. I wanted a newer vehicle. Didn’t know if I could handle any sales person or if I even wanted to. I was greeted by Jamie, and she walked me through the purchase process seamlessly. She found the right vehicle for my family and we absolutely love it. I bought it back in April and I have never had such great service anywhere else. Between her understanding of my time restrictions and how I really needed something as soon as possible. She made it so I was able to drive home in it that day. I love my Explorer and plan on buying another when the time is right.

My wife and I purchased our first used, but like new 2015 Ford Escape from Fuccillo of Seneca Falls in February of 2019. Had a great experience then and still love our Escape. We returned on June 5th 2020 because I was in need of a new pickup. Once again they were more than helpful, professional and caring especially during the pandemic. I went in with a very firm set price and expected to be leaving with basic 4x4 Ranger. I was shocked when they were able to get a fully loaded Lariat edition down to my price point. I couldn't be happier with my new Ranger, you could say it's a HUGE step up from a 2001 Dakota :) Thank you to Jamie S. Bill H. and the rest of the Fuccillo team for all your help and time.

Purchased our last 3 vehicles here and have been bringing my latest vehicle here for servicing. Safe, clean, trustworthy folks. Brought my car in for an inspection and oil change. Left with a broken windshield. They stated I needed new wipers ($38) to pass inspection (debatable, but willing to pay to get the inspection). While changing the wipers they stated the blade was dropped accidently and cracked it. I understand. They apologized, offered to replace the windshield and do the inspection free of charge. They had to order the windshield so I went the weekend with my vehicle sitting in my driveway. I had some traveling to do and chose not to use my vehicle for safety purposes. Came back Monday, the windshield was replaced and I paid $115 for an oil change, windshield wipers and an air filter (air filter was also on that need to replace to pass inspection list, I did just buy this vehicle from them 1 year ago?). Here's the thing... HUUUUGE INCONVENIENCE!!! I spent minimum 4 hrs at Fuccillo waiting on my vehicle between the two days, had to drive there and back. ...and I was without my vehicle all weekend. WHY am I paying for this?? Write it off and keep a loyal customer!!! No rental option for the weekend? Oh that's right, no, because they said I'd be fine driving it.
