Back and forth to retrieve parts as I am the gopher. Each time Nambdi created me with a smile and worked to find me just what was needed. Great service!!

An absolutely amazing pair of guys saved my day yesterday by finding the correct radiator hose for my MG and cutting it! I was back on the road in 30 minutes!!!

We were visiting Watkins for the day when our daughter had trouble with her car. We were helped by Vivian who knew exactly what we needed to get our daughter to a mechanic safely. She was great!!!

We'll never go back to a jiffy lube or auto zone again! We were passing through Watkins Glen to hike before continuing our road trip up to Toronto when low and behold, dead car battery. We rolled up to Advance Auto Parts a little clueless and a little bummed. Enter Nambdi! He was so helpful, ran a battery test, then replaced our battery. We were so pleased that we also decided to replace the windshield wipers and oil (bc the oil light was on too). Haven't enjoyed car troubles this much ever before. One of the employees was super helpful here, I called ahead of time and when we showed up he remembered us from the phone call, had all the parts we needed in stock. We just wish the tool selection was bigger here considering it’s a small/big town with alot of country side around

Came in with an issue. First counter clerk was Friendly and tried to look up the breaker I needed. He asked the manager and she very rudely went to me and said "we don't have anything like that here" . I explained that I didn't need the exact size and very common to be at parts stores she continued to be rude. Manager should be fired.

Parts are usually pretty cheap, not as cheap as online, but instant gratification costs money! Lol

My family was on vacation and had car trouble, the employees at the establishment were so gracious and helpful. They really showed the true meaning of customer service and saved our vacation . My family is forever grateful.

Prices too high service gives me wrong parts and can buy parts online at rock auto for 1/3 the price and service reps know nothing about automotive repair

We always go down there and get our parts for our vehicle. They are always very friendly and nice. And everyone takes great care of us when we are there or on the phone.

I cannot stand to shop here anymore! Every time I go there, the service is terrible. This morning, after waiting for 11 minutes to check out while an employee was fumbling around with a customer, the manager got off the phone, so I asked him if he could please check me out. He sighed heavily and said, “I guess I could do that.” That was the last straw. I don’t care how “convenient” their location is to my work, I’m done.

Good people and can usually get you what you want. Good selection of products.

People were nice over the phone... Unfortunately they quoted me one price but charged my wife double the amount when she got there.

Dave, the manager, was completely rude and unhelpful. Offered no help. Went to autozone and had much better service. Save yourself some time and dont go here.

Had an out of town nightmare when car went dead over 3 hours from home. Diagnosed as a dead battery, these employees were all very nice and personable. With the free battery install I was really appreciative of their work to get me back up and running.

Awesome service in this store. My battery died at a motel on the other side of the street, and they brought a battery over and installed it for me. This is a phenomenal store with great staff, very helpful, I cannot say enough about their excellent service.

Friendly people but they're not all very helpful,. So you need to be careful with whom may help you.

Mostly always have what you want in stock. If not they can get it by the next day.

My check engine light came on, I was far from home. I panicked. Came to this store, they checked the code for free. Was for an issue that could be self corrected. Took care of it, light went off and I was so relieved. Great customer service!

Always have the parts you'll need, but then again if you've ever heard the jokes about "autozone mechanics", then you'll know what I mean.???

Checked online how late they are open til and it said 8:00pm. But when I got there at 7:00pm they had just closed. They post sales all the time but can't update their business hours?
