I am on a 2 week schedule and have not had pick up for the last 3 scheduled pick up dates! The first one I understood with the major snow storm the day before, but now they've skipped me twice since then and my driveway has been cleared both times. Keep taking my money but won't keep up with service! It's starting to get frustrating

Updated: They are clearly in the middle of a staffing overhaul, and they were very professional about the issues we've faced with service so far. Once I did get ahold of someone, they came out same day. I'll give the locals another shot over Casella any day.

DO NOT USE Red Line Disposal I have been a customer of Redline Disposal for several years now, and my experience has been inconsistent. Much of this seems to depend on who answers the phone. When I speak with the representative whose name begins with a “J,” the interaction is often confrontational and unprofessional. There have been repeated issues regarding the placement of our dumpster. It has not been moved since service began; however, after a driver change, problems started. The current driver has thrown items into my yard that he claims cannot go into the dumpster rather than setting them aside properly. He has also complained about limited space despite there being approximately three feet of clearance. As a result, the dumpster is frequently moved when it is finally serviced. On multiple occasions, the dumpster has been placed directly in front of the platform to my chicken house, blocking access. I’ve had to move the dumpster by hand just to get into the building. Over the past three months, I have had to call numerous times because the dumpster was not picked up as scheduled. Reasons given include truck breakdowns and lack of drivers. Last month, I was told the dumpster had been dumped when it had not; I had to provide photos to prove this. To their credit, once the issue was verified, someone came out within an hour to complete the pickup. This past week, the dumpster again was not serviced. After seeing the truck drive past without stopping last week, I called the office today. The same representative, name beginning with a “J” claimed the driveway had not been plowed and the driver could not access the dumpster, which is untrue. The driveway was fully plowed. I was then told I would still be charged because the dumpster was supposedly “not available.” When I explained that I should not be charged for services not provided and asked to speak with the owner, the representative refused and ended the call. I remained upset but did not use profanity. Since then, my calls have gone unanswered. Unfortunately, due to the repeated missed pickups and lack of professional communication, I am ending my service with them and am warning anyone from using them in the future- as I know I am not the only one who has these concerns.

I paid to have a dumpster delivered and was informed it would be a two week wait. Fine. Three weeks later, I still don't have a dumpster, but I've got a bill for one. Truck came to empty dumpster, saw it wasn't there and thought nothing of it. I've emailed and called multiple times. A month later, I still don't have a dumpster, and all I get is "huh, I'll look into it and call you back". No call back to any of the calls I've made and STILL NO DUMPSTER. I'm very disappointed with this company. Edit to respond to the response. I haven't been told once that anything was being prorated. All I've been told is "we will look into this and call you back". I'm still waiting for a call back. As a business, you should know that communication is key. No responding to emails and not returning calls isn't it.

My trash was scheduled to picked up almost two weeks ago and has yet to be picked up. Even calling almost everyday to get an update and an idea of when it was getting picked up I got the same excuse every time that they had to talk to the owner very disappointed with the service I've received, rather haven't received.

This Company will take you money and diss you on the Phone call you names and not work with you to solve the issue that they claim they have with you. they will tell you that any documents you send them to Prove that they are wrong they will claim as forged documents and then to make a point that they dont like to be shown that they are wrong they will dump the dumpster in your driveway and call you names face to face. if you want to be disrespected then this is a company for you.

this company will take your money and when you call them to find out why they have not picked up the trash they tell you your past due. when you send them prof that you are current they get mad and dump your trash in your driveway.

We’ve been using them for almost 4 years and the service is great. They even called before a snow storm and said they’d be up early before the storm so they could get up the road. Highly recommend.

If you enjoy constantly calling to find out when your trash will EVENTUALLY get picked up, then this is the company for you! They love to overcharge you, take your money and NOT provide the service. Started paying $45 per month and when new ownership yook over, it went to $39.96 for every other week pick up..which even that is RARELY on time and you'll still end up having to call. It's an absolute shame because they are close and local. Finally after 2+ years with the old and new management, I'm calling it quits. Hope others have better luck.

Signed up for services on June 11, it's currently July 8 and I've called 3 times already with no clear response. I wanted to support a local company but this company takes the money ahead of time and doesn't communicate any problems or delays

I have had nothing but amazing service from the people at this business. They have even pulled my garbage can from by my house to empty it when I have forgotten to put it by the curb. I appreciate them and all the hard work that they do. Thank you for everything you do for me I have never had better service from a company.

Love this company! They are not only consistent with great service, but their employees are always polite, and ready to help with any and all needs...I am older and it's difficult for me to drag the barrel up to the top of my driveway, these guys have no problem with that...they walk down and get it. This is such an amazing help for me after a hip replacement! Everything is handled so professional in all aspects of the business. If I could give them 10☆ I would! Great job guys!!

We started using Red Line in 2024 and have been very happy with their service. They are less expensive than many other trash haulers, never miss a pick up day or leave a mess around the can. They provide the hopper and offer different sized containers. They also offer recycling.

Redline has been a friendly and dependable service for about 2 years. The drivers have been friendly and tolerant of picking up the dumpster from a difficult spot, since I only have one level stop for the dumpster to sit.

I have NOTHING BAD to say about this company! The customer service folks have been great since day one! I like that if I have even just one piece of bag sticking out the top of the dumpster, I don’t get charged an extra fee. The company is always right on schedule with pickups and if they are aware of an issue I usually get a call later in the day the day before my pickup! Just an overall pleasure to deal with these folks!!

Great company! Just moved to Hector and started pick up service with them. The location of the unit is in a very tight spot and the drivers have been great too. Bill recently called me and asked how I like the service and if there was anything he could do to make it better! Great people and great service I highly recommend to whoever is looking for pick up service to please consider this company! Great rates as well

Red Line has been servicing our property for almost 3 years. We have had a great experience using them for our trash removal! The office staff is friendly and helpful when needed. They keep it simple, friendly and show up to take away our trash! I would highly recommend!!

Best company ever for trash disposal! I’ve never gotten such friendly customer service! When I moved houses, Red Line was suggested to me by multiple people for a disposal service in the area; they were the first service I called and the customer service and rates had me signing up with them right on the spot. Fantastic communication and super cheap prices. Can’t say enough good things about this company, from the office folks to the collectors. I’ll be a Red Line customer forever!

First off, I called weeks ago to see if they had service available in my area. I was told they would check and return my call. My call was never returned so I called back. I was then told it would take up to 2 weeks to have it been delivered to my residence and then an additional 2 weeks before they would start picking up. However, they wanted to start billing me monthly at the time that I called to set up the service. No thanks. I'll pass

Unprofessional and unreliable. The sale only made this worse. Editing to respond to the owners response. There have been many instances where our house has been missed and the dumpster was completely accessible. I've had to babysit this company for the past 6 months to make sure our dumpster got dumped. In response to the most recent issue the owner is talking about, our dump day in every other Monday. Over this particular weekend, we had gotten lots of snow. We use our tractor to clean the driveway as best we can but can't scrape it because it's a stone drive. I had called to ask when they would be able to pick up next and was told by someone in the office that she was going to see when they could get here next. I was never told over the phone what the owner states below. After reading the response to the review, I figured I'd call when the snow was completely gone so they didn't have any reason as to why they couldn't do their job. Apparently they decided to come at 7:30 this morning without notice and my husband's car was in the way so the dumpster still hasn't been dumped. I will be looking for a new company. They picked up their dumpster on Feb 27th and proceeded to send me a service bill for March and threatened a lawsuit due to my honest experience and review. I just had a baby and don't have the energy to fight with this company about what I don't owe them anymore. They just got me for an extra payment after service was canceled. I would not recommend this company.

We have a Redline dumpster. The new ownership has been great, and is quick to make any issue right. No business anywhere is perfect, but how a business handles issues speaks volumes to thier ethic. The new ownership has it right, and a bonus being that they are locals!!! We will be lifetime customers!

We have had Redline since they started, with better rates then the competitor's. Although the wheel had fallen off my dumpster and was off for quite some time. I happened to be here one morning when they came to pick up my garbage. I went out and to my surprise it was the new owner and he had my wheel put back on in minutes. It was the first day of the new ownership. Was a very simple fix. Definitely in better hands since the new owner has taken over.
