This was my first tractor purchase. A lot of research went into my decision. I researched brands and ultimately landed on kubota. Then it was time to pick a dealer as I have 3 kubota dealerships within 1 hour drive, in different directions. Many people told me that the dealer you choose is just as important as the brand you choose. Not were they right! I visited all 3 kubota dealerships, had conversations with the sales people and 1 stood out, Townline in sharon springs. It was a very different atmosphere. The other two felt like they were just trying to sell me something and had very little knowledge to answer the questions I was asking, kept trying to push what they wanted me to have. But not Joel, my salesman at townline! He listened to what I wanted, not what he wanted to sell me! Now, months after the sale Joel still answers the phone every time I call, sometimes just to ask a stupid question that I don't have the answer to, being a first time tractor owner. It didn't stop with him. Oren, The gentlemen that comes out for service (sorry if I've misspelled his name) is also great! He answers any questions I have, looks at and advises me on any concerns I have, and has a great attitude! Also, I had an insurance claim for my rear glass, they were there next day for the repair! I can't thank you guys enough, I'm glad I made the decision to do business with townline! Top Notch!

Came here late at night and parked. In the morning the guys started unloading the semi. They removed the wood blocks that was holding the tractors from sliding. Thank you for that! Friendly guys and fast workers. One thing I wish they had is lines on the ground to orient myself when backing up. But I'm sure they'll add them one day 😇
We bought our LA4060 with loader, backhoe and front snow blower attachments in May 2021 after being told by another dealer that they would not be able to deliver a similar tractor until Sept if then. We spoke with Dave about our needs and were very impressed with his knowledge of using this equipment and ability to anticipate our needs. Tractor was delivered and Sam(?) spent easily 3 hours showing us how to attach and detach attachments, how to use the tractor and tips of things to do or avoid. These guys know and use this equipment! Very pleased with the value and customer service at Sharon Springs Garage. Highly recommended!
Walked in the Sharron Springs location a couple weeks ago just window shopping. Everyone working was very polite and my wife and I ended up speaking with Sam. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and not pushy. He was interested in what we needed rather than trying to up-sell us. Walked in a few days later and purchased an L2501 HST with a loader and brush cutter. Purchasing process went flawless. He came out to our house later that day to sign paperwork and delivered the tractor today. Sam offloaded it and spent a reasonable amount of time going over controls with me. Just put my first hour on it this evening with zero issues. Would highly recommend.

The guys are super helpful and customer focused. Recently I had a repair done on my Kubota L3901. When I arrived at the shop they immediately brought my tractor to have it looked at. I decided to run a few errands because I thought it might take a few hours to fix. Within the half-hour I received a text message and phone call saying the job was done and there was no charge, as the work was warrantied.
The guys answered all of my questions and I couldn’t be more pleased with the work that was done.
Great Kubota dealer to deal with. Purchased my BX23S at Sharon Springs in Troy 2 years ago. This, after visiting Emerich's in Ballston Lake and could barely get their attention. In March of 2020, I had an issue with the front end loader not working correctly. After my sales person and I tried some things via email, he said they would come pick up the tractor. They picked it up in the late morning, fixed it, and had it back to me by late afternoon and it was fixed for free under warranty. They do good work. They won't sell you something you don't need. I am very fortunate to have them nearby.
They treat you great if you are buying something. When you need that product serviced not so much. Can't even get a return phone call. (UPDATE) Called and spoke to owner, I upped my rating based off of the corrective action he said he would take in an effort to improve customer service.
Since I bought my tractor from Sharon spring garage, they have always been there to assist me with any questions or concerns. They even offer DIY helpful information that saves me a trip to the dealer. Great staff and friendly atmosphere.
My husband bought a riding mower from here last month. It was all clean and looked and sounded great at the garage. First time he mowed our lawn it chewed up a $60 belt. Second use the blades started making noise and it wasn't cutting well. Took it apart and the spindle and barrings were bad. Called for a week and the guy wouldn't call back. Caught him off guard finally. His reply..."Oh we don't give any guarantees on used equipment". Within the first two weeks my husband put $200+ and several hours into a mower we paid $1,500.00 for. Still having issues. Great business ethics!! The one star rating was for the friendly service he got when he went in to buy the junker!!
Don't have everything you need but can't expect that either it's just a small business in a small town. Friendly people and always willing to help when I go in.
