This location is literally the worst please educate your employee Paul on how to properly speak to customer and listen to what customer need instead of trying to argue with customer I was returning a part I purchased yesterday afternoon and needed my money back cash the employee Skyler assure me I will get my cash back just the way I paid an the manger that was present assure that a note will be left to ensure it’s no complications at all the employee Paul decided to put the money on a card that do not belong to me instead of given me my money back as cash as I requested arguing that that’s O’Reilly policy so I’m left having to pay $63 both ways for an uber to go pick up my kids from daycare and back home I have to wait for the money to be returned to the person that made the payment an then I have to wait to get the money from that person to pay to received my car Oreillys need to communicate better with their employees after Paul called his boss who had an attitude and seems to not want to handle the situation he then told Paul not to contact him bout the situation cause he CNT cancel a return charge so I was left with out a car for a second night and no way to pick up my kids this is unacceptable and Paul and his manager both should be held accountable because a simple situation just coast me money I don’t have and I am very upset because Paul decided to argue with me instead of given me what I actually came for Paul need to be educated and understand customer have a preference and he needs to uphold EVERY CUSTOMER PREFERENCE AT ALL TIMES the customer service is horrible and I would never recommend this location to anyone and I would not be coming back to this location or this company at all for any of my car needs
Great help getting a new battery for my car. Shout out to Mario (i believe that was his name) on his first day! He did a great job helping us out
Went back today for new wipers blades - gentleman at the desk offered to help pull up my size. One of the ones I needed was hiding but Shane was awesome and found it for me and installed it. Still a bunch of good people working there! Will continue to go back!
If you want horrible service by a staff that looks like a bunch of junior high schoolers .and they look clueless most of the time .you came to the right place.if I give negative zero .stars I would
