The service was quick( I was told 75minutes but it was much quicker than that). The driver was very professional and friendly. I was stuck in the middle of an intersection and he quickly got my car on the truck and to the garage. This was through a roadside assistance claim so I do not know the pricing.
My car was undrivable. I contacted GEICO roadside assistance and had the tow company scheduled within minutes. TowAway contacted me immediately and let me know their arrival time. They also contacted me 10 before arriving and true to their word, were right on time. I would highly recommend their services and appreciate them making the situation as painless as possible.

It's never great to find yourself at the side of the road and my driver did everything they could to make it as pleasant as possible. They were very efficient, friendly and professional in getting both me and my broken car to the shop.
When I made the request through roadside assistance due to a flat tire, I was told an hour. Gavin arrived early which is always a green flag. My tire change ended up being a tow when we realized there was no spare under my car. I encourage everyone to check now instead of finding out when it's needed. Gavin was professional, personable, and has a great sense of humor.
We called roadside assistance for a 15 passenger van that had died on the side of a country road. We managed to get it to a gas station. We were told by insurance 45-90 minutes after a service was assigned. Once TowAway had been assigned, it was 14 minutes!
Josh showed up, introduced himself, got the keys and loaded the van up. We explained we had come from Indiana for the Adirondack Fiber Festival and all of our items were loaded in the van. Josh was very understanding. He was polite, all smiles, and very efficient. We actually ended up following him to the service center, our Airbnb being just past the location. He was careful and considerate of materials in the van.
He sent us messages about where it was ultimately parked and where we could find the keys when he was done. Highly recommend this service!!!
I recommend TowAway if you need a tow truck or flatbed. They arrived early, were professional and knowledgeable, and I had no worries about damage to my car even though I was assuming it was a difficult job.
I had an issue with my car's tie rod, which left the vehicle disabled. The tow team promptly helped me get the car to the service station. Everyone was very professional, and the repair was completed on time with great attention to detail. Thank you for the excellent service!
I had to put a tow claim in through my insurance, and they contracted with a different tow company. After six hours, my car still wasn’t towed, and the other company stopped answering their phone. A quick call to TowAway and they were at my house within 10 minutes and got my car towed where it needed to be! Highly recommend. Will only use them from now on
Needed a tow. Cars brakes locked up, check engine light came on. Actually every light came on.
My Insurance Company, Geico, made the arrangements for the tow.
TowAway text messaged they were notified and approximatly how long until they would arrive. They were on target.
TowAway LLC responded promply and the young man was courteous and efficient. Their equipment was clean.
BTW the problem with my car was nothing this company could repair so that part is irrelevant. Thanks TowAway!

Needed my car towed to the dealership when it wouldn’t start in my driveway. They arrived in a very reasonable amount of time. Not only was the driver extremely friendly and professional, but he navigated our difficult driveway and weird angle the car was at with ease. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience given the frustration of my brand new car not starting. Highly, highly recommend!

Emergency service said that truck/driver would be there within 45 minutes, he was there is 20, quickly changed the tire and had us on our way in no time. Driver was very courteous, experienced and helpful. Highly recommend them.
After having another company accept my tow request from my car insurance and never show, this company was fantastic! Mason was very polite and helpful. He showed up in less time than what was originally estimated. Overall it was a great experience in a terrible situation.

We needed assistance with a flat tire. The auto tech arrived in a timely manner despite the poor weather. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and got us back on the road in no time.
This tow was covered under my GEICO car insurance towing benefit- so GEICO had originally contacted them and paid for it. All went smoothly. The towing company kept in good contact with me via text. Their original time estimate of 1 and 1/2 hours seemed long, but I was at home so didn’t care too much. And then they actually were able to arrive 1/2 an hour earlier than the original estimate. The guy with the truck was very nice and did a careful and efficient job of getting my car up on the truck and over to the repair facility. I did not go with him, but I do know the car arrived safely.
The tow operator called about 30 minutes prior to let me know when he would be arriving. He was on time and efficiently recharged the battery and loaded the car onto the flatbed in spite of pouring rain. He was very polite and the whole process went smoothly
My girlfriends friend used this service to have her car towed to my house through her insurance and this is a top quality service. Not only was the "Mason" the driver / operator on time but he was friendly and polite. He was able to drop the car off in my narrow driveway with no issues. Everything from my first phone call to the actual tow and dropping off the vehicle was phenomenal. Everyone I spoke to was professional and understanding. My situation was unique in accessing the vehicle but it didn’t hinder the drivers ability to complete the job and do so with a positive attitude. Came in an ice storm to help get my brothers Cadillac out of a ditch. The guy whose name I can’t remember was awesome. He was careful with the car and kind given the situation. I was quoted over 400 and a 4 hour wait by other companies but towaway was 250 and 30 minute wait. I’m sure would have been cheaper if it wasn’t a horrendous storm in our area.
The tow truck was Awesome, I had a snowblower back into my front panel of 2017 camry, and for some reason the engine was unable to start, I looked everywhere for answers, online in Toyota’s handbook, even my insurance adjuster said it might be dead battery. This awesome guy, just moved the steering wheel slightly and put the keys in the ignition and Boom it started. I was so happy and relieved. He took the time out to go to the driver’s seat because that door can not be opened because of the dent. I thanked him that he taught he me well. I share this knowledge with everyone. He said all cars have it, steering lock, you need to move the steering wheel a few times then put the key in the ignition. I sincerely grateful for his help.
