Would give zero stars if possible. They will call you back and ask if they can do it the next day as it is a danger to their guys to have them on a snowy road, ironically this is when competent towing is most needed. They will agree to have it towed first thing next morning no matter what. You explain the situation and how it needs to be winched out. When they arrive they will say it can't be done. You tell them they are an incompetent tow company as you just had another vehicle in the same location winched out a few days ago by a different company with ease. They then will get upset and say that it can be done but just not for the price insurance will pay. They will then insult you and tell you that they've been doing this longer than you've been alive. A. This is wrong, I am in fact older that their company. B. How is that any proffessional justification for competency when proven otherwise. Also whats the point of bragging you've been in business so long if they dont even know all they had to do was once on site call the insurer back and ask to add winching service. If you want to get pushed off, rescheduled, lied to and insulted call dab towing. If you want the job done Call big ants towing. They will take care of it for you no issue and with a smile on their face. Ps. Big ants was on the phone with insurance for literally less than a minute. That's how standard this is.
Drive wheel stuck in a snow drift, this company was dispatched by my insurance company. They were on time, safe and professional. My man had me out of there in abiut 10 minutes.

I truly can’t speak highly enough about the service I received from DAB.
After making the questionable decision to drive in a snowstorm — and the even worse decision to take Corinth Mountain Road — I ended up being one of about five cars that went off the road that day. I hit a barrier, slid across the road between two oncoming vehicles, went off the opposite side, through a ditch, and finally came to rest on a snowbank. It was frightening, chaotic, and overwhelming.
Henry from DAB came out to assist, and by the time he arrived, the mountain road was in complete disarray and the police had shut it down. Recovering my vehicle was no easy task given its position and the conditions, but Henry handled it with incredible skill and calm professionalism. With his knowledge, experience, and equipment, he managed what felt nearly impossible — getting my car safely back onto the road and loaded onto the tow truck.
On the drive back to Saratoga, Henry walked me through the entire next-step process — insurance, vehicle collection, what to expect — everything. This was my first accident, and I was completely unsure of what came next. He answered every question patiently and genuinely put my mind at ease during a stressful moment. He even dropped me off exactly where I needed to go.
When I visited the DAB facility on Monday to retrieve my belongings, I was again met with courteous, professional service.
From start to finish, DAB turned a really difficult day into a manageable one. 10 out of 10 — highly recommend.

DAB does all my heavy recovery. They've brought plenty of junk to my place at this point and they always know exactly how to recover it and get it to me without damage. Highly recommend them!

Amazing service and reasonable price!
Was visiting from out of town and found myself on the side of the road with a totally blown out tire. They were there within 5 minutes, and got me to the tire shop without issue (and a lovely chat). Once at the tire shop, the employee there started raving about what a great company they are and then someone in the waiting room chimed in and doubled down on the love! So thankful for them!
I have been dealing with DAB Towing for the past couple of years, and they've been great to work with across the board. Nothing but good things to say about the company. Aug.4th we were coming home from a camping trip in Hornell, Ny. We were towing a 28ft camper and the trucks transmission broke. We were in
Binghamton NY 165 miles from home. Did not want to leave either vehicle. My son in law recommended DAB TOWING in Greenfield Center NY. We spoke with Darian he sent Adam almost 3 hrs away to come get us. Me, my Husband and our Dachshund. I can't tell you how professional this company is.Adam loaded our truck on the flatbed truck and towed our camper behind. We are so grateful to this company. My car broke down as u pulled into my work parking lot today. My insurance companies second referral was for DAB towing and recovery. They showed up 35 minutes after they accepted the call and got my car to the garage quickly. I hope I never break down again, but if I do I’ll ask my insurance to send DAB.
I purchased a 4 post lift, and needed to have it delivered. Darren worked with me and the trucking company to have it dropped off at their location. The next day, the driver arrived exactly at the agreed upon time, and placed the 1200 pound crate exactly where I needed it to go. I can recommend them to anyone who needs equipment moved or delivered at a reasonable cost.

My son locked his keys in his running car while making a pizza delivery, after calling a place and being told it will be a 45min, wait then get a call back to say there not coming! I call DAB towing, the gentleman that answered was Great took my info and said it would be about an hr wait, I explained my storie and how I had been waiting 45mins already, he said I'll see if I can get someone sooner, with in 3 minutes he called me back and I said I'm on my way I live just down the road, he was there with in minutes and while talking he mentioned he wasn't working tonight but wanted to help us out , he was friendly, fast working and made sure we were all set before leaving us, DAB towing will be our first call if we are ever in need of this service again, we are more than greatful for the quick, friendly, careing service we received from Darien, and DAB'S. DAB Towing to the rescue! While out on a scenic motorcycle ride around Lake George, NY, I found myself stranded roadside an hour away from home with a disabled motorcycle. DAB Towing provided a professional, courteous, and reasonably prompt service to get me and my bike back home. The technician was very kind and he communicated with me throughout the process to keep me updated with an estimated arrival time. I would definitely recommend DAB Towing.
In a snow storm, I ran into a curb and damaged my suspension, my car was unable to move. The State Police officer called DAB towing. My car was recovered and the Trooper took me home. The next day I went to the recovery yard and found out I had to pay an $940 dollar bill for towing my car 17 miles and storing it for one night. After I said this was an out of pocket job, the owner gave me a discount and brought the charge down to $805. The tow truck operator and the dispatcher were curtious.
Just a seamless operation. My wife had a flat tire and before I could even get back ahold of her they had the problem resolved. With clear communication and great pricing. Have also used them to tow a friends vehicle and the response time and customer service was unmatched
Our car slid off our driveway into a snow bank and DAB was there within 10 minutes to help us out! They were kind and efficient and we would absolutely use them again in a heartbeat!
I was very happy with DAB towing and recovery. I was told they would be there within 90 minutes and actually they were there in about a half hour. They kept in touch with me to let me know when they were on their way and they had my car charged quickly & the service man was very professional. I would definitely recommend them wherever they are for car service.
If I could give this company more stars I would!!! I inherited a (currently not running) car and needed to move it to my home via flatbed. Not only was the driver (invoice lists his name as Colin) professional, but he went above and beyond, making sure the car was loaded and secured properly and unloaded exactly where I wanted it. It may sound like a minor thing, but this car (1968 mustang) is very special to me, so the fact that he was so friendly and didn't laugh at or mock the state of the car was a HUGE thing for me. Without a doubt, 100% would recommend for any towing needs!
I was connected to DAB through my roadside service for a flat tire. I got a call from the tech 15 minutes after the time they were supposed to arrive to let me know it would be another 30 minutes. Not a huge deal, things happen. I was a t work and a friend was with my car. The tech showed up and stated she could not change the tire because it required special tools that she did not have and would have to be towed to the shop to change the tire. I had to take several calls from her and my friend while I was at work and was very frustrated. I opted to not tow it.after my 13 hour shift I went home and used the tools that came with the vehicle to change the tire myself. I'm very disappointed
Locked my keys and laptop in my car upon arrival at work. I used my app to request Roadside Assistance. Got a confirmation text immediately. Barely 10 minutes passed between time of request and arrival of driver. The driver was on-site for maybe 2 minutes. She knew exactly what she was doing, checked my coverage on her phone, had me sign, took a picture, and off she went! Pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. We've heard about DAB before, and am happy to have had a great experience with them! I would refer them to anyone, and I've never been able to say that about a towing company before.
I ve need DAB services 3 time in the past several months; I am extremely grateful this company services Saratoga Springs, they have responded to the scene within 12 minutes or less ( today) for all 3 calls. The operator is always helpful, polite and respectful as well as informative.
Awesome experience. Flat bed tow Truck was there quickly and everything went professionally. Quick signature and he was on his way. Hope I get these guys again if I need a tow. He knew the exact garage I wanted my car to go to and had been there before. Experience is key and they have it.
