Picked up a used subframe for my Golf. Good price for a good part. Guys in the office and over the phone were great and so was the gentleman who helped me find my part in the other building. Easy and helpful
Fantastic experience. Chuck was a pleasure to work with and the part (replacement headrest) arrived in brand new condition promptly. It also was a bargain and less than 1/2 of the price found elsewhere.
One note that may be of interest - It seems that this auto parts store is affiliated with others as I noticed the car part came from a car also listed on another auto part site ( same website framework, pictures, and VIN). Cornell's Auto Parts had a much cheaper price though - I am assuming because they had the car and the other site was a middleman.

The staff on the phone and In person is so awesome I’m gonna buy all my parts from Cornell’s. They helped me get parts I couldn’t find and for the fraction of the price, they even loaded them in my car for me. I definitely recommend Cornell’s.

These guys , ken in particular went above and beyond to look for , source and get shipped a rare , hard to find color and door for 10 year old vehicle. It arrived in the condition that they promised, earlier than promised. Shop was organized, professional and the crew was polite and helpful loading the door.
I had ordered a door online and received all call back from Mike Curran asking if I knew what the insurance codes meant, of course I didn’t but I know I can swap a door. Mike Curran explained what they meant, that the door needed refinishing, the door also was also being shipped from a sister store in Canada. I ordered a part from these guys and I received the wrong one which was probably no fault to them. I called and talked to a guy named Mike Curran who had some amazing customer service. He checked to see if they had the correct part which they did not. He issued me a full refund including the shipping and told me to throw out the part. I did not even have to deal with the hassle of shipping it back to them. I will order parts from the guys in the future.

I would have to say this place is great. Fast service and friendly staff. Needed a wheel for my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4x4. They were able to get one for me in 2 days. The price for the wheel was a great price as well. I will use this establishment again if I need more parts for my vehicle.

These guys are great. I bought a fender for my 91 roadmaster on eBay, but it was too rusty. I drove from CT to get it so I was pretty disappointed at first, but they not only let me out onto the yard to check it out, they let me take just the trim (the only part I really needed) for free for the hassle. I even got a T shirt too! Need more businesses like these guys. They know how to make things right with their customers!
