The (former?) receptionist was great. This time when I went to drop off my car to get an oil change and some stuff checked out the guy I was talking to literally rolled his eyes and started walking away as I was explaining what was wrong and needed to be checked. I have a hard time believing they'd do that to a man saying what was wrong with his vehicle. They used to be amazing and I genuinely trusted them, idk what's going on now.
They are very understanding in regards to their customers needs. We were suppose to get tires in and on for our RV on Wednesday but the tires did not come in until Friday (today) and they worked with us and got them on today. The service is awesome and Tina was so good keeping us on the schedule and pushing us out each day until the tires finally came in. Thank you also to Mike and his staff for working with us and getting our tires on. Much appreciated!!!

Mike saved our vacation! We could not have been happier to find this place open on a Saturday. We were due to leave on vacation only to find a seized brake caliper. Mike tracked down the part and go us rolling in short order. And the price was reasonable. Special shout out to Chris, manning the counter. Thank you for being so kind and understanding.
Awesome! That kind of sums it up in a nutshell always able to take us when we need to be seen lovely receptionist and knowledgeable technicians. We will be going back for our third visit next year

I’m diligent about oil changes after a past Subaru failure, and they handle it perfectly. Tina’s warm welcome and the skilled team make every visit quick and precise, even on busy days. Highly recommend!
Last year called them several times regarding getting work done and an inspection, lady on phone said he was busy and would get back to me, never returned call. Called again this year and was told he would call me back and blew me off again. Guess if you are a regular there they may be good, tried giving new business now for 2 years and am not worthy of even a call back. Go elsewhere.
Mike was so kind enough to help me to fix a hitch in my car for attaching the trailer. Also, he made sure the wiring was done properly so that it doesn't have any issues by perfectly routing it inside the car. The price was great and was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend the place for any kind of auto works and for uhaul rentals.

My window is completely broken, fell off the track, and the seal is ripped and bunched up. Thanks for ruining my window
Paid to have them remove my window tints. Pieces got stuck down in the window, and now my window is messed up. Wants me to pay over $200 to fix his mistake. Avoid this place
Absolutely awful experience, they told me that it would take 2-3 hours to service my car ended up taking them the entire work day. When I asked why it kept being delayed the owner accused me of being ridiculous and tried to pin the blame on me the customer. Unprofessional and lack of communication with their customers. I strongly recommend to bring your business elsewhere if you need any of the services they provide.
Ive got an old antique truck that I looked for a good, honest reasonably priced mechanic for a few months....Mike is great and his team are polite, quick, did exactly what I asked without telling me I needed new kinibly pins.....He does great work, is super nice to deal with and I now bring all my vehicles to him. HIGHLY recommended.
Went here to pick up an auto trailer for UHaul. The staff were EXTREMELY helpful, they made all the connections for me, double checked everything was safe, and make sure nothing got damaged. They went above any beyond, I would highly recommend them.

I reserved a uhaul for a self service pick up at 8pm on a Friday, the truck was never set up, and the number provided went straight to voicemail and no phone call call was ever returned. I called uhaul and they said the vendor never set the truck up for pick up. Id think twice before using them to fix your car, who knows what they would forget to do..

Problem:
I originally was bringing my motorhome in for an inspection, back brake light and to see if they could tell what was wrong with my generator. (generator doesnt work but I can plug in anywhere and its fine). On my way there, I accidentally pulled out of my driveway still plugged into my house which ripped the main plug off the motorhome. I called him and he said he'd take care of that too, no problem. I believe it took 3 weeks till they finished. I called and said, I'm coming to get it and we're headed camping right from there. I get there and Mike says, "well let me show you what I did". My plug that was originally 20+ feet long was now AN INCH long. literally an inch long. I said "how am I supposed to plug my motorhome into anything with that?!" He says, no problem, heres an adapter an he threw in an OLD HOUSE EXTENSION CORD to plug in!!!! Not even a heavy duty cord...an old house extension cord. I called when I got to camp - furious. Not only is that a safety hazard to run a motorhome off that but I was tripping the breaker whenever I used more than 1 thing at a time. (ac, microwave, etc..) Couldnt use the stove. I asked the folks at Mosse Hillock campground for some help and the man there said he's been rv'ing his whole life and never in all his life did he see such a thing with a 1 inch plug. So I called Mike again from camp...still upset. "Mike, this is a safety hazard and I have my 6 year old little girl in here with me. I'd like to know if you can fix what was wronged". He said if I wanted it fixed he'd have to get an electrician and he'd need my old cord so he could repair that. (does that mean he didnt have an electrician the first time?) and any work is a whole new charge. I refuse to give him anymore money after I just spent $746.20 on what shouldve been done right the first time.
