The constant hounding is really annoying.

My front license plate fell off and I came in asking them if they could help me install it back on. The young man in the shop helped me put it back on. Great service!!! Great guy!!
I was really stuck on a Sunday, needing a battery because of pressing family needs for that night. They really helped me out and got me going. I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful they were with service and also with good advice about my truck. I highly recommend this shop
Friendly?..No they are not. First worker was walking outside to help a white male and didn't hold the door for me. Then I went up to a worker at the cashier and then he just walked away. He didn't say "I'll be back to help." First time going there and the last. No thanks!
Not only a great variety of options that all fit my car - the guy who took my call (who was about to clock out) opted to wait 20 minutes until I got the car there, and then proceeded to install my battery and take the old one FREE OF CHARGE. I kept him 40+ minutes past his clock-out and he kept a smile on his face the whole time. Stellar service!!
I purchased a Di Hard battery online through Advance auto parts. A year and a half into it the battery died. Brought it back to Advance and they told me since I purchased it online I could not return it due to a different transaction. I also found out if you buy the battery in one store, you cannot return it to another. This makes no sense. Isn’t this the whole point of have multiple locations? So I had to return the battery, get a credit on my card and then purchase a new one for more money. Total scam.. Think next time I’ll shop at a local store, at least I know who I’m dealing with.
I'm not a fan of this store chain. Doesn't have the very best of tools and accessories. I prefer AutoZone, and even that sucks compared to where mechanics go. But these two chains are everywhere. And a pinch you can use them.
Went for a battery change- the person was super friendly so knowledgable and extra professional! She was great and checked my car for other things as well! so happy I found my place togo for autoparts!
Good guys work there! Especially Kevin...he's always so kind, gracious and helpful. I love it when he's there to help me. Checked my oil, and then he assisted putting the oil in my car because I'm not familiar doing that!! Plus he signed me up for discounts with my email.
He's a great addition to the employees of the store!!
PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE! Couldn't of asked for a more completely satisfying shopping experience inside a store of this type for someone like myself, clueless as anything, on top of scared to death of so much as the thought of walking into this store in the first place when my mechanic suggested I come down here to the item I probably needed for my vehicle. I walked in definitely looking as though I was more lost than I've ever been in my life a day before that, was immediately greeted by the gentleman behind the counter helping checkout another customer at the counter at the same time. Within seconds of him completing the transaction at the counter with the customer he had been helping to checkout as I was walking in, he immediately asked if he could help me find anything, I specified the item my mechanic had suggested I pick-up, next thing I knew another gentleman who worked there came outta one of the aisles & had the item in his hand, brought it right to me & even gave me a little advice prior to using the item in my vehicle, despite the directions on the item saying different. I was in & outta this store in less than 5 minutes, it was the most painless, easy-going, informative, cared for experience in a long time that I've had in an auto parts store I was clearly super uncomfortable from the beginning walking into without seeming as though I had no clue what I was there for or what I'd be talked into somehow purchasing if I seemed as lost going into a store of this kind as blind & clueless as I knew I felt coming into a store like this! I've really never had a more positive experience in an auto parts store than the experience i had when these 2 gentleman who worked here made it as painless, informative, short sweet & carefree this specific day I visited this store! Hands-down BEST EXPERIENCE at any auto parts store, especially for someone as lost & hesitant as I am about being the clueless car chic I am walking into an auto parts store, with hopes of being helped the best possible way imaginable, by someone who hopefully wasn't trying to drown me of every penny when they realized just wgat I had seeing a lost clueless car chic walking around their store, giving me any old item they thought they'd get away with selling me, but instead having been given the best possible customer service experience anyone, especially a clueless, scared unknowledgable anti-car-chic like myself!!!
I went in for windshield wipers and Kevin helped me out. He doubled checked I grabbed the right ones. He also helped me with a stubborn wiper that wouldn’t come off. I would 100% recommend coming here! Everyone is very kind and willing to help! Kevin went above and beyond to help me out today!
Visited store for some wipers and replacement bulbs. Excellent service. One of my replacement parts was not in stock but the associate went out of his way to locate one at a nearby location and had it delivered to the store the following morning.
People here are very nice and helpful. I needed a certain item and their app told me it was in stock. Lo and behold, it was. Don't you love it when things work the way they're supposed to? I had a hard time locating the item and an associate helped me find it. Was out of the store in a jiffy. Thanks guys!
I’ve been to many advance autos and auto zones, this one is by far the best of all. Staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. They scanned my car for free and they’ve helped me many times in the past. I have saved thousands in mechanic fees coming to this store. They helped me find my lost keys!!!!

Went there for an item and the guy at the counter repeatedly ignored me while I stood there. He counted inventory and could care less . The store was empty. No wonder why. I wouldn't go there again for anything. Rude!!!!
I have used this store a lot. I have Recieved timely advice, borrowed a scanner, picked up replacement parts. They are Not the cheapest option, but they are conveniently located.
I wouldn't normally take the time to review an auto parts store but this place has a staff so unlike any I've experienced it's worth my time.
they actually consistently help or at least try to do so... there's little to no waiting around, and offer considerable discounts when shopping online, again with no waiting time.
what a pleasant change compared to the mess the nearest AutoZone is, easily has become my go to local place...
