WORST WALMART! I was just in there yesterday FEB 14 and i heard an employee say to another employee how they got compliments on how helpful they were from an older lady. Funny because 2 minutes before that i asked her where the flowers are and she just points and doesnt even make eye contact. Staff is SO unhelpful and rude. I asked a woman where something was in foods a different day and she said "i dont know" and walked away. Lot of people in a mood there, workers and customers. The aisles are so small that two carts cant even pass by without hitting. **Update** today i had ANOTHER terrible experience with the rude employees that work there. I asked a black woman who had no name tag on where something was and she just shrugged her shoulders. I said cant u look it up? She just ignored me and i asked the other woman willow or some name with a W to get the manager Nicoleta and she wouldnt after asking multiple times. They hire the worst unprofessional employees ive ever seen in my life. They wont even answer the phone !! Ive called every dept and they just let the phone ring forever. Not even a call back.
Staff is incompetent, rude and dismissive. I was looking for an item in my size, I asked an employee on the floor and she looked at me as if I was telling her to solve rocket science. Then she kept walking as I was speaking to her and said “No more.” What? That’s customer service? Later on, I was pulling an item from the bottom shelf and employee with a full pallet jack decides to come down the same aisle as I’m grabbing it and says “Excuse me”. So, he expected me to move as I’m already hunched over grabbing a heavy item, when there’s multiple ways he could’ve exited from that aisle alone? To top it off, he got as close as possible to me as he was asking me to move. Lastly, I checked out at the register directly in front of the door where the ‘Security’ gaurd is. He is on his phone as we approach him and still asks for my receipt. Walmart hires some of the most brainless individuals. P.S the store is a wreck. So much for customers disturbing their work flow Never coming here again.
I google searched for a specific item and when I arrived I found out that only the website had it. However the positives are: They were open early The staff was helpful and cordial

My own experience was very positive. The sales associates are friendly and professional. They really take their time with you to make sure you are getting what you need and to make your shopping experience one you will not forget. I feel good about my purchase.
i was just there they did a beautiful renovation to the whole store its confusing the first time if u weren't there in a while but otherwise its amazing
The suffern store in rt 59 is horrible !!!! i went to return an item they’re telling me that the number on the item doesn’t match the receipt. why is this my problem???? that store cannot get it together they obviously tagged the item wrong being they have many careless employees that work there.
however that brings me to the biggest issue of all JESSICA THE STORE MANAGER who I waited at customer service for for 45 minutes (review the tape) and she never came. she called the associate at the return counter to “see what i wanted” and never came up after 45 minutes !!!! unacceptable
The staff is nice and helpful. The new layout of the store is horrible. What they have on the shelves is a terrible selection compared to the bigger stores.
Hardly any good tops selection. I found very little in the way of v-neck, casual tops. Very disappointed with this store. I wish they would stock more and have a variety of tops for women. I'd give zero stars if I could.
The paper towels in the two photos were opened and not taken off the floor. This is the amount of compassion this place has in keeping their stock clean and purchasable. Absolutely GARBAGE!!!!
I usually don’t have major issues with Walmart.com. I ordered an ankle brace for my wife who is injured. The brace was supposed to come yesterday. It is “delayed” (sitting at the local store, and was not shipped to me directly). I chatted on the site this morning. The chat rep couldn’t have been more sarcastic and obnoxious. Then this idiot tried to tell me the delivery date is currently 11/21. Is Christopher Lloyd getting in the Delorian with HG Wells? He offered No solution, no new delivery date and refused to connect me with a supervisor. If my wife has ankle damage, I am contacting the NYS Attorney General’s office, the FTC and get ready for civil court. I will also NEVER shop at Walmart again!
Basement shelving was the primary reason for the visit. Six viable freestanding shelving options for a basement or garage - three plastic, two metal and one steel. The metal shelving is also viable for pantry/kitchen. Fair prices, similar to Costco and BJs. As for the rest of my list, not all items were in stock and many of the arts supplies were priced too high, Crayola in particular.
Worst Walmart I've ever been to, absolutely tiny, small selection, the store was a mess we had to return items because they ended up being open and part eaten. The store was full of unsavory patrons, more then usual for a Walmart. Everyone just walking aimlessly in the way and just staring at us like a horror movie. There must be something in the water in this town.
Worst Walmart ever. There is no produce. The milk looks disgusting. I came at a normal hour in the afternoon and there was jackhammers going off like I am in the middle of a construction zone. At least 20 workers standing around doing nothing at all at all hours of the day. Returns has random hours and the cashier's are unhelpful. Walmart, how will you do better asap or will you go bankrupt just like the other big name box stores?
Dirty facility. Rude employees. Racks are too close together in areas restricting free passage. Most definitely a typical Wal Mart by many standards. Sub-par.
Okay can Walmart get any worse ? I don’t know where to start. First yesterday I get an alert stating my card was used for $1.39 . I didn’t use my card . I contacted Walmart and they stated that it was a mistake on their end . ( watch your cards all ). Then they offer me a $10 promotion code OKAY so I need to spend over $15 on the promotion code to receive $10 off and “ not “ all merchandise will be covered by the promotion code ( all because Walmart unauthorized use of my card ) , which is a crime. I don’t care if it were a penny. I don’t owe them anything. Then you order for delivery Walmart Plus Members , Walmart puts a hold on your card for much more then tells you it will go back onto your card in ten days . Why the hell is Walmart charging more anyway , and to wait ten days when Walmart should take off the amount you purchased “ not “ one cent more . Today I ordered a large detergent and a can of planters peanuts . It stated my order was delivered a picture of just the peanuts were sent to me . Let me mind you it stated my “ order “was delivered. I immediately checked online and it looked as if both of my items the driver claimed were delivered . I immediately contacted Walmart through chat for the representative to say I’m sorry for the frustration this has caused , and they’ll make a complaint. No I will be making a complaint and putting reviews all online for others to be aware. I read online people stating these drivers take photos as your merchandise as if it were delivered then take the merchandise. NEWS FLASH CAMERAS DON’T LIE . I asked the representative does Walmart not do background checks , this is a ongoing issue with Walmart and not the first time . It’s time for complaints to be filed with the appropriate agencies. I have had enough of Walmarts lip service . And being a WALMART PLUS MEMBER doesn’t do any justice . It’s time to start getting delivery from local supermarkets and businesses that are honest and trustworthy and reliable.
This is an older Walmart. It seems a little outdated. There is not enough help in the store. I dealt with a lady in the men’s clothing area. She was not very friendly In Electronics, it was not better either. The customer almost had an argument with the employee. The leadership needs to set the tone. It’s a great location. The store could run better.
Lots of stock in school supplies and wonderful option of clothing for the mature lady. No fresh food though. No produce section, just dry goods and drinks.
Older Walmart, they had security cases but most of them were simply open. Easier to deal with than staffing. Front was busy at the registers, not many open and lines were building.
Not a SuperWalmart, no produce/bakery section, just some basic groceries.
I recently purchased a baby cough syrup from Walmart and was disappointed to find that it was expired. As a parent, I understand how important it is to ensure that the products we give our children are safe and effective. This particular Walmart was horrible. They need to revamp this store Big Time. The Isles are much too narrow. The lines to the check out were ridiculous. The shelves were empty. Whatever was left was picked through.
This is not a super Walmart, it’s an old style one that has added a little bit of food to try and serve peoples need. The store is super cluttered, very hard to push a cart around. The checkout lines were ok, and they do have some self checkouts. The cluttering and layout make it difficult to shop, which prevents a good rating. They have the basics of what you need, but I’d do a dollar general or something else anyway. The parking lot is newly paved and has clear parking stripes.
This is an old and small Walmart not like others newer or bigger. The products offered are the same as all other wal-mart cheap - at a good price. They have all clothing sections for mens, boys, women etc. They also carry electronics, automotive home goods and garden supplies. There is a pharmacy inside as well. no produce or bakery section in this location. The store is old and gives a depressing look.
The parking lot is very old and in bad condition, asphalt is in terrible condition.
I'd never been inside a Walmart store although I've been online shopping from them for more than a decade. There's a lot going on in the brick and mortar store! I had fun just looking around at all the items, it's a big place! I'll have to go back again soon. From toys to groceries and so much in-between, Walmart has it!
