Whether it’s Brad, Zack, Bobby or Jose, they will go out of their way to make sure you get in and out.
They also pay very well.
I bring them thousands of pounds of scrap all the time, and they have never ripped me off. In addition they will often help me unload anything that’s large.
The same can’t be said for their competition in Nanuet.
Action Metal is the best! My 11 and 6 year old boys have an unusual interest in scrap metal. They had been asking me to bring them to a scrap metal yard. I showed up at Action Metal uninvited and had the pleasure of meeting Zack and Brad. Zack took time out of his busy day to give us a tour of the facility and taught my boys about scrap metal. The customer service there is next to none. They are honest and everything there they do is safe. They also don't rip you off like the junk yard in Elmsford NY off Rt. A, they rip you off like a mofo. Sawzall the copper ends off of a dirty fin and the piece you cut off is supposed to be 60 to 80 cents a pound, Elmsford Rt 9A junk yard gives you 4 cents a pound. I believe it's because they don't care and they figure people actually most people don't know what the value of each part of what you're tearing off of a compressor or a condenser motor. So they kind of just put the pieces in any category to lower the prices of what they actually are supposed to give you. Action metal doesn't do that it's worth taking the long trip from wherever you are to go there you'll get your money's worth. A++++++++++++++++++++ to Action Metal Co Inc.

very honest weight my scrap before I brought it over and he was 2 lbs over my weight also gave me 45 cents more than the other competitors so what the other guy said he is dishonest not true at all I recommend highly
Went today to do business ,they try rip me off.They have scale fixed. Was showing 100lb off. Packed my scrap and went to Nelsons in Haverstraw and his scale show right number.If you like to be cheated go to them.I will NEVER EVER go back those people. 1 star is too much.But can't put less.
