The entire process to sell my totaled 2008 Toyata Yaris is very easy, smooth. and quick. They came to the auto body shop to pickup the car very quickly and handed me a check with no question ask. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with cash for cars. They offered and gave me $200 more than Peddle and $600 more than the junk yard that’s less than a mile away from my house. The pick up driver was actually earlier than I was told he would be. He was courteous and friendly and the it took no time at all to complete the transaction and I got a check in hand. I’ve already have recommended cash for cars to someone and will in the future.

Sunday evening service ( my initial call ), much appreciated. Efficient, friendly, professionals - everyone involved - start to finish. Tow truck driver was especially good under adverse ( dark, snow, long tricky driveway) conditions. Finally, I got $300 for my junker Jeep - after a competitor offered me $200. 6 STARS, if I could.

My experience was somewhat unbelievable. I had not finished filling out the form online when I received a call. They were extremely courteous and efficient in researching and verifying my vehicle information. The negotiations was reasonable and we ended up, within minutes, with what I felt was a win/win deal. I worked with Martha to sell my car after it was totaled in an accident. The entire process only took 2 days to complete and was extremely smooth. Almost everything was done through text message, with a final call to schedule the pickup. Was given a good offer beforehand and paid via a check during pickup as agreed upon.

All around pretty good experience. Fast and easy . I sold the car on a Friday so I couldn't get in contact with the yard to pick up the car till Monday. He was scheduled to pick up the car in the am and didn't get there till about 6 pm. I wish the communication towards the end was better . As far as my representative she was informative and got me a good deal . Her communication was great.

Insanely poor quality of service and even worse communication. Told me I'd get a call back to schedule pickup within 4hrs. It is now almost 24 wasted hours later with 0 follow up from anyone who works here. I had to call back myself to be told they would see if my car could be picked up today and that the inquiry would only take 15-20 minutes. It's been over an hour since even though I escalated my concerns regarding my wasted time and was reassured that it would only be a short wait. I called back again and was told I'd have to wait an additional 24-48 hours for a scheduled pick up with no further explanation. You guys have no bias for action and I will actively point the many people I know in need of a similar service in the opposite direction of anything with Cash For Cars on it.
