Wreck and Mend did a great job My car repair, they even went the extra step and detailed the inside of my car, as well as helping me with my insurance deductible. I would definitely go again, my only issue is that they work extremely slow. It took one month to complete a bumper.
Dear Wreck & Mend Auto Body Repair Shop, I am very grateful for the service and work you have provided me.. however
I’m not happy with the service that you guys providing my referrals . The most frustrating thing was that the people I took to the workshop on my recommendation did not receive the service or attention they were assured of. In some cases, they did not even respect the prices or promotions they were initially offered.
I feel bad for having trusted this workshop and even worse for having made others do it too. The lack of seriousness, communication and responsibility leaves me totally disappointed.
I don't recommend it at all. If you value your time, your money and your reputation when referring to others, look for another place.
I want to add that my car did not need extra repairs, what they do is give you a higher estimate to repair things that do not need repairs. They also wanted to do it with my referrals
The estimate that the Insurance provided was 1511, however the adjuster of the place increased more than almost 13,000 dollars
The work they have done was not perfectly done due to the fact that my bumper is a little loose and the color of the bumper is not matching the color of the car.
I was satisfied with the repair but extremely disappointed at the lack of communication and the condition that I received my car back in.
I was recommended by a coworker to have my car repaired here, so I dropped it off last year in the beginning of September, all the way from Brooklyn, to repair some fender and bumper damage. They called me later that month to let me know my insurance was going to total the car. I decided to keep the car and continue the repair with them. I had to call to find out what the repair estimate would be and gave them half the money at the end of the month. 2 months later, at the end of November, i didn't hear from them, so i called about the progress of the repairs and was sent a text message a few hours later saying it would be done the following week in December. I called on the Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday that week, but no one answered. So I figured they'll just call me to let me know when they're finished and waited. Several months go by and some one finally calls in March to ask me "what I wanted to do with my car". Confused, I asked if the repairs were even finished, they replied within 2 weeks. I get a call the very next week saying i can pick up my car.
I received a total of 3 calls about my car between September and March; I have the call logs downloaded from Verizon to show for it. I also have 3 different numbers from them. I did my part as a customer but they failed on their end as a business to communicate.
I go to pick up my car and immediately noticed that clear coat was peeled off in several places, my aftermarket head unit was missing from the dash, a bunch of stuff and spare parts I had left in my trunk was thrown in on the front and backs seats which left some oil sludge on the seats, and some razors left to rust on the roof. Other things were missing from my car as well like 2 pairs of roller blades and a 36 piece Kobalt ratchet set. My head unit was "found' damaged in a closet in the shop but i never got my roller blades or tool set back. I also noticed that it seemed like the shop manager and a few other workers there avoided me, the only person who spoke to me and was helpful was the woman at the front desk.
I get that my car is 20 years old, but it should have received as much care as any other car being repair there. And like I said before, I was satisfied with the repair work but the negative experience completely overshadowed any good there could have been. My insurance paid almost $4000 for storage fees and I paid another $4500 out of pocket to essentially have my car completely trashed and neglected, and my belongings stolen. I absolutely regret bringing my car here, and I don't think I'll do business here again, or recommend any one else to for that matter.
DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. they get as much money as they can from your insurance and then put used parts they said were new on your car ….. not one claim is good enough they take parts off your car that wasn’t broken and call back the insurance for another claim and make it look like more money is needed to the adjuster for a their second claim “more money”..as I checked in on the completion of my car there was over sprey all over and horrible tape lines. The painted the bumper on the car without disassembly and did a horrible job taping “paint over sprayed on every plastic trim piece”.. when I brought up these issues they told me their painter has a herion issue and got into a car accident and they were looking for a new painter. I again checked up on the completion of my car and the painter that “had a drug problem” was the one who painted the car. NOT ONE BUT 2 wheels were curb scratched completely. After being told they weren’t the ones who damaged my wheels and they have pictures of the car arriving. Their own jaw dropped because my 2 wheels were not damaged in their arrival pictures. The bumper and hood was not fitted properly. No gaps in the hood and bumper were visibly Misaligned. Numerous and numerous amounts of issues!
They also can’t remember where the screws they took out goes. Every part of their performance as a shop is poor
Save yourself the headache and go somewhere els.
I HAD TO PAY OUT OF POCKET TO GET OVER 7k worth of work fixed the right way after they got paid to fix my car. They say their work is lifetime guarantee. But the only thing they guarantee is threatening their customers and running with insurances money.
I send my son's car here to be repaired and they did a wonderful job. I can't begin to express how grateful I am to have work done by this shop. The only hiccup was waiting for a few parts, but they worked their magic and put everything together. I would highly recommend this auto body shop.
I will recommend anybody to wreck & mend auto body they did a great job on my truck it came out like is brand new from the dealership thanks to the staffs there, there all very helpful and do there best to make you feel comfortable thank you guys so much

Got into an Incident where I needed a Replacement Bumper and Fender. Thought it would take a while before I would get my vehicle back. However, W&M worked quick in fixing my vehicle back in good shape. Getting my car back it looked better than when I brought it in.
God forbid if I need future repairs, or if I know someone in need for good quality service, I recommend W&M Body Shop!

At first I left the body shop a bad review but since then they have contacted me and offered me to fully fix my car which they did so I am happy to say that this is a very good body shop I am happy with their work and their customer service if anyone needs their car fixed make sure you guys give them a call

They were very accommodating from start to finish. Had my car towed for repair the same day I called them. They were efficient in dealing with my insurance company and keeping me informed. Being in accident is overwhelming as it is and they made sure that I did not feel any extra stress. They helped with the rental process and had my car done quickly. Horrible accident, t- boned on passenger side. Car was saved from being a total loss. Worked with our Insurance company smooth fir seamless transaction. Work did take some time because they guarantee and warranty all their work. They said this was definitely one of the bigger jobs they had, the end result was worth it. Car was returned in perfect pristine condition. They check and re-check to make sure everything is absolutely perfect mechanically, technically, and aesthetically These guys really do great work.
