So this review is not for the quality of their work, which I could care less about, it is for their communication and busniness practices.
I received a message stating that my car was finished and ready to be picked up. When I arrived, I noticed that a piece of trim was not on the car. I mentioned it to the repctionist and she paiged someone with a hint of panic in her voice. When the guy appeared to show me my car, I said the trim is missing, and he was like, "Oh yeah, Nissan sent the wrong piece." And then started to explain which piece they sent instead, like I care. He told me the piece I need is on backorder for 2 weeks and would only take 5 seconds to install. I asked if they were going to come to my house and do it, and he said no, so it's a lot more than 5 seconds of my time. He then blamed it on Nissan and I said Nissan didn't call today saying my car was done.
If they had left a message saying the work was done but a piece hadn't come in yet, that would have been fine. If when I got there they had mentioned it, that would have been fine. The fact that I, as the customer, feel like they tried to get away with not putting it on, then blamed someone else for their mistake, is not acceptable.
I don't plan on getting rear-ended at a red light again, but if it happens, I won't bring the car back to them.
If the trim is not on my car in 2 weeks this is going to a 1 star review.
This place always exceeds my expectations. Staff the front desk mechanics all do a phenomenal job. Christine is always very friendly and easy to talk to and very professional. They contact the necessary people for the car to get repaired.
My experience with Christian Valencia was great. He took care of my car quickly and explained everything where I can understand. I can assure you that I will go again if ever I have a problem with my car.

No good. Picked my car up in the rain. did not complete all the work from the original meeting. They forgot to put the headlight on the estimate after they did the walk around and circled all the things they where going to do. when I went to pick up the car the headlight was still not done. So they said that the headlight costs over 900 dollars and would put your car over the limit to be totaled so they didn't want to claim it. told me i have to get my own. so they sent me on my way. I have the pictures of the original walk around that i took myself to show the damage to my wife. so I went on my wat...... to show my attorney.
The service performed on my car was great and completed in a timely manner. Customer service was exceptional and friendly very informative. When I picked my care up I was very satisfied with the work performed and it was show case clean.
Very professional, very helpful. Auto accidents are stressful situations, but everyone at Clarkstown International was knowledgeable, courteous, and understanding. The repairs were virtually invisible (that's great!) and I was kept up-to-date on progress throughout!

The staff members of Clarkstown International Collision were very helpful and kept me informed and up to date regarding the repair process of my car. The quality of work was excellent! The damage to the body of my car was repaired, including proper color matching of the paint. Now my car looks new again!
These guys were great! I had some scuffed paint on my Dodge Challenger so I stopped by and they were very careful to gently polish it back to a nice shine while I waited. Small job but I was in and out in 15 minutes — everyone from the manager to the receptionist to the technician were friendly and helpful. Appreciate your help guys!

Clarkstown International Collision did an excellent job on my repairs that needed to be done after being rear ended. Great customer service and my car looked like new when I got my car back. All sensors were checked and received the car back in a timely manner. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
The customer service was amazing. Vehicle was very clean and protected with plastic around the steering wheel and mats were cleaned. They communicated effectively and often via text and call.
I can't say enough good things about Clarkstown Collision! From the moment I brought my car in after the accident, they made me feel like part of their family. Dealing with car repairs can be stressful, but their team was incredibly supportive and communicative every step of the way. They patiently answered all of my questions, no matter how small, and even went above and beyond by helping me get my rental car sorted out seamlessly.

Great customer experience from a kind attentive staff. Repairs were done in a quick, as promised timely manner. I was kept up to date on the status of my repair. The repair was great and looks good as new.
Be very careful taking your car to this body shop. They cut corners and give you back a car with work done incorrectly, causing you to need mechanical repairs. Took my car here after hitting a deer and these criminals did $15,000 worth of work for a car valued at $19,000 and now the car is over heating, has low oil pressure issues. They replaced the coolant system, and they obviously didn’t do a good job, when I took it back, they are trying to wiesel their way out of fixing it, making false claims to Geico. Please believe the other reviews about them cutting corners and damaging your vehicle mechanically, don’t waste your time. I’m filing a lawsuit against them, and Geico for dealing with a fraudulent body shop that has a history of this. Don’t believe me look at the numerous other customers who complain about their lack of competence.
If I could give them a big FAT ZERO I would. I needed tows in the past and granted AAA has a policy in which your vehicle has to be current with your Registration, no problem I did not hassle them very understandable that they did not tow the vehicle. Today knowing that I made sure the vehicle was current however this rude place of service decided to inform AAA that they were not going to my location. Im like what? I am paying AAA and they are listening to a vendor refusing to service their client. WOW that is rude. Even in a cold day in you know where I would never call them if I was on the road in zero degree weather. I will notify anyone I know in my 60 years of life to do not use them. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Clarkstown International Collision (CIC) did a great job on my car post collision. My car looks and performs perfect now and you cannot tell that it was ever in a collision. The staff explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had. They were all very nice, friendly and helpful which helped make a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend them.
They repaired my car and I was completely satisfied with the work done. The car looked like new when I got it back. They are very knowledgeable with respect to Mercedes as there is a lot of technology on my car. All the sensors were checked and everything worked properly when I got car back.
The entire experience was professional, timely, and enjoyable. From when I came in with my damaged car to when I was picking it up the experience was great. The people at the front of the shop were extremely helpful and the mechanics knowledgeable when I asked for a breakdown on what repairs were done. The repair was on time and the text updates added a lot to the experience and saved the hassle of having to call for updates. Also, they work alongside enterprise for rentals that allow you to pickup/drop off the rental at the body shop for added convenience.
I experienced one of the best car services in history of repair. Derick was professional from beginning to end with car updates while guaranteed top notch service which was really "a top notch service!"
