⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been to plenty of auto shops where you tell them the actual problem and they just reset the warning light and call it a day. Not Ramapo Tires. I came in, pointed out exactly what was wrong, and they fixed the real issue — no BS, no “let me clear the code and charge you anyway.” They listened, they repaired it properly, and I left happy. Straightforward, honest work at a fair price. This is now my go-to spot. Highly recommend.
Horrible people and business.got stranded on the highway with my daughter(7 yrs olds) and puppy due to a flat tire,called here and notified them that I am in route via tow truck and I will arrive at 5:25pm.we make it to shop at 5:24 pm and I felt so relieved that I made it.i go inside and the owner states”we closed” I told him I am the one who called and he looked me in my eyes and said “we’re closed” .i stated I am from NYC and I am a firefighter and have my daughter in car .he said “come back tomorrow morning “ . What kind of cruel people work here. Horrible .Never experienced such people or a business like this in my life.You can see by the pictures that they were still open with workers there.no excuse at all to treat a anybody as such.took that picture as I arrrived in towtruck with the time stamp at the top 5:24pm .they close at 5:30pm.but who would learn a parent and kid stranded after hearing that story.horrible people .i literally watched them stay open for another 15 minutes while I called another toy truck before the closed the doors and left me there on premises
They fixed my tire quickly, and charged a good price, only $20 to plug a hole that was in it. I was in and out of there in about 20 minutes. Sometimes it is busier than other times but they do good honest work here. My family has been using this place for many years, they are a trustworthy business.
I had an emergency and needed a used tire, and Ramapo Tires helped me out quickly, which I really appreciated. However, there were a few issues along the way.
The communication could have been better—I wanted to see the tire before purchasing, but the technician went straight to checking the leak and installed it right away. When lifting the car with the jack, the technician didn’t pay enough attention, and a plastic piece underneath the car cracked. Fortunately, the guy at the front desk handled it well and made sure I left happy. Mistakes happen, and they did their best to make it right.
One thing to note is they don’t torque the lug nuts manually—they just use the gun, which isn’t ideal. Overall, I was satisfied with the service, and they also have a good stock of new tires, which is helpful for future needs.
GREAT SERVICE, HONEST PRICING!!! I saw all of the reviews online and decided to check Ramapo Tires out for myself. They got 2 new tires on my wife's Elantra in less than half an hour. Gedalya's team did great work and was very honest about pricing. Will definitely be coming back.

Ramapo Tires is a small shop but they have top notch personalized service without gouging you on the price. They treat everyone with respect, courtesy and kindness. Kindness is not a small thing, as it does mean the world for those in need.
I had a flat tire thanks to a spike which needed a patch. I called and waited a short while as they had another customer before me. They promptly fixed and remounted my repaired tire. They didn’t try to sell me a new tire, as my tire was repairable. Which I greatly appreciated. Their word is their bond, so rare in today’s market. They charged me their normal price despite it was a holiday and everyone was closed!
Please don’t be put off by their location. Judge them by their work and you’ll be pleased with their service and their price. They have my heartfelt thanks! If you want someone who can listen to your concern, deal fairly with you while being attentive, then you’d want to go to Ramapo Tire.
I walked in to get a used tire, specifically a used tire I told the crew that was working on my car and for some reason they didn’t get it and starting placing on a brand new one. I told the boss and he checked into it and since the new tire was placed on the rim already he tells me we’re sold out on the used tires. Meanwhile the workers told me there is but it was placed on the rim so it’s to late. They did a great job and all but I was not looking to pay for a new tire. Really upsetting to have been lied to because of no interest of changing .
Never had such a great experience with an auto repair shop, very fair pricing and super fast service I came in for low air in tires needed a few plugs done and tire rotation they did it all in a matter of minutes! WOW
I went there a week ago because I had the low tire pressure light on. The guy helped me pump up my tires and discovered a nail in one of my tires. They put a plug and helped me with everything I needed. this is not my first time that I've been there and they are always ready and willing to help you out with a smile.
Got 2 used tires with good thread for less then the price of one new. And the best thing I like about this place is that although it was during a snow I was in and out in less then 20 minutes!!!
