I’ve been searching for an honest and reliable auto shop in the Rockland area for quite some time, and I’m so glad I was introduced to Phil through a mutual friend. Phil, Frankie, and the entire team truly went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of properly.
I drive an Audi, and maintenance can be extremely costly—especially now that my warranty has ended. Going to the dealership for unexpected issues is no longer realistic, but this shop fixed my car completely and did so with honesty, transparency, and care. On top of that, they even gave me rides to and from my home while my car was in the shop, which was incredibly appreciated.
They also noticed that my registration was about to expire and took care of that for me while doing my oil change—something most places wouldn’t bother to mention. The level of customer service, attention to detail, and integrity is rare these days.
I am forever loyal to this shop. This has been, by far, the best automotive service experience I’ve ever had.
Great service! I was in a pinch and my usual shop was fully booked til the following week but i need my car for a trip to see the family for the holidays. I heard good things about this place and decided to give it a shot and I'm super glad i did! They got my car back to running like new in just a few hours. 10/10 service and prices were very fair too. Ask for Frankie he did a great job! Might just be my new go to spot now.
Got helped very quickly by Frankie. Called in that my cigarette lighter charger wasn't working and he helped quickly diagnose and replace a fuse. Solid service.
I called my roadside provider and have to make me wait out in the cold for two hours. I decided to try and see if there was another way to get my car jumpstarted.
My roadside provider said that Congress collision was coming, but they never showed up
Thank God, 18 844 stock was there to rescue me and they even replaced my battery when it interstate
I will be canceling my insurance with Allstate
Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time waiting for these motor clubs to come and help you you’re better off finding your own roadside provider
They responded to the call quickly and were super helpful. Denise who works at the repair shop/tow office is a TOTAL GEM and is so kind and helpful and patient. The mechanics were also super helpful and helped me clean out my car when they were busy and didn't have to.
After having one of my vehicles towed off the road in Nanuet, New York. This company advised me that I would need an alternator or a battery. I have to making a decision of getting a battery and reading on their Internet. Add that the Towwing is free with the replacement of a new battery. I called them. Not only did they charge me for Towwing. They’re downright inexperienced mechanics with very little skills. Please think twice before going to them.
This company knows that everything I said was right and correct.
They’re only reply was that my text was fake and they know who I am and they know who I work for which is a joke in itself. They’ve never seen me. I’ve been retired for years.
I just want the customers out there to show what kind of people you will be dealing with. These people will go out of their way to make your life miserable just like they are trying to do with my post. Instead of getting in touch with me and talking like a professional . The person I talk to acted and thought like a child. He decided to go to intimidation, lol and to tell me that he knows who I am.
Be careful with who told your car. Remember you have insurance insurance usually covers a tow. If you have AAA covers a tow truck. There are other services that you pay for on credit cards that also do this.
Do not be confused or terminated by this company like they are trying to do to me.
Original quote for my repair was $2,800 plus $125 towing and 3-4 days repair. Final bill was over $3,400 and took over 2 weeks. I made over 20 phone calls trying to get updates with a changing story every time I called. Crowning touch was he by mistake ran my credit card before telling me there was a 3% credit card fee. Of course none of this was their fault and me the customer has to just live with all the delays and cost. Be warned I am speaking from experience and will not be going back there.
Service was contacted thru Chevy Roadside Assistance. TOTAL NO SHOW, TOTAL NO CONTACT. Told Chevy they had contacted me, and it did not happen. Chevy had told them I could not put the car in neutral, but I did not know one way or other. Three hours later, another tow took the job.
This towing company was great!! We were stuck in a parking and Phil was our tow driver. Great and fast service, Phil was very nice and professional!! Highly recommend!
Yesterday my car stalled on the freeway, high traffic, hard location to pinpoint with no address, and a tight corner that would've been difficult for most tow truck operators. But not Phil. This guy showed up in 30 minutes, tried his best to start my battery, and loaded my car onto his flatbed like a pro.
I hope none of you need to call a towing company but if you do, I highly recommend Phil!

Got stuck at a parking lot car was turning on but the car wasn’t running. Called for a towing or a jump start when Jimmie Cen came to the rescue. He checked to see if my car’s battery was good or not and after realizing it wasn’t the battery he said it could be the starter. His knowledge of vehicles was very helpful and tried different ways of running the car. He tried it all and once we realized nothing could be done, he carefully got the car towed and carefully got the car to there mechanic shop where there workers got to it and got my car back and running. Highly recommend going to this place. And if you need a person with knowledge of vehicles and able to tow your car Jimmie is the man. Thank You 188844stuck.

Worst feeling when your car breaks down. Best feeling when a Tow company makes you feel safe and gets to you in 15 mins. Mid rush hour, takes you to the bank to get money out and takes your car to the shop.
Stay AWAY from them. On December 19th my vehicle was supposed to be towed to a dealership in Westchester 20 miles away coordinated with GM's roadside assistance. It took them 7 hours. They fed Roadside assistance a lot of BS. My NEW vehicle disappeared for the better part of the day. I should have reported it stolen.

I have to tell you I never take time to write negative reviews.This Company has me waiting for 3 hours on the side of the road because apparently my all state wouldn't pay them.I can tell you I called all state store them a new one for them to tell me that wasn't true.My father with stage 4 cancer waited for hours.I will never ever recommended then to anyone again.
Our car’s battery failed so we called Amex roadside assistance and they called out 1-888-44-STUCK. They turned up earlier than promised and while we were expecting a jump start or a tow to get the car to a repair shop, they were able to replace the battery on site, and they were cheaper than the prices local auto shops had quoted. Friendly and efficient mechanic. Very pleased indeed!
They are crooks. The grab the call give you a 1 hour and 10 minute eta. 10 minutes before arrival time they call and give you a story that they had a emergency and they need 2 more hours by then the dealer was closed. And I lost 2 days to get my car fixed. If you get this company from a provider tell them you would like for them to find another provider even if it takes longer at least they will be there at the time that they give you
I’ve dealt with a lot of these other tow companies in NY and these guys are LITERALLY the best! They got there super quick in rush hour traffic and the owner Phil is so nice. I felt like my car was in good hands!
