These guys just want your money, yet refuse to take care of you. Sold me a 2013 audi A4 with a cracked side oil plate, causing an oil leak since day 1. Car had no brakes, dealer replaced the front brakes with ones that didn’t fit the sensors and had the sensors removed… Car came with no gas, any good dealer could at least give half a tank! I love my car but its been having some problems since the day I bought it, it needed an oil change upon purchase and came with no gas. Bought an Audi that came w no gas. Haha, awesome, shoulda known then. Also got swindled into a warranty that doesnt cover anything. Thanks guys! Very awesome!!!

Very good customer service. everyone working there was kind and helpful through the entire process. My insurance was being a pain in the butt but the person who helped me was very helpful in figuring it all out.

*****READ BEFORE BUYING!***** This is a long Review!! my husband found a jeep wrangler here with about 52,000 miles on it. Three months later the whole thing started falling apart! We took it to a shop to get the estimate for the warranty. The guy from the warranty company came to look over the Jeep and make decisions on what was gonna be covered and then proceeded to show my husband paperwork on how the warranty company wasn’t going to cover the Jeep because it was no longer stock. The Jeep was lifted and had large tires and wheels when we bought it and the car dealership lied on the warranty paperwork, saying the Jeep was stock when Sold. Thankfully, we had proof via photos from the dealership that it was not stock when we purchased it. But unfortunately, thanks to the dealership and the paperwork that was sent to the warranty company. They canceled our warranty and left us with a broken down Jeep that we have had to put more money into it than anticipated so we lost our money from the warranty and lost the warranty and nothing was covered to help fix it. We also found out that the cluster in the jeep had been switched out to show less mileage on the vehicle. It is not the original cluster that came with the jeep meaning that we thought it only had 54,000 miles on it but it has way more. We were going to go after them for lemon law, but our lawyer said it would cost us more than what the jeep is worth and what we’re paying. My husband likes the Jeep and if it wasn’t for all of the problems that we have had with it since purchasing it last November, it would be a nice vehicle. I however, am extremely annoyed with everything that we’re finding with it after paying them so much money for it.

Sold my mom a lemon. Was in 2 accidents and never disclosed it. The car didn’t last 30 days. We will be making a complaint with the DMV.

I had a great experience at Mohawk Motor Car Company Inc. I met Fazal, who showed me a 2013 Honda LX-S with 123,000 miles. Initially, I was a bit skeptical about the area and even the car itself. However, after test driving it once and then again for 30 minutes with my wife, I was impressed by how well the car performed. After purchasing the vehicle, I took it to Honda for a thorough inspection, and they informed me that the brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. I notified Fazal about this, and he went above and beyond by providing the parts free of charge. The car has been great, and we absolutely love it. Fazal’s honesty and willingness to resolve any issues made this a truly positive experience. Highly trusted dealer—definitely recommend!

I bought a 2011 Honda pilot from Mohawk motor car company on Friday and took it to my mechanic on Monday. He did find a couple of things that needed addressing but nothing as expensive as the catalytic converter which was disintegrating where it attaches to the muffler pipe. This is a known problem for the pilot and cannot be easily rectified short of replacing the catalytic converter. I called Mohonk motor after I saw my mechanic and explained the cost. Thankfully, they met me halfway with the expense, which was not required on their part and very appreciated by me. I call that service above and beyond and highly recommend them if you are looking to buy a good used car.

I recently bought a car from Mohawk. Was looking for a small AWD SUV or hatchback and found one with surprisingly low miles. I made the 1.2 hours trip to them. The lot is a bit in the middle of nowhere which has its advantages: less competition and maybe less demand therefore the cars a priced to sell. The lot is small and adjacent to a pizza joint but each car they have is surprisingly clean, well maintained and totally sellable. You might feel at first that the guys are trying to make a buck but you quickly realize that they know the ins and outs of each car and are there to help. They gave me the keys to the X1 and said "go". I was able to test drive it for 1/2 hour on all sorts of roads. I felt absolutely no pressure to buy and the car itself did the selling. I highly recommend buying from them if you're not into the environment of the dealership but instead only concerned with the vehicle itself. Philippe H

I bought my car unseen(2011 Lexus IS 250) I couldn't be more pleased with my choice and with their service. I had a few things i wanted addressed and they did not hesitate to accommodate my requests. I will be returning to buy an upgraded Lexus in the future!

Worked with Ali to buy a car for our son. Had the car checked out by a friend, a master mechanic and got a clean bill of health. Process was smooth, very accommodating. He had to dig out several cars buried under the snow for us to test! Highly recommend.

Do not buy a car from here. I financed mine and it did not even last more than 1.5 years. I have spent double what I paid at this dealer who pressured me and after consulting numerous mechanics they have advised me that the dealer was untruthful. Unless you want to pay for an unsafe car 4 years after it broke down without detailing in the first place and delivered with soda stains and cigarette smell upon arrival, incorrect license plates so I have to wait to drive the car I just bought and the worst, harassing text messages from the dealer’s cousin, go somewhere else.

These guys are great to deal with. I just bought a car from them; they went out of their way to help us. I don't normally like dealing with car salesmen, but they are honest and very pleasant to deal with. I will definitely be back!!!!

Ali has been a great dealer throughout the whole process. As an International Student, he helped me find the right documents and car. He got the car registered and inspected. We went together to the DMV to transfer ownership. I highly recommend him if you’re buying a car in Troy area.

Purchased a car here for over $3000 more than it was worth(I didn't know that at the time). Just about 2 months in it began giving issues.I called them and was told to call the warranty company. When I called they said the warranty didn't cover the issue. The issue was cause by the dealership not properly installing the area that the tire goes on so it was rubbing down the tires from the inside( as was told to me by auto mechanics at both Munro and Firestone) which caused the tires to constantly lose air (I had to put air in it every 2 days). I even ended up buying a pump. They gave me the run around and then offered to buy the car back for the amount it was actually worth. So I would've lost $4000+ on a car I bought less than two months prior. They didn't even try to help me fix it. Since then I've had to spend Thousands trying to fix the car and it's still not where it should be at the moment. Be very careful when buying a car from here!

What a dealership. Absolutely awesome I would recommend this to anyone. Ali was a great guy and helped me through the whole process as a new car buyer. Wasn’t able to pick it up when I wanted to and he delivered my car almost 2 hours away. Awesome business they deserve all the best!

I first was offered 14000 for a car then they wanted a deposit I said I'd be back tomorrow. Then they told me the car would be 17000! Not sure whst there deal is. Also offered 10000 for a the black car they text me said is now 12000 I have purchased a few cars the fact Is you offered the car for 14000 and then after I did not want to pay 300 deposit to hold until the next day you text me and said your partner could not honor that price. No biggie I bought the same car no rust no bubbles for 14700 with 98000 miles no strut problems like yours no break problems like yours . Although you said you would fix first. I'm very happy just was writing my honest opinion and showing proof of how this place handled business with me. Thats why they are reviews . Good luck god bless

I just had the best experience buying my Volvo C30 from Mohawk Motor Car. They spent so much time with me, and have an amazing inventory of higher end used vehicles to pick from. I wish I’d found them earlier in my search instead of buying through a private sale. The customer service is outstanding and they even delivered my car to me so I had one less step to take care of. I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a car.

We had great experience at Mohawk MCC dealer. Two staff are professional and very helpful. We took out extended warranty due to the age of truck but was not pressured in buying a contract. Ali was transparent and went out of his way to make our buying process smooth.

I bought a 2007 BMW 328xi from Mohawk, and received great service and a ton of help whenever it was needed. overall, it was a great car buying experience that left me very happy! For anyone looking to finance their purchase through Sunmark FCU (located in Troy), they were very helpful and quick as well.
